Wood Magistrate

PARKERSBURG — The following cases were reported by Wood County Magistrate Court on June 2:

* Keisha Marie Salyers, 34, 2503 Beverly St., Apt. 9-3, Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to possession of a controlled substance, was sentenced to 120 days jail suspended for one year of probation and was assessed $170.25 in court costs. She pleaded guilty to a shoplifting charge and was assessed $180.25 in fines and court costs and a $100 civil penalty. A shoplifting charge was dismissed. She was arraigned on two trespassing charges and a shoplifting charge and was released on $4,500 personal recognizance bond.

* Anthony Charles Smith, 36, Parkersburg pleaded guilty to trespassing, was sentenced to 15 days jail suspended for one year of probation and was assessed $170.25 in court costs. He pleaded guilty to possession of a controlled substance, was sentenced to 90 days jail suspended for one year of probation and was assessed $170.25 in court costs.

* Judd Aurthur-Michael Burke, 30, 237 Buckingham Road, Belleville, pleaded guilty to obstructing, was sentenced to 60 days jail with credit for time served and was assessed $170.25 in court costs. A fleeing charge was dismissed.

* Samantha Joann Leep, 36, 1702 Staunton Ave., Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to shoplifting and was assessed $195.25 in fines and court costs and a $785.70 civil penalty. A trespassing charge was dismissed.

* Roy Staunton Duley Jr., 53, P.O. Box 652, Belpre, pleaded guilty to trespassing and was assessed $175.25 in fines and court costs. A public intoxication charge was dismissed.

* Adam Dale Mason, 37, Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to domestic battery, was sentenced to 60 days jail suspended for one year of probation and was assessed $170.25 in court costs. He pleaded guilty to possession of a controlled substance, was sentenced to 90 days jail suspended for one year of probation and was assessed $170.25 in court costs. He pleaded guilty to violation of a protective order, was sentenced to 30 days jail suspended for one year of jail and was assessed $170.25 in court costs. Two charges of violation of a protective order were dismissed.

* Melinda L. Milhoan, 55, 58 Steele Hollow Road, Spencer, was arraigned on a charge of filing a false report and was released on $1,000 PR bond.

* Tony Allen Williamson, 32, 613 Liberty St., Parkersburg, was arraigned on a charge of a prohibited person in possession of a firearm and bond was set at $2,000 surety.

* Anthony Charles Smith, 36, Parkersburg, was arraigned on charges of trespassing and three counts of shoplifting and was released on $1,100 PR bond.

* Robert Matthew Morales, 27, 1908 19th St., Parkersburg, was arraigned on an obstructing charge and bond was set at $500 surety.

* John Alan Kelley, 38, 1909 Avery St., Parkersburg, was arraigned on a charge of possession of a controlled substance and was released on $1,000 PR bond.

* Lawrence Martin Brown, 32, 418 Eighth St., Parkersburg was arraigned on charges of shoplifting less than $500 and obstructing and was released on $500 surety bond.

* Donald Ray McFee, 40, P.O. Box 5430, Vienna, was arraigned on three counts of violation of a protective order and was released on $1,500 bond.
