PARKERSBURG — The Wood County Magistrate court released the following reports March 10:

* Chloe Cheyenne Jones, 24, 1913 Princeton St., Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to no insurance and driving with a suspended license and was assessed $640.50 in court costs and fines.

* Nathan Charles Davis, 35, 2511 Division St. Extension, Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to providing a place for the use of controlled substances by others and was sentenced to six months of home confinement and was assessed $170.25 in court costs and fines.

* A charge of a felon in possession of a firearm was dismissed via plea agreement for Airrion Antwoin Smith, 72, 1614 Pearcy Ave., Parkersburg.

* Matthew Robert Bonnett, 24, P.O. Box 486, Elizabeth, pleaded guilty to unauthorized acts with regard to wildlife without a license or permit and possession of wildlife and was assessed $380.50 in court costs and fines.

* Eric Allen Starcher, 47, 1323 Cypress St., Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to possession of methamphetamine and was sentenced to jail for 90 days, suspended for one year of probation. A charge of possession of heroin was dismissed. Starcher was assessed $170.25 in court costs and fines.

* A domestic battery charge was dismissed for James Randall Dowler, 41, Parkersburg.

* Gina Nicole Hana, 51, 413 East Eighth St., Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to disorderly conduct and the unlawful taking of a vehicle and was sentenced to jail to 230 days, served. Charges of grand larceny, receiving or transferring stolen property and disorderly conduct were dismissed. Hana was assessed $270.25 in court costs and fines.

* Brandi Nicole Mackey, 34, 706 Neal St., Parkersburg, had a preliminary hearing waived for charges of fleeing from an officer and possession of a controlled substance with the intent to deliver and the case was bound over to Circuit Court.

* Scott Dewayne Bush, 41, 47 Elm St., Davisville, had a preliminary hearing waived for charges of conspiracy to commit grand larceny and the conspiracy to commit a felony, destruction of property and the case was bound over to Circuit Court.

* Jayden Lantern Thomas, 19, 1346 Covert St., Parkersburg, had a preliminary hearing waived for a charge of sexual assault in the third degree with a person younger than 16 and the case was bound over to Circuit Court.

* Mark Ronald Barnard, 68, 1908 19th St., Parkersburg, had a preliminary hearing waived for two counts of possession of child pornography and the case was bound over to Circuit Court.

* Jonathon Lee Heck, 39, 209 Overlook Drive, Parsons, pleaded guilty to driving in an impaired state and was sentenced to jail for 12 hours, served. He was assessed $345.25 in court costs and fines.

* Andrew Dylan Spencer, 23, 260 Paddock Green Drive, Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to possession of a controlled substance and was sentenced to probation. A no driver’s license charge was dismissed. Spencer was assessed $170.25 in court costs and fines.

* A driving under the influence charge was dismissed for Jordan DaShawn Colebank, 24, 811 Belrock Ave. Apt. 8, Belpre; the arresting officer did not check in.

* Vincent T. Bradley, 33, 500 13th St. Apt. 17, Parkersburg, was arraigned on charges of an expired registration and driving with a suspended license and was released on a $1,500 personal recognizance bond.

* Ashely Junelle Rollyson, 35, homeless, was arraigned on a charge of trespassing in a placard residence and was released on a $250 personal recognizance bond.

* Michael Keith Allman, 37, homeless, was arraigned on a charge of trespassing in a placard residence and was released on a $250 personal recognizance bond.

* James Robert Kipe, 30, 1414 Martown Road, Parkersburg, was arraigned on charges of shoplifting and obstructing and was released on a $3,000 surety bond.

* Keisha M. Salyers, 34, 2503 Beverly St. Apt. 9-3, Parkersburg, was arraigned on two counts of shoplifting and possession of a controlled substance and was released on a $3,000 personal recognizance bond.

* Anthony Charles Smith, 35, 411 Ann St., Parkersburg, was arraigned on a shoplifting charge and was released on a $500 personal recognizance bond.

* Erin N. Spencer, 41, homeless, was arraigned on a shoplifting charge and was released on a $500 personal recognizance bond.

* Robert Dale Goodnight Jr., 43, 1112 12th St., Parkersburg, was arraigned on charges of escape, shoplifting, obstructing an officer and public intoxication and bond was set at $1,500 surety.

* James Owen Hutson, 39, 1010 Johnson Run Road, Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to driving with a suspended license and was assessed $270.25 in court costs and fines.

* Timothy Michale Morton, 31, 65 Pinehurst Ave., Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to an expired inspection and was assessed $175.25 in court costs and fines.

* Christopher Wayne Hutson, 27, 1010 Johnson Run Road, Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to no driver’s license and no seatbelt and was assessed $215.25 in court costs and fines.

* Anthony Charles Smith, 35, homeless, was arraigned on charges of trespassing and possession of a controlled substance and was released on a $2,000 surety bond.

* Keisha Maria Salyers, 34, homeless, was arraigned on charges of shoplifting and trespassing and was released on a $2,000 surety bond.

* Christopher A. Reynolds, 33, homeless, was arraigned on a charge of trespassing in a place or residence and was released on a $250 personal recognizance bond.

* Samantha Mae Cobb, 21, 2906 29th St. Apt. 12, Parkersburg, was arraigned on charges of no insurance and no driver’s license and was released on a $500 personal recognizance bond.

* James F. Beck, 36, homeless, was arraigned on a charge of fraudulent use of an access device and was released on a $5,000 surety bond.

* Wesley Justin Mays, 41, 1945 Winding Road, Parkersburg, was arraigned on charges of driving with a revoked license and no insurance and was released on a $2,000 personal recognizance bond.

* Destiny Renee Covey, 28, 56 Ash Circle, Davisville, is a fugitive of justice out of Fairfield County, Ohio, on charges of tampering with records, identity fraud and two counts of driving under the influence. She is being held at North Central Regional Jail without bond.

* Joshua E. Smith, 42, 5020 Fourth Ave., Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to driving with a revoked license, possession of a controlled substance and driving under the influence and was sentenced to home confinement for six months and 48 hours to be served concurrently. Smith was assessed $905.75 in court costs and fines.

* Timothy Allen Alkire, 44, 413 Eighth St., Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to obstructing an officer and petit larceny. A charge of possession of a controlled substance was dismissed and charges of violation of a protective order and possession of a controlled substance were deferred for 12 months. Time was served for the guilty charges and Alkire was assessed $340.50 in court costs and fines.

* Erin Nicole Spencer, 41, 1003 Jackson Ave. Apt. A, Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to shoplifting and was ordered to pay a $1,328.24 civil penalty to Hobby Lobby and was assessed $180.25 in court costs and fines.

* Charges of possession of a controlled substance and no driver’s license were dismissed for Cody Tyler Keith Dillon, 27, 33 South Third St., Parkersburg.

* A charge of forgery and uttering was dismissed for Joshua Eugene Smith, 42, 5020 Fourth Ave., Parkersburg.
