PARKERSBURG — Wood County Magistrate Court released the following records March 18:

* Ernest Wade Boley, 42, 2952 Staunton Turnpike, Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to driving with a suspended license, violation of a protective order and possession of a controlled substance and was sentenced to one year of probation, suspended for 90 days of probation and was ordered to report to the Day Report Center. Charges of five counts of violation of a protective order, obstructing an officer and disorderly conduct were dismissed. Boley was assessed $420.25 in court costs and fines.

* Joni Lynn Davis, 30, 811 Virginia Ave., Parkersburg, pleaded no contest to driving with a suspended license and a charge of no insurance was dismissed. Davis was assessed $270.25 in court costs and fines.

* Kristy Dawn Lemon, 40, 2021 Fourth Ave., Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to no inspection and no seatbelt and was assessed $470.50 in court costs and fines. A no insurance charge was dismissed.

* Chad Michael Wilson, 35, homeless, pleaded guilty to trespassing and destruction of property and was sentenced to probation for 12 months, suspended for a Day Report Center assessment. Wilson was sentenced to jail for 90 days on the trespassing charge, served. Charges of entry of building other than dwelling and second degree arson were dismissed. Wilson was assessed $340.50 in court costs and fines.

* Charles Raymond Cody Miller, 25, Williamstown, pleaded guilty to domestic battery and unlawful restraint and was sentenced to jail for 60 days with credit for 59 days served. Charges of domestic assault, domestic battery and bond violation were dismissed. Miller was assessed $170.25 in court costs and fines.

* Eve Marie Bunner, 37, 1303 25th St., Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to providing a place for the use of controlled substances by others and was sentenced to two years of probation, suspended for 12 months for substance use assessment. A charge of possession of a controlled substance was dismissed. Bunner was assessed $170.25 in court costs and fines.

* Charges of fleeing from an officer, battery of a police officer and destruction of property were dismissed for Joshua Lee Thompson, 38, 610 Williams Ave., Williamstown.

* Austin Michael Barnhart, 23, 2610 Braun Road, Belpre, pleaded guilty to possession of heroin and was sentenced to jail for 90 days, suspended for one year of probation. Barnhart was assessed $170.25 in court costs and fines.

* Drew Nicole Barber, 28, 2601 LIncoln Ave., Parkersburg, had a preliminary hearing waived for a charge of possession of heroin and was bound over to Circuit Court.

* J. Rohan Francis, 34, 225 Central Ave., Charleston, pleaded no contest to no insurance, driving with a suspended license, pacing and defective equipment and was assessed $1,001 in court costs and fines.

* Charles Andrew Bradley II, 29, 3501 Elm St. Apt. 7, Parkersburg, was arraigned on charges of an expired inspection and no proof of insurance and was released on a $250 personal recognizance bond.

* Charles E. Persinger II, 32, 918 Fourth Ave., Parkersburg, was arraigned on a charge of trespassing and was released on a $500 personal recognizance bond.

* Taylor B. Stansberry, 30, 2 Worthington Lane, Parkersburg, was arraigned on a shoplifting charge and was released on a $2,500 surety bond.

* Nikki Lee Vanfossen, 36, 1988 Buckner Bend Road, Walker, was arraigned on a charge of possession of a controlled substance and was released on a $1,000 personal recognizance bond.

* Scott Anthony Heskett, 46, 177 Pine Grove Drive, Nelsonville, was arraigned on charges of driving with a suspended license and no insurance and was released on a $1,000 personal recognizance bond.

* Richard Brewster Mollohan, 33, 800 15th Ave., Vienna, was arraigned on charges of possession of a controlled substance, heroin, and possession of a controlled substance marijuana and was released on a $1,000 personal recognizance bond.

* Justin Michael Middleton, 36, 2412 Wolf Run Road, Rockport, was arraigned on a charge of possession of a controlled substance and was released on a $500 personal recognizance bond.

* Michael Von Richards, 43, 312 Coopers Ridge Road, Williamstown, was arraigned on charges of reckless driving, three counts of possession of a controlled substance and driving with a suspended license and was released on a $2,500 surety bond.

* Amanda Lorena Faros, 24, Parkersburg, was arraigned on a charge of domestic battery and was released on a $1,500 personal recognizance bond.

* Hunter Alan-Rex Moreheard, 23, Parkersburg, was arraigned on a domestic battery charge and was released on a $2,000 personal recognizance bond.

* Joshua Caleb Grady, 38, Vienna, was arraigned on charges of domestic battery and possession of a controlled substance and bond was set at $2,500 surety.

