PARKERSBURG — The Wood County Magistrate Court released the following reports Feb. 12:

* Katherine May Coleman, 28, 75 College St. Apt. 5, Buffalo, N.Y., was arraigned on charges of obstructing, disorderly conduct and trespassing and was released on a $1,500 personal recognizance bond.

* Zachary J. Dye, 32, 89 Mineral Park Lane, Mineral Wells, was arraigned on a charge of driving with a suspended license and was released on a $500 personal recognizance bond.

* David Lee Rohrbough, 46, Parkersburg, was arraigned on a trespassing charge and was released on a $500 personal recognizance bond.

* Whitney M. Sprouse, 28, 503 Barclay St., Belpre, was arraigned on charges of driving under the influence and no proof of insurance and was released on a $700 personal recognizance bond.

* Charges of burglary and grand larceny were dismissed for Joshua Eric Allen, 27, 5B Avery Place, Parkersburg as the alleged victim did not appear.
