PARKERSBURG — The Wood County Magistrate Court released the following reports Aug. 25:

* Gerald Eugene McGee, 53, 1345 Evansview Road, Evans, pleaded guilty to speeding and paid court costs and fines via mail.

* Darrell Edward Madison, 31, 1914 Spring St., Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to driving with a suspended license and an open container. Charges of no proof of insurance and speeding were dismissed and he was assessed $490.50 in court costs and fines.

* Jason Scott Drake, 49, 4012 Shelving Rock Road, Elizabeth, pleaded guilty to an expired registration and was assessed $180.25 in court costs and fines. A no proof of insurance charge was dismissed.

* Brittany Lee-Nichole Bell, 30, 1326 Myrtle St., Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to driving with a suspended license and a no insurance charge was dismissed. She was assessed $270.25 in court costs and fines.

* Travis Leroy Davy, 38, 4117 14th Ave., Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to obstructing and officer and public intoxication and was assessed $395.50 in court costs and fines.

* Eric Micheal Yeater, 35, Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to obstructing an officer and was assessed $220.25 in court costs and fines. A domestic assault charge was dismissed.

* Michael David Hornbeck, 53, Mineral Wells, pleaded guilty to domestic battery and was sentenced to jail for 60 days, suspended for six months of probation and was assessed $190.25 in court costs and fines.

* Jacob Dale Kyer, 31, 1163 Society Hill Road, Mineral Wells, pleaded guilty to obstructing an officer and was sentenced to jail for 30 days, suspended for one year of probation and was assessed $170.25 in court costs and fines. A charge of possession of a controlled substance was dismissed.

* Cody Alan Stockner, 25, Williamstown, pleaded guilty to obstructing an officer. A domestic battery charge was dismissed and he was assessed $220.25 in court costs and fines.

* Candice Dianne Prather, 37, 4320 11th Ave., Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to possession of methamphetamine and was sentenced to jail for 90 days, suspended for one year of probation with credit for 15 days served. She also had a preliminary hearing waived for a charge of fleeing from an officer and was bound over to Circuit Court. She was assessed $170.25 in court costs and fines.

* Molly Beth Jones, 33, 939 Haniman Lane, Elizabeth, pleaded guilty to obstructing an officer and was sentenced to jail for 17 days, served. She was assessed $170.25 in court costs and fines.

* Terry Allen Myers, 66, 1109 33rd St., Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to falsely reporting an incident and was sentenced to jail for 30 days, suspended for one year of probation and was ordered to seek one year of counseling with Westbrook. He was assessed $170.25 in court costs and fines.

* Michael Keith Allman, 38, 1725 Latrobe St., Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to trespassing and was sentenced to jail for 30 days, suspended for one year of probation and was ordered to attend the Day Report Center for one year. He was assessed $170.25 in court costs and fines.

* Jacob Matthew Gibson, 25, 1717 Lawrence St., Parkersburg, had a preliminary hearing waived for two counts of possession of a controlled substance with the intent to deliver and was bound over to Circuit Court.

* Dale Patrick Wayne Wright, 22, 924 Swann St., Parkersburg, had a preliminary hearing waived for charges of destruction of property and possession of a controlled substance and was bound over to Circuit Court.

* Matthew Leonard Griffin, 32, 585 Slate Creek Road, Elizabeth, was arraigned on a charge of driving with a revoked license and was released on a $2,500 surety bond.

* Kyle Y. Life Sr., 33, 251 Belleville Road, Belleville, was arraigned on a petit larceny charge and was released on a $2,000 surety bond.

* Ryan Phillip Merluzzi, 27, 1500 Core Road, Parkersburg, was arraigned on a possession of a controlled substance and was released on a $2,000 personal recognizance bond.

* Lee Anna Charlton, 39, 575 6th St., Parkersburg, 39, 575 Sixth St., Parkersburg, was arraigned on charges of driving with a suspended license and no insurance and was released on a $1,000 personal recognizance bond.

