Wood Magistrate

PARKERSBURG — The Wood County Magistrate Court released the following report Feb. 18:

* Damon Luke Offenberger, 28, 211 W 4th St., Williamstown, pleaded guilty to driving under the influence and was sentenced to jail for nine hours. He was assessed $345.25 in court costs and fines.

* Jason Lee Bartimus, 45, 2346 Sealy Ridge Road, Vincent, was arranged on a grand larceny charge and was released on a $75,00 surety bond.

* Aaron G. Hammond, 43, 1914 Juliana St., Parkersburg, was arraigned on a charge of violation of a protective order and is being held on a $250 cash bond.

* Michael David Hornbeck, 53, 506 Dickens Drive, Mineral Wells, was arraigned on a charge of domestic battery and was released on a $1,500 surety bond.

* Brandyn Michael Glaze, 24, 1770 Blennerhassett Heights, Parkersburg, was arraigned on a driving under the influence charge and was released on a $500 personal recognizance bond.

* Courtney Elizabeth Shaw, 28, 3505 Elm St., Apt. 13, Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to shoplifting and fleeing from an officer and was sentenced to jail for 90 days, suspended for one year of probation and was ordered to report to the Day Report Center for one year. She was ordered to pay $1,266.48 in civil penalty to Walmart. Charges of trespassing in a structure and possession of a controlled substance were dismissed and she was assessed $440.50 in court costs and fines.

* Richard Glenn Causey, 56, 744 Big Island Run Road, Elizabeth, pleaded no contest to battery and was assessed $450.25 in court costs and fines.

* William Spradlin, 57, 1311 Highland Ave., Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to providing a place or structure for the use of controlled substances by others and was sentenced to probation for 12 months, suspended for six months of probation and was assessed $170.25 in court costs and fines. A charge of possession of a controlled substance with the intent to deliver was dismissed.

* James William Radabaugh, 34, 791 Sherwood Forest Drive, Belleville, is a fugitive from justice out of Washington County Ohio and was bound over to circuit court.

* Austin Lee Skidmore, 28, c/o 2627 14th Ave., Parkersburg, had a preliminary hearing waived for a drug conspiracy charge and possession of a controlled substance with the intent to deliver and was bound over to circuit court.

* Bernard Clyde Lemley, 37, homeless, was arraigned on shoplifting charge and is a fugitive from justice. He is being held without bond and was bound over to circuit court.

PARKERSBURG — The Wood County Magistrate Court released the following reports Feb. 19:

* Dandre Lamore Price, 27, 102 Whispering Pines Court, Parkersburg, was arranged on a domestic battery charge and was released on a $1,500 personal recognizance bond.

* Beth Ann Liotti, 51, 183 Wildwood Drive Apt. 101, Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to false reporting and a domestic battery charge was dismissed as the alleged victim failed to appear. She was assessed $190.25 in court costs and fines.

* Jeremy David Young, 43, 2993 Dutch Ridge Road, Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to unlawful injury to destruction of property and was sentenced to jail for 10 days, suspended for one year of probation and was assessed $740.25 in court costs and fines.

* Nathan Andrew Bunner, 36, 1120 Latrobe St., Parkersburg, had a preliminary hearing waived for a charge of an entry of a building other than dwelling.

* Brian Keith Sidwell, 40, 2135 16th St., Parkersburg, had a preliminary hearing waived for a grand larceny charge and was bound over to Circuit Court.

* David Lee Burke III, 21, 911 34th St., Vienna, pleaded guilty to fleeing from an officer and was sentenced to one year of probation, suspended for 60 days of probation and was assessed $220.25 in court costs and fines.

* Chrystall Angele Starkey, 43, 2207 Butcher Bend Road, Mineral Wells, pleaded guilty to assault on a government employee and/or medical personnel and was sentenced to probation for one year, suspended for 60 days of probation and was ordered to report to Westbrook for treatment and evaluation. She was assessed $180.25 in court costs and fines.

* Brittany Nichole Brown, 33, 443 Marrtown Road, Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to driving with a revoked license and was sentenced to jail for 30 days. She was ordered to self report to North Central Regional Jail and a no insurance charge was dismissed.

* Philip G. Motley, 60, 1609 Staunton Turnpike, Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to driving with a suspended license and was assessed $270.25 in court costs and fines.

* Charges of no inspection and driving with a suspended license were dismissed for Melissa Dawn Cremeans, 44, 2510 21st Ave., Apt. 5, Parkersburg; the case is over a year old and no warrant was issued.
