Wood Magistrate

PARKERSBURG — The Wood County Magistrate Court released the following reports May 26:

* Shanniah C. Kemp, 24, 1807 Pike St., Parkersburg, pleaded no contest to driving with a suspended license. He pled and paid over the phone.

* Brady Neil Young, 50, 1800 23rd St., Parkersburg, pleaded no contest to a no seatbelt charge and a no insurance charge was dismissed. He was assessed $25 in court costs and fines.

* Jeffrey Scott Ash Jr., 36, 42 Meadowbrook Acres, Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to no inspection and was assessed $175.25 in court costs and fines.

* A charge of possession of a controlled substance was dismissed for Candace Mae Gibson, 37, 1130 24th St., Parkersburg; the substance could not be identified.

* John Edgar Jacoby, 40, 5 Elm St., Davisville, had a preliminary hearing waived for a possession of a controlled substance with the intent to deliver charge and was bound over to Circuit Court.

* Charges of shoplifting and trespassing after notice were dismissed Taylor Brooke Stansberry, 30, 2 Worthington Lane, Parkersburg; they will be recharged as felonies.

* Stephen Skylar McCutcheon, 25, 1325 St. Marys Ave., Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to petit larceny and was sentenced to jail for 30 days, suspended for one year of probation with credit for five days served. He was assessed $170.25 in court costs and fines.

* Adam Lee Thompson, 28, 1117 Lynn St., Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to receiving or transferring stolen goods and possession of a controlled substance and was sentenced to jail for 65 days, served for the receiving or transferring stolen goods charge; he was sentenced to jail for 180 days for the possession charge and was credited for the 65 days served on the other charge. He was assessed $170.25 in court costs and fines.

* Susan Samette Hendricks, 48, 1112 27th St., Vienna, pleaded guilty to trespassing on a property condemned by the government and was sentenced to jail for 30 days, suspended to jail for one year of probation. She was assessed $170.25 in court costs and fines.

* Dante Shane Curtiss, 22, 288 Dempsie Ave., Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to unauthorized acts with regard to wildlife without a license or permit and possession of wildlife. A charge of one count of possession of wildlife was dismissed and they were assessed $380.50 in court costs and fines.

* Nathan Andrew Bunner, 37, 1120 Latrobe St., Parkersburg, had a preliminary hearing waived for a charge of entry of building other than dwelling and was bound over to Circuit Court.

* Philip Andrew Conner, 46, 1412 22nd St., Parkersburg, was arraigned on charges of an expired registration and an inspection sticker violation and was released on a $250 personal recognizance bond.

* Samantha Adella Reesman, 25, 1104 13th St., Parkersburg, was arraigned on charges of driving with a suspended license, leaving the scene of an accident and failure to maintain control and was released on a $2,000 personal recognizance bond.

* Corey Jo Woolum, 32, 401 Hickory St., Parkersburg, is a fugitive from Ohio and is being held without bond.
