PARKERSBURG — The Wood County Magistrate Court released the following reports March 16:

* Tiffany Diane Wheaton McCune, 28, 4420 17th Ave., Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to trespassing and was assessed $270.25 in court costs and fines.

* Tiffany Huffman, 36, 1241 Lynn St., Parkersburg, was arraigned on a charge of battery of a healthcare worker and bond was set at $3,000 surety.

* Jessica M. Ruble, 34, 112 Valley Mills Road, Parkersburg, was arraigned on a grand larceny charge and bond was set at $10,000 surety.

* Henry Lee Southall, 21, 6305 Old Grade Road, Chester Hill, was arraigned on charges of driving with a suspended license and no insurance and was released on a $500 personal recognizance bond.

* Andrew Damion Hardman, 19, 614 Wigner Ave., Harrisville, was arraigned on a charge of driving with a suspended license and was released on a $500 personal recognizance bond.

* Barry Lynn Gibson, 56, 402 Awesome Valley Drive, Elizabeth, was arraigned on a charge of no registration and was released on a $500 personal recognizance bond.

* Teddy Preston Ball, 66, 4978 Anns Run Road, Creston, pleaded guilty to gross weight of vehicles and a charge of improper registration was dismissed. Ball was assessed $175.25 in court costs and fines.

* Michelle Dawn Parsons, 38, 58 Romine Road, Washington, W.Va., was arraigned on three counts of petit larceny and was released on a $3,000 personal recognizance bond.

PARKERSBURG — The Wood County Magistrate Court released the following reports March 17:

* Benjamin Michael Williams, 27, was arraigned on charges of forging and uttering and bond was set at $15,000 surety.

* Creed Michael McCauley Jr., 52, 603 Hill St., Parkersburg, was arraigned on a charge of possession of a stolen vehicle and was released on a $2,500 surety bond.

* Paige Elizabeth Moran, 27, 3004 10th Ave., Vienna, was arraigned on charges of the unlawful retention of rented or leased vehicles and shoplifting and was released on a $2,000 bond.

* Sierra Dawn Becker, 21, 105 Gilman Ave., Lot 5, Marietta, was arraigned on a charge of injuring or tampering with a vehicle and was released on a $2,000 personal recognizance bond.

* Lisa Nicole Ross, 36, 2412 Neal St., Parkersburg, was arraigned on a shoplifting charge and was released on a $500 personal recognizance bond.

* A charge of receiving or transferring a stolen vehicle was dismissed for Kendra Charisse Talbot, 26, 1711 17th St., Parkersburg. The alleged victim failed to appear.

* A malicious assault charge was dismissed for Tiffanie Renee Perry, 38, 2508 Broadway Extension, Parkersburg. The alleged victim recanted.

* Trisha Nicole Chute, 26, c/o 27 Branham Drive Apt. 79, Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to obstructing an officer and was sentenced to jail for eight days, served. Charges of disorderly conduct and failing to give fingerprints were dismissed. Chute was assessed $170.25 in court costs and fines.

* Robert Dale Goodnight Jr., 43, 1112 East 12th St., Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to shoplifting and obstructing an officer and was sentenced to jail for six months with credit for eight days served. Charges of public intoxication and escape from custody were dismissed. Goodnight was ordered to pay a $50 civil penalty to Walmart and was assessed $365.50 in court costs and fines.

* Amy Renae Patterson, 30, 1108 Lynn St., Parkersburg, had a preliminary hearing waived for two counts of fraudulent and related activity in connection with an access device and was bound over to Circuit Court.

* Matthew Patrick Shimer, 26, 257 Annamoriah Road, Creston, pleaded guilty to driving in an impaired state and was sentenced to jail for 13 hours, served, and was assessed $345.25 in court costs and fines.