PARKERSBURG — The Wood County Magistrate Court released the following reports March 19:

* Donald Gene Nay, 39, P.O. Box 890, Elizabeth, was arraigned on charges of disorderly conduct and two counts of assault and was released on a $10,000 surety bond.

* James Joseph McMonagle, 48, 557 Sixth St. Apt. 1, Parkersburg, was arraigned on a charge of possession of methamphetamine and was released on a $1,000 personal recognizance bond.

* Dusty Lee Wineman, 40, c/o 1725 Latrobe St., Parkersburg, was arraigned on a charge of possession of methamphetamine and was released on a $500 personal recognizance bond.

* A burglary charge was dismissed for Christopher Adam Grinter, 34, 611 31st St., Parkersburg.

* Probable cause was found for James Francis Beck, 36, 800 15th Ave., Vienna on a charge of fraudulent and related activity in connection with an access device.

* Sean Raphael-David Stephens, 45, 5527 Walker Road, Walker, pleaded guilty to driving with a suspended license and was assessed $270,25 in court costs and fines.

* Dustin Wayne Parsons, 26, 180 Ash Circle, Davisville, pleaded guilty to the unlawful taking of a vehicle and a vehicle entering through highway or stop intersections and was sentenced to 30 days of home confinement and restitution was to remain open. Charges of accidents involving damage to a vehicle and driving with a suspended license were dismissed. Parsons was assessed $355.50 in court costs and fines.

* Shawn D. Bownan, 29, 229 Franklin St., Marietta, had a preliminary hearing waived for charges of possession of a controlled substance with the intent to deliver and the possession of fentanyl.

* Jedidiah Daniel Stutler, 23, 13745 Staunton Turnpike, Walker, pleaded guilty to fleeing from an officer and was sentenced to jail for 60 days. A charge of interference with the officer was dismissed. Stutler was assessed $170.25 in court costs and fines.

* Brian Lamar Thomas, 43, 2504 Harrison Ave., Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to possession of counterfeit money with the intent to utter and was sentenced to jail for six months, suspended for one year of probation. He was assessed $280.25 in court costs and fines.

* Donald Edward Williams, 41, 3007 Broad St., Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to possession of a controlled substance and obstructing and was sentenced to jail for 60 days, suspended for one year of probation. A disorderly conduct charge was dismissed and he was assessed $340.50 in court costs and fines.

* Dezaray Lynn Roberts, 21, 1104 17th St., Vienna, pleaded guilty to possession of a controlled substance and was sentenced to one year of probation. suspended for 90 days of probation and was ordered to report to the Day Report Center. A charge of driving with a suspended license was dismissed and she was assessed $170.25 in court costs and fines.

* Daniel Ryan Facemyre, 21, 1017 18th St., Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to obstructing and was assessed $220.25 in court costs and fines.

* Dustin Dewain Wade, 33, 7837 West Virginia Highway West, Cox’s Mills, pleaded guilty to possession of methamphetamine and was sentenced to six months of probation and was assessed $170.25 in court costs and fines.

* Tasha June Compton, 39, 1500 25th St., Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to public intoxication and a charge of a prohibited person with a firearm was dismissed. She was assessed $175.25 in court costs and fines.

* Clark Evan Westbrook, 34, 2220 Federal Road, Little Hocking, is a fugitive from justice out of Washington County on a charge of receiving stolen property and is being held without bond.

* Jesse Allan Morgan, 39, 1601 Avery St., Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to obstructing an officer and was sentenced to jail for eight days, served, and was assessed $170.25 in court costs and fines.

* Mickey Allen Hairston, 34, 800 15th Ave. Apt. 2, Vienna, had a preliminary hearing waived for charges of possession of a controlled substance with the intent to deliver and the unlawful transport of fentanyl.

* Dwayne Eddy Conner, 59, 99 Edison Drive, Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to failure to register a doe electronically and a charge of waste of a game animal was dismissed and he was assessed $690.25 in court costs and fines.

* Hope Raeshawn Hutson, 21, 306 Berry St. Apt. B, Parkersburg, had a preliminary hearing waived for a shoplifting charge.

* Zachary George Ladeaux, 40, c/o 2601 Unity Plaza, Apt. 301, Parkersburg, had a preliminary hearing waived for a charge of possession of a controlled substance with the intent to deliver.

* Akietta Nichole Parker, 29, 69 Brown Ave. Apt. C, Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to possession of a controlled substance and was sentenced to jail for 90 days with credit for 12 days served. A charge of interference with officers was dismissed and she was assessed $170.25 in court costs and fines.
