PARKERSBURG — Wood County Magistrate Court released the following reports April 28:

* Brandon Michael Knight, 21, 1901 Mathoit St., Parkersburg, pleaded no contest to a no insurance charge.

* Taylor Brooke Stansberry, 30, 2 Worthington Lane Apt. 1, Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to driving with a suspended license and was assessed $320.25 in court costs and fines.

* Ronald Russel Nutter, 35, 1112 38th St., Parkersburg, was arraigned on three counts of shoplifting and was released on a $1,500 bond.

* Taylor Marie Byrd, 20, 1489 Silver Run Road, Cairo, was arraigned on charges of driving with a suspended license and failure to maintain control and was released on a $3,000 personal recognizance bond.

* Jennie Iona Tranter, 42, 1402 Andrew St., Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to maintaining a vehicle for keeping controlled substances and was sentenced to two years of probation, suspended for six months of probation. A charge of possession of a controlled substance was dismissed. Byrd was assessed $170.25 in court costs and fines.

* Olivia Kaptis, 44, 7079 State Route 550, Cutler, pleaded guilty to shoplifting and battery and was ordered to pay a $50 civil penalty to Piggly Wiggly. Kaptis was sentenced to jail for 24 hours and was assessed $350.50 in court costs and fines.

* Zachary Phillip Schoolcrat, 28, 1114 Walsh Road, Vincent, pleaded guilty to driving with a suspended license and an obstruction charge was dismissed. He was assessed $270.25 in court costs and fines.

* James Alan McGee, 50, Williamstown, pleaded not guilty to domestic battery.

* Damion Thomas Norris, 45, Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to domestic battery and child abuse by parent and was sentenced to jail for 11 days, served. One count of domestic battery was dismissed and he was assessed $340.50 in court costs and fines.

* James Paul Bryan, 48, c/o 178 Hays St., Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to obstruction and a charge of wearing a face covering was dismissed. He was assessed $220.25 in court costs and fines.

* Donald Edward Williams, 41, 3007 Broad St., Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to disorderly conduct, a third offense public intoxication and trespassing and was sentenced to jail for 17 days, served; he was sentenced to jail for one day, served, for the public intoxication charge. Charges of trespassing and one count of public intoxication was dismissed and he was assessed $170.25 in court costs and fines.

* Kelci Leann Wise, 20, 214 Pennsylvania Ave. Apt. 12, Marietta, had a preliminary hearing waived for a possession of fentanyl charge and was bound over to Circuit Court.

* Aaron Michael Parsons, 29, 4810 2nd Ave. Apt. 2, Parkersburg had a preliminary hearing waived for charges of two counts of embezzlement and grand larceny and was bound over to Circuit Court.

PARKERSBURG — The Wood County Magistrate Court released the following reports April 29:

* Ashley Nichole Plummer, 32, 1708 Andrew St., Parkersburg, pleaded no contest to a no registration charge.

* Kenneth Moore, 77, 10920 Isabel Road, Cambridge, pleaded guilty to speeding and was assessed $190.25 in court costs and fines.

* Christopher Allen Robey, 43, 2623 27th Ave., Parkersburg, was arraigned on charges of driving with a suspended license and no insurance and was released on a $500 personal recognizance bond.

* Billy Jo Gerwig, 34, Waverly, was arraigned on charges of domestic battery, public intoxication and possession of a controlled substance and was released on a $2,000 surety bond.

* Dale Eugene Logston, 28, Parkersburg, was arraigned on charges of a bond violation and domestic battery and was released on a $2,000 surety bond.

* Misty Dawn Hutson, 28, 911 1/2 Mary St., Parkersburg, was arraigned on a battery charge and was released on a $1,000 personal recognizance bond.

* Williams Shaun Alan, 40, 2707 Fairview Ave., Parkersburg, was arranged on charges of driving under the influence and possession of a controlled substance and was released on a $1,500 surety bond.
