PARKERSBURG — The Wood County Magistrate Court released the following reports Aug. 10:

* Susan Lynn Ramirez, 55, 2309 Beelmont Road, Parkersburg, was arraigned on a charge of passing in a no passing zone and was released on a $500 personal recognizance bond.

* Probable cause was found for David Arnold Spencer, 25, 619 Misty Lane, Washington, on a charge of second degree sexual assault and he was bound over to Circuit Court.

* Keisha Marie Salyers, 34, 615 13th St., Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to trespassing and was assessed $175.25 in court costs and fines.

* Dylan Pierce Smarr, 20, homeless, pleaded guilty to trespassing and was ordered not to return to any Sheetz store. He was assessed $270.25 in court costs and fines.

* Justin Bret Dillon, 34, 47 Fleming Drive, Sutton, was arraigned on a charge of obstructing an officer and was assessed $220.25 in court costs and fines.

* Aaron Allen Steward, 39, 38 Prates Cove Lane, Belleville, pleaded guilty to petit larceny and was assessed $185.25 in court costs and fines.

* David Allen Pryor, 40, Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to domestic battery and was sentenced to jail for 60 days, suspended for one year of probation. He was ordered to complete one year of counseling and was assessed $170.25 in court costs and fines.

* Faith Tea-Noel Hutson, 23, 306 Berry St. Apt. B, Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to trespassing and was sentenced to jail for 30 days, suspended for six months of probation and was ordered to complete six months of treatment with Recovery Point. She was assessed $170.25 in court costs and fines.

* Zachery Ray Burdette, 25, 6280 Lost Pavement Road, Washington, pleaded guilty to possession of methamphetamine and driving with a license revoked and was sentenced to 30 days of home confinement. Charges of no insurance and one count of driving with a license revoked were dismissed and he was assessed $465.50 in court costs and fines.

* Jacob Allen Loiseau, 33, 245 Maple Shades Court, Mineral Wells, pleaded guilty to two counts of driving with a suspended license and was assessed $270.25 in court costs and fines.

* Donald Monroe Anderson, 46, 60 Dempsey Ave., Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to no insurance and was assessed $370.25 in court costs and fines. A charge of driving with a suspended license was dismissed.

* Kenneth James Moore, 43, 413 1/2 3rd St., Marietta, was arraigned on charges of breaking and entering and fleeing on foot and bond was set at $54,000 surety.

* Travis Shane Dotson, 49, P.O. Box 64, Reno, was arraigned on charges of indecent exposure and littering and was released on a $500 personal recognizance bond.

* Jonathan Adam Mercer, 40, 115 Red Hill Road, Parkersburg, was arraigned on charges of possession of a controlled substance, driving without a license, no insurance, fraudulent inspection and defective equipment and was released on a $1,000 personal recognizance bond.

* Christopher R. Keel, 49, 817 31st St., Parkersburg was arraigned on a charge of riding the wrong way on the street on a bicycle and was released on a $200 personal recognizance bond.

* Charles S. Fox II, 50, 104 Washington St., Marietta, pleaded no contest to driving without a license. He pled and paid court costs and fines by mail.

* Darren Waltz, 49, 1046 Murdoch Ave. Apt. 3, Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to public intoxication and was assessed $175.25 in court costs and fines.

* Czar Ian Bailey, 34, 215 Hill St., Friendly, pleaded no contest to shoplifting and was ordered to pay a $50 civil penalty to O’Reilly Auto Parts. He was assessed $180.25 in court costs and fines.

* Samuel Martin Moore, 58, 1046 Murdoch Ave. Apt. 4, Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to public intoxication and was assessed $175.25 in court costs and fines.

* Jason Michael Bernard, 47, 1613 15th Ave., Parkersburg, pleaded no contest to driving with a suspended license and was assessed $270.25 in court costs and fines.

* Kyle Andrew Dent, 30, 1108 East Poplar St., Davisville, pleaded no contest no a no inspection charge and was assessed $175.25 in court costs and fines.

* Julie Marie Tomblin, 25, 615 Pike St., Parkersburg, last known address, was arraigned on a charge of breaking and entering a vehicle and bond was set at $100 cash.

* Hannah Nicole Brannon, 20, 6856 Pike St. Apt. 3, Mineral Wells, was arraigned on a charge of possession of a controlled substance, methamphetamine, and was released on a $1,500 surety bond.

