Wood Magistrate

PARKERSBURG — The Wood County Magistrate Court released the following reports April 22:

* Tiffany Joan Hardin, 19, 1141 Hardman Fork Road, Criston, was arraigned on a driving under the influence charge and was released on a $500 personal recognizance bond.

* Gina Nicole Hand, 51, homeless, was arranged on charges of indecent exposure and obstruction and bond was set at $500 surety.

* Amanda R. Wilson, 34, 4008 11th Ave., Parkersburg, had a preliminary hearing waived for a forgery charge.

* Michael Eugene McCord, 68, 648 Sherwood Forest, Belleville, pleaded no contest to violating a protective order and was assessed $195.25 in court costs and fines.

* Frankie Michael Cox, 74, 1003 Jackson Ave. Apt. C, Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to shooting across a road or near a building or crowd and was assessed $220.25 in court costs and fines.

* Indica Arie Riel, 19, 804 Market St., Parkersburg, had a preliminary hearing for a breaking and entering charge and was bound over to circuit court.

* Kayla Nicole Barton, 34, Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to domestic battery and was sentenced to jail for 30 days, suspended for one year of probation. A charge of domestic battery was dismissed. Barton was assessed $260.25 in court costs and fines.

* Ashley Ann Kawczynski, 30, 23 Rosemary Road Apt. 119, Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to charges of failure to give fingerprints, driving impaired and obstructing and was sentenced to jail for 18 hours, served. Charges of battery of a police officer and obstructing were dismissed. Kawczynski was assessed $515.50 in court costs and fines.

* A guilty verdict was reached in a bench trial for Anthony James Roton, 34, 588 Burnthouse Road, Parkersburg, on a charge of no personal floatation device and he was assessed $190.25 in court costs and fines.

* Brandon Thomas Simmons, 23, 6535 Foster Ridge Road, Given, pleaded guilty to driving under the influence and was sentenced to jail for seven hours, served. He was assessed $345.25 in court costs and fines.

* Ronnie Lee Lockhart, 50, Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to domestic battery and was sentenced to jail for 30 days, suspended for one year of probation with credit for one day served. He also pleaded guilty to the possession of methamphetamine and was sentenced to jail for 90 days, suspended for one year of probation with credit for one day served. The sentences are to be served concurrently and he was assessed $190.25 in court costs and fines.

* Brandy Dawn Barker, 36, 506 Hickory St., Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to driving with a suspended license and was assessed $270.25 in court costs and fines. A no insurance charge was dismissed.

* Joshua J. Stackhouse, 39, 320 Green St. Apt. B, Parkersburg, pleaded no contest to charges of passing in a no passing zone and no driver’s license. He paid court costs and fines over the phone.

* Carl Ernest Boise, 77, 1122 Grass Run Road, Mineral Wells, pleaded no contest to two counts of hunting turkey over bait and was assessed $380.50 in court costs and fines.

* Eric C. Boise, 44, 6015 Sanmar Drive, Spring Hill, Tenn., pleaded no contest to two counts of hunting a baited area for turkey and was assessed $380.50 in court costs and fines.
