PARKERSBURG — Wood County Magistrate Court released the following reports Sept. 1:

* Michael Josef Farmer, 31, 1509 27th St., Vienna, pleaded guilty to driving a vehicle without seatbelts.

* Caleb Bruce Jordan Burkett, 24, 2997 Pleasants Ridge Road, Marietta, had a preliminary hearing waived for a charge of possession of a controlled substance with the intent to deliver and was bound over to Circuit Court.

* Brian Keith Edgar, 35, 713 Ninth St., Marietta, had a preliminary hearing waived for a charge of possession of fentanyl with the intent to deliver and was bound over to Circuit Court.

* Katrina Marie Moorison, 33, 201 Woodview Drive, Williamstown, pleaded guilty to no insurance and was assessed $370.25 in court costs and fines.

* Nathaniel Ryan Reynolds, 21, 1102 Camden Ave., Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to shoplifting and was ordered to pay a $469.89 civil penalty to Walmart. He was assessed $270.25 in court costs and fines.

* A charge of depriving another of money, goods, services or property under false pretenses was dismissed for Jonathon Michael Loncala, 25, 1701 Spring St., Parkersburg; the alleged victim did not appear.

* Lee Anna Charlton, 39, 1588 Federal Road, Little Hocking, pleaded guilty to possession of a controlled substance and two counts of driving with a suspended license and was sentenced to jail for six months, suspended for one year of probation and one year of treatment with the Day Report Center. Charges of two counts of driving with a suspended license, improper registration, no insurance and possession of a controlled substance were dismissed and she was assessed $170.25 in court costs and fines.

* Everett Christopher Freeland, 36, 810 Virginia Ave., Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to two counts of shoplifting and was ordered to pay a $166.04 civil penalty to Walmart and a $1,282.34 civil penalty to CVS. For one count, he was sentenced to jail for 30 days, concurrently served with a separate charge. For the other count, he was sentenced to jail for six months with credit for 10 days served. One count of shoplifting was dismissed and he was assessed $270.25 in court costs and fines.

* Indica Arie Riel, 20, 810 Virginia Ave., Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to possession of a controlled substance and was sentenced to jail for 120 days, suspended for one year of probation and one year of treatment with the Day Report Center. Charges of obstructing an officer and disorderly conduct were dismissed and they were assessed $170.25 in court costs and fines.

* Tammy Dee Callahan, 59, 413 East Eighth St., Parkersburg, pleaded no contest to trespassing and was assessed $180.25 in court costs and fines.

* Jason Eugene Barnes, 45, 413 Eighth St., Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to assault on a government employee or medical personnel and obstructing was sentenced to jail for six months, suspended for one year of probation and was ordered to attend treatment with Westbrook. For the obstruction charge, he was sentenced to jail for eight days, served. A charge of brandishing deadly weapons was dismissed and he was assessed $340.50 in court costs and fines.

* Mary Lou Richards, 62, 1600 Knotts Ave. Apt. 7, Parkersburg, was arraigned on shoplifting and two counts of worthless checks and was released on a $2,000 personal recognizance bond.

* Jamey Jo Friend, 44, 2005 Fourth Ave., Parkersburg, was arraigned on a charge of receiving or transferring stolen property and bond was set at $60,000 cash.

* Tonya L. Arnott, 41, 1508 Boulevard Drive, Belpre, was arraigned on a charge of receiving or transferring stolen property and bond was set at $10,000 surety.

* Floyd Deremonte Ramsey, 41, 7319 South Oakley Ave., Chicago, Ill., was arraigned on a charge of possession of a controlled substance with the intent to deliver and was released on a $75,000 surety bond.

* Marissa Jo-Leigh Brandjes, 32, 613 Liberty St., Parkersburg, was arraigned on charges of no registration and possession of marijuana and was released on a $1,000 personal recognizance bond.

* Rachel Lynn Cogar, 20, 2106 Division Street Extension, Parkersburg, was arraigned on a charge of reckless driving and was released on a $500 personal recognziance bond.

* William Coty Powell, 36, 809 Hamilton St., Parkersburg, was arraigned on an attempt/escape charge and bond was st at $50,000 surety.

PARKERSBURG — The Wood County Magistrate Court released the following reports Sept. 2:

* Burton James Garnes, 42, 340 Straight St., Evans, pleaded no contest to driving with a revoked license and no inspection and was assessed $445.50 in court costs and fines.

* David R. Jones, 46, 183 Berry Patch Lane, Washington, pleaded no contest to an insufficient private flotation device.

* Kerra Bryce Vicars, 41, 1413 40th St., Parkersburg, pleaded no contest to driving with a suspended license and no insurance and was assessed $640.50 in court costs and fines.

* A domestic battery charge was dismissed for Dacoda Thomas Wilson, 26, Parkersburg; the alleged victim did not appear.

* Probable cause was found for Sean Thomas Lamant Denton Jr., 18, 2897 Falcon Bridge Drive, Columbus on a charge of the unlawful possession of fentanyl with the intent to deliver.

* Luke David McMullen, 20, 519 Myrtle St., Parkersburg, had a preliminary hearing waived for two counts of possession of fentanyl with the intent to deliver and was bound over to Circuit Court.

* Michael Scott Cowan, 33, 596 Orem Road, Belleville, pleaded guilty to possession of a controlled substance and was sentenced to jail for six months, suspended for one year of probation. He was assessed $170.25 in court costs and fines.

* Candy Jean Bailey, 38, 1234 Lynn St., Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to trespassing in a placarded structure and was sentenced to jail for six days, served. She was assessed $170.25 in court costs and fines.

* Daniel Lee Frame, 39, Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to domestic battery and was sentenced to jail for one year. He was assessed $220.25 in court costs and fines.

* Wanda Lou Hickman, 60, 69 Neighborly Lane, Elizabeth, pleaded guilty to speeding in a school zone and was assessed $270.25 in court costs and fines.

* Taylor Marie Byrd, 20, 1489 Silver Run Road, Cairo, pleaded guilty to failure to maintain control and no insurance. A driving with a revoked license charge was dismissed and she was assessed $860.50 in court costs and fines.

* Dale Roger Thorn, 55,893 Dry Run Road, Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to no insurance and driving with a suspicious license and was assessed $640.50 in court costs and fines. Charges of driving with a suspended license and improper registration were dismissed.

* Michael James Fittro II, 37, Vienna, was arraigned on a domestic battery charge and was released on a $2,000 surety bond.

* Lawrence Martin Brown, 32, 413 8th St., Parkersburg, was arraigned on a shoplifting charge and was released on a $1,500 personal recognizance bond.

* Glendon James Withrow, 29, 1813 Cameron Ave., Parkersburg, was arraigned on charges of driving with a suspended license, no insurance, no registration and defective equipment and was released on a $500 personal recognizance bond.

* Brenda Henry, 59, 7353 Long Road, Canal Winchester, was arraigned on a charge of violation of a protective order and was released on a $2,000 cash bond.

* Jeffery Sky Wood, 31, 1212 Lynn St., Parkersburg, was arraigned on charges of shoplifting, possession of a controlled substance and public intoxication and was released on a $3,000 public recognizance bond.
