PARKERSBURG — The Wood County Magistrate Court released the following reports April 15:

* Allison Paige McCoy, 20, 50 Royal Gardens, Apt. 23, Mineral Wells, pleaded guilty to speeding and was assessed $270.25 in court costs and fines.

* Leda Keanne McClure, 46, 587 E Maple St., Davisville, was arraigned on charges of driving with a suspended license and an expired registration and was released on a $1,000 personal recognizance bond.

* Brandon Edward Bays, 24, 900 Hillcrest St., Parkersburg, was arraigned on a charge of destruction of property and was released on a $500 personal recognizance bond.

* Jason Leigh Richards, 42, 1067 Sealy Ridge Road, Vincent, was arraigned on charges of driving with a suspended license and leaving the scene of an accident and was released on a $500 personal recognizance bond.

* Jacob Lee Eye, 31, 307 Brockway Ave., Morgantown, was arraigned on two counts of battery, obstructing an officer, destruction of property and failure to render fingerprints and was released on a $2,000 surety bond.

* Probable cause was found for Austin Donald Sweeney, 22, 2428 Valley Road, Parkersburg on a charge of driving under the influence causing serious bodily injury, and he was bound over to Circuit Court.

* Christopher M. Williams, 29, 4312 Seventh St., Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to shoplifting and was sentenced to jail for six months, suspended for one year of probation. Williams was ordered to pay a $2,860.74 civil penalty to Walmart and was assessed $170.25 in court costs and fines.

* Candace May Gibson, 37, 4413 Ninth Ave., Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to possession of a controlled substance and was sentenced to jail for 90 days, suspended for one year of probation. Gibson was ordered to pay a $401 civil penalty to Walmart, and one count of possession of a controlled substance was dismissed. Gibson was assessed $360.50 in court costs and fines.

* Daniel Lee Frame, 38, 1212 Broad St., Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to possession of a controlled substance and was sentenced to jail for 90 days to be served concurrently with any other sentence. Frame was assessed $170.25 in court costs fines.

* Sarah Lynn Miller, 40, 611 Elder St., Parkersburg, was arraigned on charges of driving with a suspended license and no insurance and was released on a $500 personal recognizance bond.

* Zachary Eugene Rexroad, 22, 4809 Emerson Ave., Parkersburg, was arraigned on a charge of selling alcohol to minors and was released on a $500 personal recognizance bond

* Allison Paige McCloy, 20, 50 Royal Gardens, Apt. 23, Mineral Wells, was arraigned on a charge of underage consumption and was released on a $500 personal recognizance.

* April Ann Ellis, 45, 56 Friendly Lane, Elizabeth, was arraigned on charges of driving impaired, leaving the scene of an accident and three counts of possession of a controlled substance, and bond was set at $2,500 personal recognizance.

* Preston Scott Harris, 27, 701 Virgil St., Parkersburg, was arraigned on a charge of fleeing from an officer and bond was set at $1,000 surety.

PARKERSBURG — Wood County Magistrate Court released the following reports April 16:

* Timothy M. Mollendick, 67, 607 Central Ave., Williamstown, pleaded no contest to speeding.

* Gary Wayne Paris Jr., 48, Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to two counts of domestic battery and was sentenced to jail for five hours, served. Paris was assessed $170.25 in court costs and fines.

* Zachery Dillon Pierpoint, 29, P.O. Box 213, Paden City, pleaded guilty to obstructing an officer and was assessed $220.25 in court costs and fines.

* Michael Leon Thomas III, 21, 2965 Kicking Bird Trace, Dublin, had a preliminary hearing waived for a possession of fentanyl charge and was bound over to Circuit Court.

* Dalton Corey Drummond, 28, 1414 Jesterville Road, Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to fleeing from an officer and was sentenced to jail for 90 days. Drummond also pleaded guilty to driving with a suspended license and was sentenced to jail for 30 days for that charge. The sentences are to be consecutively served. He was assessed $440.50 in court costs and fines.

* Frank J. Firanek, 59, Building 88 Rosemar Terrace Apt. 215, Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to driving under the influence and was sentenced to jail for 10 hours, served. A no insurance charge was dismissed. Firanek was assessed $345.25 in court costs and fines.

* Victoria Fawn Delaney, 31, 200 McClain Road, Elkins, pleaded guilty to disorderly conduct and was assessed $175.25 in court costs and fines.

* Thomas Joseph Laurie, 38, 1000 Kemper St., Apt. 5, Parkersburg, is a fugitive from justice from Washington County on a breaking and entering charge and was being held without bond.

* Austin Tyler Izzo, 25, 3515 Sixth Ave., Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to providing a place or structure for the use of controlled substances by others. A charge of possession of fentanyl was dismissed. Izzo was assessed $170.25 in court costs and fines.

* Michael Duane Robinson, 29, 1876 Pleasant Hill Road, Belleville, pleaded guilty to obstructing an officer, disorderly conduct and driving with a revoked license and was sentenced to jail for 30 days, suspended for one year of probation and one year of counseling through Westbrook. Charges of battery on a government employee, improper registration and no insurance were dismissed. Robinson was assessed $340.50 in court costs and fines.

* James Patrick Bruce Sr., 55, 906 Lynn St., Parkersburg, was arraigned on charges of no insurance and no operators and was released on a $500 personal recognizance bond.

* Amanda R. Dickerson, 37, 814 Eighth St., Parkersburg, was arraigned on a shoplifting charge and was released on a $25,000 surety bond.

* Thomas J. Laurie, 38, 1507 Staunton Ave., Parkersburg, was arraigned on a breaking and entering charge, and bond was set at $20,000 surety.

* Darren Allen Petty, 33, 211 Pickering St., Parkersburg, was arraigned on charges of shoplifting and possession of a controlled substance and was released on a $1,000 bond.

* Brittany Marie Ayers, 29, 1340 Lynn St., Parkersburg, was arraigned on a destruction of property charge and was released on a $500 personal recognizance bond.

* Jeremy Wayne Alger, 31, 1027 1/2 Lynn St., Parkersburg, was arraigned on a charge of possession of a controlled substance and was released on a $500 personal recognizance bond.

* Samantha Danielle Deem, 27, 1027 1/2 Lynn St., Parkersburg, was arraigned on a charge of possession of a controlled substance and was released on a $500 personal recognizance bond.

* Timothy M. Mollendick, 67, 607 Central Ave., Williamstown, pleaded no contest to speeding.

* Mika Shane Morris, 29, P.O. Box 44, Middlebourne, was arraigned on a grand larceny charge and bond was set at $15,000 surety.
