Wood Magistrate

PARKERSBURG — The Wood County Magistrate Court released the following reports April 7:

* Rebecca Leigh Flinn, 29, 510 Eighth Ave., Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to beer sales under 21 and was assessed $195.25 in court costs and fines.

* Marvin Duane Griffith, 72, 222 Cornwallis Road, Cairo, pleaded guilty to speeding in a school zone and was assessed $270.25 in court costs and fines.

* Tabitha Lynn Tanner, 37, 2023 Kesterson Road, Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to a no seatbelt charge and was assessed $25 in court costs and fines.

* Christopher Alden Sutherland, 40, 513 Reed St., Parkersburg, had a preliminary hearing waived for two counts of forging, uttering or attempting to employ as true and was bound over to Circuit Court.

* Antwaun Maurice Winbush, 40, c/o 1176 Duxberry Ave., Columbus, pleaded guilty to possession of a controlled substance and was sentenced to two years of probation, suspended for six months of probation. One count of possession of a controlled substance was dismissed and was assessed $170.25 in court costs and fines.

* Bret Michael Wilson, 31, 406 Fourth Ave., Parkersburg, pleaded no contest to fleeing from an officer and was sentenced to jail for 10 days, served. He was assessed $170.25 in court costs and fines.

* Trenton Allen Hutson, 19, 2523 Lenore St., Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to the unlawful taking of a vehicle and was sentenced to two years of probation, suspended for six months of probation. He was ordered to attend six months of substance abuse evaluation through the Day Report Center. A grand larceny charge was dismissed and he was assessed $680.25 in court costs and fines.

* Nathan Andrew Bunner, 37, 1120 Latrobe St., Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to possession of a controlled substance and was sentenced to jail for 90 days, served. He was assessed $170.25 in court costs and fines.

* Thomas Edward Carpenter, 49, 1607 15th Ave., Parkersburg, had a preliminary hearing waived for a grand larceny charge and was bound over to Circuit Court.

* A charge of receiving or transferring a stolen vehicle was dismissed for Creed Michael McCauley Jr., 52, 603 Hill St., Parkersburg; the alleged victim failed to appear.

* Proceedings were deferred for Jesse Paul Hansen, 23, 113 High St., Salem, for a charge of brandishing a deadly weapon. Proceedings were deferred for 12 months. A charge of wanton endangerment involving a firearm was dismissed and he was assessed $170.25 in court costs and fines.

* Autumn Christina Wells, 37, 1614 Pearcy Ave., Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to shoplifting and was sentenced to jail for 30 days, suspended for six months of probation with credit for 11 days served. She was ordered to pay a $50 civil penalty to Plato’s Closet and to continue outpatient treatment. She was assessed $170.25 in court costs and fines.

* Ricky H. Headley, 52, 317 Franklin St., Marietta, pleaded guilty to failure to check traps and failure to maintain daily records as a wildlife control agent. He was assessed $380.50 in court costs and fines.

* Jessica Fritz also known as Jessica Frame, 31, 1202 16th St., Parkersburg, was arraigned on a breaking and entering charge and is being held on a $25,000 bond.

* Michael Duane Robinson, 29, 1876 South Pleasant Hill Road, Belleville, was arraigned on charges of disorderly conduct, obstructing an officer and the assault of a law enforcement officer and is being held on a $2,500 surety bond.

* Roger Dale Grimm, 54, 1725 Latrobe St., Parkersburg, was arraigned on charges of disorderly conduct and public intoxication and was released on a $500 personal recognizance bond.

* Seth Daniel Elam, 40, 1801 28th St., Vienna, was arraigned on a charge of possession of marijuana and was released on a $500 personal recognizance bond.

* Amanda Rena Dickerson, 34, 814 Eighth St., Parkersburg, was arraigned on a charge of driving with a revoked license and was released on a $1,000 personal recognizance bond.
