Wood Magistrate

PARKERSBURG — Wood County Magistrate Court released the following reports Feb. 11:

* Caylin Richelle Greathouse, 23, 238 Jo Mar Drive, Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to driving with a suspended license and was sentenced to home confinement for 30 days. A charge of no insurance was dismissed and she was assessed $270.25 in court costs and fines.

* Cara Leigh Sams, 54, 385 Willard Road, Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to driving impaired and was sentenced to jail for 14 hours, served. A no insurance charge was dismissed and she was assessed $715.50 in court costs and fines.

* Dustin Michael Rogers, 33, 613 Seminole Road, Chillicothe, pleaded guilty to driving with a suspended license, reckless driving and possession of a controlled substance. He was sentenced to jail for 90 days, suspended for one year of probation and was ordered to remain in rehab. A no insurance charge was dismissed and he was assessed $390.50 in court costs and fines.

* Christopher Adam Grinter, 34, 611 31st St., Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to obstructing an officer and was sentenced to jail for 24 days with credit for 10 days served. A charge of battery of a police officer was dismissed and he was assessed $170.25 in court costs and fines.

* Delfus William Whitlatch, 66, 2700 1/2 Linden St., Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to shoplifting and was ordered to pay a $50 civil penalty to Wal-Mart. One count of shoplifting was dismissed and he was assessed $205.25 in court costs and fines.

* George J. Jones, 38, 23 State St., Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to dog killing of livestock and was sentenced to jail for 10 days, suspended for one year of probation. He was assessed $3,264.92 in court costs and fines.

* Dustin Michal Bonnett, 25, 1502 Camden Ave., Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to unauthorized acts with regard to wildlife without a license or permit. A charge of unlawful methods of hunting involving a loaded gun or crossbow in a vehicle was dismissed and he was assessed $190.25 in court costs and fines.

* Eric Ryan Bonar, 39, 615 Sherwood Forest Drive, Belleville, pleaded no contest to the sale of private game animals without a license and was assessed $190.25 in court costs and fines.

* Christopher Douglas Clevenger, 47, 547 Woodyard Creek Road, Washington, pleaded no contest to failure to obey a traffic signal.

* Jason Eugene Wigal, 42, 912 Hillcrest St., Parkersburg, was arraigned on a charge of violation of a protective order and was released on a $2,000 personal recognizance bond.

* Pebbles L. Schreckengost, 44, 512 Montgomery Hill Road, Walker, was arraigned on charges of domestic battery and child abuse and was released on a $5,000 surety bond.

* Lee Anna Charlton, 38, 547 Sixth St., Parkersburg, was arraigned on charges of driving with a suspended license, improper registration, possession of fentanyl and possession of heroin and was released on a $3,000 personal recognizance bond.

* Donald Garry Hardway, 45, 593 Lynn Camp Road, Palestine, had a preliminary hearing waived for charges of fraudulent use of an access device and child solicitation via computer.

* Shawn Mackenzie Tant, 42, 1800 1/2 Spring St., Parkersburg, had a preliminary hearing waived for charges of a prohibited person with a firearm, possession of marijuana with the intent to deliver and possession of methamphetamine with the intent to deliver.

* Crystal Lee Higgs, 38, 919 Moyer Ave., Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to shoplifting and was ordered to pay a $50 civil penalty to Walmart. She was assessed $170.25 in court costs and fines.

* Thomas Lane Smith, 40, c/o 807 Virginia Ave., Parkersburg, had a preliminary hearing waived for two counts of fraudulent and related activity in connection with an access device and grand larceny. He pleaded guilty to the entry of a building other than dwelling and was sentenced to jail for 24 hours, served.

* Ethan Kyle Dye, 29, c/o 2409 26th Place, Parkersburg, had a preliminary hearing waived for a charge of possession of fentanyl and was bound over to Circuit Court.
