Wood Magistrate

PARKERSBURG — The Wood County Magistrate Court released the following reports Feb. 24:

* Brendan Neil Hinzman, 34, 910 Core Road, Parkersburg, pleaded no contest to driving with a suspended license and was assessed $270.25 in court costs and fines.

* Douglas Barry Tuttle, 58, 1863 Ashford Ollis Road, Ashford, pleaded no contest to no insurance and was assessed $370.25 in court costs and fines.

* Cara Leigh Sams, 56, 38 S. Willard Road, Parkersburg, pleaded no contest to livestock trespassing and was assessed $220.25 in court costs and fines.

* Vance Edward Cross, 40, 1800 Staunton Ave., Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to improper registration and no insurance and was assessed $560.50 in court costs and fines.

* Amy Victoria Dennis, 29, 200 Ash St., Parkersburg, was arraigned on charges of obstructing an officer by a false statement and was released on a $500 personal recognizance bond.

* Jeffrey Alan Jones, 41, 1805 Beaver St., Parkersburg, was arraigned on a charge of obstructing an officer by a false statement and was released on a $500 personal recognizance bond.

* Jamie Nicole Metz, 37, 2522 10th Ave., Parkersburg, was arraigned on charges of a worthless check and the failure to return rental property and was released on a $3,000 personal recognizance bond.

* Judd Aurther-Michael Burke, 29, 35 Aqua Circle, Parkersburg, was arraigned on charges of violation of a protective order, obstructing an officer, obstructing and making false statements and was released on a $2,000 personal recognizance bond.

* Emily Hope Littleton, 22, 24 Wilton Court, Washington, was arraigned on a charge of selling, giving or furnishing alcohol to someone under 21 and was released on a $500 personal recognizance bond.

* Donald Monroe Anderson Jr., 45, 400 30th St., Vienna, was arraigned on charges of driving with a suspended license and no insurance and was released on a $1,000 personal recognizance bond.

* Ronald Eugene Mason Jr., 51, 825 Florence St., Belpre, was arraigned on a charge of speeding in a construction zone and was released on a $500 personal recognizance bond.

* Barry Glen Thompson, 58, 4800 Little Pond Creek Road, Ravenswood, was arraigned on charges of possession of a controlled substance, methamphetamine and maintaining a dwelling or vehicle for the use of controlled substances by others and was released on a $2,500 personal recognizance bond.

* Angela Sue Nutter, 42, is a fugitive from justice out of Washington County and is being held without bond.

* Joseph Dexter Hesson, 22, 809 Franklin Ave., Belpre, had a preliminary hearing waived for a charge of receiving or transferring stolen property and was bound over to Circuit Court.

* Dale Patrick Wright, 21, 618 Reed St. Apt. 8, Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to shoplifting and was ordered to pay a $87.78 civil penalty to Walmart. He was assessed $205.25 in court costs and fines.

* Jared Daniel Tice, 37, 157 Larkmead Road, Washington, pleaded guilty to a loaded firearm in an ATV and two counts of unauthorized acts with regard to wildlife without a license or permit. A possession of wildlife charge was dismissed and he was assessed $570.75 in court costs and fines.

* Billy Glenn Davis, 37, c/o 4204 Emerson Ave., Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to shoplifting and was ordered to pay a $827.54 civil penalty to Walmart. He was assessed $190.25 in court costs and fines.
