PARKERSBURG — The Wood County Magistrate Court released the following reports for July 13:
* Matthew Ryan Jenkins, 21, 899 Leachtown Lane, Walker, pleaded guilty to an expired registration and a no proof of insurance charge was dismissed. He was assessed $180.25 in court costs and fines.
* Nicholas Ryan Thomas, 26, 106 Victory St., Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to speeding and was assessed $270.25 in court costs and fines.
* Mark Lane Byrd, 39, 930 Marrtown Road, Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to no inspection and was assessed $175.25 in court costs and fines.
* Mark Allen Tucker, 39, 174 Lucille Lane, Washington, W.Va., pleaded no contest to a no driver’s license charge and was assessed $190.25 in court costs and fines.
* Robert Lee Morris, 41, 45 North Meadowlark Drive, Williamstown, pleaded guilty to reckless driving and was assessed $190.25 in court costs and fines.
* Joseph Clifford Argabrite, 19, 3410 Janet Drive, Parkersburg, pleaded no contest to not having a boating safety card and insufficient personal flotation devices. He pled and paid court costs and fines over the phone.
* A failure to appear charge was dismissed against Kenneth Sewell, 54, 721 Fourth St., Belpre.
* Dearl Dean Leviner, 37, 21881 Bunch Road, Laurel Hill, N.C., had a preliminary hearing waived for a first-degree robbery charge.
* Mark A. Fordyce, 54, 4237 12th Ave., Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to driving under the influence and was sentenced to jail for 12 hours, served.
* James Edward Wallbrown Jr., 32, 413 East Eighth Street, Parkersburg, House to Home, pleaded guilty to destruction of property and was sentenced to jail for 67 days, served. He was assessed $170.25 in court costs and fines.
* Leda Keonne McClure, 46, 587 East Maple St., Davisville, pleaded guilty to driving with a revoked license and was sentenced to 30 days of home confinement. A charge of an expired registration was dismissed and they were assessed $170.25 in court costs and fines.
* Robin Michael Plauche, 56, 500 13th St. Apt. 6, Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to driving with a suspended license and was assessed $370.25 in court costs and fines. A no insurance charge was dismissed.
* Chantelle Marie Kaitschuck, 47, 1306 Erie St., Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to interfering with officer or members and providing false information. She was assessed $195.25 in court costs and fines.
* Damian Thomas Norris, 45, 11 Cindy Lane Apt. 203, Capitol Heights, Md., pleaded guilty to two counts of possession of a controlled substance and was sentenced to jail for 90 days, suspended for one year of probation for each charge, to be served consecutively. A charge of violation of a protective order was dismissed.
* James Patrick Brude Sr., 55, 906 Lynn St., Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to no insurance and was assessed $420.25 in court costs and fines. A no driver’s license charge was dismissed.
* Glen Paul Siegrist, 32, c/o 1061 1/2 39th St., Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to trespassing and was sentenced to jail for 30 days, suspended for six months of probation and was assessed $170.25 in court costs and fines.
* Bradley A. Whitlatch, 40, 824 37th St., Vienna, pleaded guilty to possession of fentanyl and possession of methamphetamine and was sentenced to jail for 90 days for each charge, to be served consecutively. He was assessed $340.50 in court costs and fines.
* Josie Elizabeth Grogg, 34, 8 Abby Village #103, Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to driving with a suspended license, no registration and two counts of driving without child passenger safety devices. A charge of failing to use lighted lamps was dismissed and she was assessed $1,021 in court costs and fines.
* Justin Michael Middleton, 36, 2412 Wolf Run Road, Rockport, pleaded guilty to possession of a controlled substance and was sentenced to jail for 90 days, suspended for 90 days of probation. He was assessed $170.25 in court costs and fines.
* Teresa Irene Hall, 29, 300 D Sandpiper Village, St. Marys, pleaded guilty to driving left of center and driving with a suspended license and was assessed $350.50 in court costs and fines. Charges of a defective tail light and no insurance were dismissed and she was assessed $540.50 in court costs and fines.
* Robert Joseph Alvarez, 61, 2046 Williamstown Pike, Williamstown, was arraigned on charges of driving under the influence and no driver’s license and was released on a $500 personal recognizance bond.
* Mark Robert Hickman, 43, 922 Florence St., Parkersburg, was arraigned on charges of possession of psychedelic mushrooms and had a capias for a possession of methamphetamine and was released on a $6,500 surety bond.
* Kimann Beth Young, 23, 637 Smithfield St., Parkersburg, was arraigned on an obstruction charge and was released on a $500 personal recognizance bond.
* Darrel Dwyne Wade, 38, 405 Crescent St., Parkersburg, was arraigned on charges of possession of a controlled substance and domestic assault and was released on a $2,000 surety bond.
* Dakota Leigh Riel, 24, 19 Honeysuckle Road, Davisville, was arraigned on charges of possession of methamphetamine with the intent to deliver and possession of fentanyl with the intent to deliver and is being held on a $300,000 surety bond.
* Jenni Sue Reynolds, 35, 1700 17th St. Apt. 1, Parkersburg, was arraigned on a shoplifting charge and was released on a $500 personal recognizance bond.
* William Michael Dennis, 45, 942 Williams St., Parkersburg, was arraigned on a possession of a controlled substance charge and was released on a $500 personal recognizance bond.
