Wood Magistrate

PARKERSBURG — Wood County Magistrate Court released the following reports Feb. 25:

* Sherrie Ann Bell, 56, 1118 Avery St., Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to shoplifting and was ordered to pay $425.24 in civil penalty to Wal-Mart and was assessed $195.25 in court costs and fines.

* Kevin Romel Henderson, 39, 131 Greentree Drive, Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to driving with a suspended license and was sentenced to home confinement for 30 days with credit for one day served. He was assessed $320.25 in court costs and fines.

* Charles Francis Hardin, 51, 1206 16th St., Vienna, pleaded guilty to unlawful methods of hunting involving a loaded gun or crossbow in a vehicle during prohibited hours and was sentenced to home confinement for two days, served. Charges of a prohibited person with a firearm and carrying a crossbow and firearm in a vehicle without a case were dismissed. He was assessed $190.25 in court costs and fines.

* Heather Dawn Moore, 44, 396 Scenic Hills, Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to permitting an unauthorized person to drive and was assessed $270.25 in court costs and fines.

* Amanda Dawn Wilson, 41, 3214 State Route 93, Ironton, pleaded guilty to driving under the influence and obstructing an officer and was sentenced to jail for 24 hours with credit for 14 hours served. Charges of possession of an open container and driving with a suspended license were dismissed. She was assessed $785.50 in court costs and fines.

* John Frederick Hussel, 51. 3 Quail Cove Road, Charleston, pleaded no contest to speeding and was assessed $210.25 in court costs and fines.

* David James Alltop, 31, Parkersburg, was arraigned on a domestic battery charge and was released on a $2,000 surety bond.

* Matthew Robert Sims, 27, 1002 23rd St. Apt. 10, Vienna, was arraigned on charges of public intoxication and obstruction and was released on a $1,500 personal recognizance bond.

* Webster Lynn Green, 49, Parkersburg, was arraigned on a domestic battery charge and was released on a $3,000 surety bond.

* Joshua Joseph McCune, 36, homeless, was arraigned on a shoplifting charge and was released on a $250 personal recognizance bond.

* Ken Ambrose Stoveken, 21, Parkersburg, was arraigned on a domestic battery charge and was released on a $1,500 surety bond.

* Jessica Elizabeth Stark, 59, 1320 Avery St., Parkersburg, was arraigned on a battery charge and was released on a $1,000 surety bond.

* Kameron D. Griffin, 20, 782 Yale St., Akron, was arraigned on a charge of possession of heroin with the intent to deliver and bond was set at $15,000 cash.

* Deangelo Preston, 20, 512 Crosby St., Akron, was arraigned on a charge of possession of heroin with the intent to deliver and bond was set at $15,000 cash.

* Ashten Paige Wilkinson, 29, 221 Locust St., Belpre, was arraigned on a charge of transferring or receiving stolen property and was released on a $500 personal recognizance bond.

* Robert Clayton Moore Jr., 50, Parkersburg, was arraigned on a domestic battery charge and was released on a $1,500 personal recognizance bond.

* Sierra Rae Anderson, 23, homeless, was arraigned on a trespassing charge and was released on a $1,000 personal recognizance bond.

* Hunter Lee Smith, 23, homeless, was arraigned on a trespassing charge and was released on a $1,000 personal recognizance bond.

* David James Alltop, 31, Parkersburg, was arraigned on a domestic battery charge and was released on a $2,000 surety bond.

* Amy Ranae Patterson, 31, 2805 Birch St., Lot 16, Parkersburg, was arraigned on two counts of fraudulent use of an access device and was released on a $10,000 surety bond.

* Nathan Corey Strickler, 33, 1454 Rector Road, Vienna, had a preliminary hearing waived for a charge of possession of fentanyl with the intent to deliver and was bound over to Circuit Court.

* Terry Allen Smith, 62, 57 Aqua Circle, Parkersburg, had a preliminary hearing waived for a burglary charge.

* Kevin Madrid Nipps, 45, 3611 Rollins St., Apt. B, Parkersburg, had a preliminary hearing waived for a shoplifting charge.

* Jason Michael McIntire, 33, 1312 1/2 37th St., Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to brandishing a deadly weapon and driving with a suspended license and was sentenced to jail for 45 days, suspended for six months of probation. A left of center charge was dismissed. He was assessed $270.25 in court costs and fines.

* Hannah Nikole Byers, 20, 506 Hawthorne St., Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to assault and her sentence was served. She was assessed $250.25 in court costs and fines.

* Robert Eugene Flinn, 34, 997 Seven Pines Road, Mineral Wells, pleaded guilty to driving with a suspended license and improper registration. Charges of driving a vehicle without required security and no insurance were dismissed. He was assessed $490.50 in court costs and fines.