* Richard Frederick Pence, 30, 1007 24th St., Parkersburg, was arraigned on charges of driving with a suspended license and a stop sign violation and was released on a $500 personal recognizance bond.

* Charles Calvin Sears, 40, 1522 Bunner Ridge Road, Fairmont, was arraigned on charges of driving under the influence and failure to maintain control and was released on a $1,500 personal recognizance bond.

PARKERSBURG — The Wood County Magistrate Court released the following reports Aug. 26:

* Kyle Andrew Dent, 28, 690 Ivy Road, Davisville, pleaded guilty to trespassing, fleeing from an officer, obstructing an officer and shoplifting. For the obstructing charge he was sentenced to jail for one year and for the fleeing from an officer charge, he was sentenced to jail for one year to be served concurrently. Charges of two counts of trespassing, disorderly conduct, possession of a controlled substance and public were dismissed. He was ordered to pay a $50 civil penalty to Speedway and was assessed $180.25 in court costs and fines.

* James Wilson Nixon, 24, 34733 Martindill Road, McArthur, pleaded no contest for improper lighting and was assessed $190.25 in court costs and fines.

* Stephanie Joy Diekmann, 49, 124 Water St. Southwest, Bolivar, pleaded no contest to speeding; she pled and paid court costs and fines via phone.

* Dustin Antawn Keel, 38, 1614 Pearcy St., Parkersburg, had a preliminary hearing waived for a grand larceny charge.

* A malicious assault charge was dismissed Charles Wayne Davis Sr., 58, c/o 628 Newbanks Road, Parkersburg; the alleged victim did not appear.

* Brandan James Pearce, 38, c/o 571 Sixth St., Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to shoplifting and was sentenced to six months of jail, suspended for one year of probation and was ordered to attend inpatient treatment. A trespassing charge was dismissed and he was assessed $170.25 in court costs and fines.

* Jeremiah Nathaniel Young, 36, 3258 Airport Road, Sutton, pleaded guilty to shoplifting and was ordered to pay a $149.96 civil penalty to Walmart. He was assessed $180.25 in court costs and fines.

* A charge of driving impaired was dismissed for Phillip Wayne Thompson, 43, 304 Kinwood Ave., Marietta.

* Sabrina Forest Johnson, 36, 615 Sherwood Forest Drive, Belleville, pleaded guilty to driving left of center, no proof of insurance and a cell phone violation. Charges of driving with a revoked license, an expired registration and driving a vehicle without seatbelts were dismissed and she was assessed $660.50 in court costs and fines.

* Herbert Lee Burdett, 34, 1049 Hydar St., Wheeling, pleaded guilty to obstructing an officer and trespassing. One count of trespassing was dismissed and he was assessed $490.50 in court costs and fines.

* Andrew William Slider, 23, 1400 Grandview Manor, Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to petit larceny and was sentenced to jail for 90 days, suspended for one year of probation with credit for one day served. He was sentenced to 24 hours of community service and an obstruction charge was dismissed. He was assessed $180.25 in court costs and fines.

* Christina May Logston, 45, 1823 W. Little Kanawha Highway, Grantsville, was arraigned on a charge of possession of methamphetamine and was released on a $2,000 surety bond.

* Bland Jackson, Richards, 28, 71 Onward Road, Williamstown, was arraigned on a charge of violation of a protective order and bond was set at $2,000 surety.

* Hannah M. Parsons, 23, 44 Dutton Drive, St. Marys was arraigned on a charge of obstructing an officer and bond was set at $250 cash.

* Anthony Charles Smith, 36, 413 Eighth St., Parkersburg, was arraigned on a charge of possession of a controlled substance and was released on a $1,000 personal recognizance bond.

* Eric Scott Nelson, 42, 513 Jefferson Drive, Mineral Wells, was arraigned on two counts of driving suspended, two counts of improper registration and no insurance and was released on a $3,000 surety bond.