* Dennis Edward Shahan, 40, 1107 George St., Parkersburg, was arraigned on charges of driving with a suspended license and no insurance and was released on a $1,000 personal recognizance bond.

* Tony Allan Williamson, 32, 613 Liberty St., Parkersburg, was arraigned on a charge of possession of fentanyl and had a capias for a charge of the unlawful taking of a vehicle and bond was set at $3,500 surety.

* Victor Lee Patterson, 78, #2 Turtle Lane, Davisville, was arraigned on charges of driving with a suspended license and an expired inspection and was released on a $1,000 personal recognizance bond.

PARKERSBURG — The Wood County Magistrate Court released the following reports Aug. 11:

* Robert Patrick Dennis, 23, 200 Ash St., Williamstown, pleaded no contest to an expired driver’s license and was assessed $180.25 in court costs and fines.

* Dustin Leroy Adams, 35, 256 Washington Drive, Mineral Wells, pleaded guilty to improper lighting and was assessed $190.25 in court costs and fines.

* Troy Allen Johnson, 25, 2815 Sealy Ridge Road, Parkersburg, 245, 2815 Sealy Ridge Road, Vincent, pleaded no contest to no personal flotation device on a kayak and was assessed $190.25 in court costs and fines.

* Donna Ann McWilliams, 45, 470 Parkview Lane, Mineral Wells, pleaded guilty to driving on a divided highway and was assessed $175.25 in court costs and fines. Charge of no inspection and no insurance were dismissed.

* Dustin James Whytsell, 25, 83 Postmill Way Apt. 403, Mineral Wells, pleaded guilty to destruction of property and was sentenced to jail for 45 days with credit for five days served. A burglary charge was dismissed and he was assessed $670.25 in court costs and fines.

* Mitchell Shane Goodwin, 43, 1030 George St., Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to shoplifting and was ordered to pay a $358.26 civil penalty to Walmart. He was assessed $205.25 in court costs and fines.

* Jorge Luis Montalvo Jr., 19, 16920 South West 302 Terrace Homestead, Fla., had a preliminary hearing waived for prohibited acts with a controlled substance.

* Matthew Edward Depew, 30, 4112 11th Ave., Parkersburg, had a preliminary hearing waived for a charge of possession of a controlled substance with the intent to deliver and was bound over to Circuit Court.

* Jay Michael Stephens, 39, 862 Tuckers Creek Road, Elizabeth, pleaded guilty to possession of a controlled substance and was sentenced to jail for 120 days, suspended for one year of probation and was assessed $270.25 in court costs and fines.

* Anthony Charles Smith, 36, 413 8th St., Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to six counts of shoplifting and petit larceny. For one count of shoplifting and petit larceny, jail time was served. For one count, he was sentenced to jail for 90 days, suspended for one year of probation. For another count, he was sentenced to jail for 90 days, suspended for one year of probation and was ordered to attend the Day Report Center. For another count, he was sentenced to jail for 90 days, suspended for one day of probation. For the other shoplifting charge, he was sentenced to jail for 90 days, suspended for one year of probation; all charges are to be served consecutively. He was ordered to pay a combined $926.84 civil penalty to Walmart and a $299.96 civil penalty to Dunham’s. He was assessed $510.75 in court costs and fines.

* Jasmine Brooke Holthaus, 21, 263 Locust ST., New Martinsville, was arraigned on a charge of possession of a controlled substance, methamphetamine, and was released on a $1,000 personal recognizance bond.

* Colby Allen Ruddlesden, 19, 13251 Parkersburg Road, Sandyville, was arraigned on a charge of driving with a revoked license and was released on a $1,500 surety bond.

* Auston Gaige Crouch, 25, 1402 Andrew St., Parkersburg, was arraigned on a charge of driving with a suspended license and had a capias for obtaining money by false pretenses. He was released on a $1,000 personal recognizance bond.

* David Wayne Knotts II, 51, 1515 14th St., Parkersburg, was arraigned on a charge of violation of a protective order and was released on a $1,000 personal recognizance bond.

* Madison Elizabeth Donaway, 23, Washington Blvd., Belpre, was arraigned on charges of disorderly conduct and obstructing an officer and was released on a $1,500 surety bond.

* Edwin Hugh Douglas, 12960 Dronfield Ave. 265 Sylmar, Calif., was arraigned on a charge of possession of a controlled substance and was released on a $2,000 personal recognizance bond.
