PARKERSBURG — Wood County Magistrate Court released the following reports Feb. 4:

* Dexter Eugene Marks Jr., 31, 902 Latrobe St., Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to possession of a controlled substance and was sentenced to jail for 90 days, to be concurrently served with another charge. He was assessed $170.25 in court costs and fines.

* Shawn Demetrus Jones, 49, 413 8th St., Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to possession of a controlled substance and was sentenced to jail for 90 days, to be concurrently served with another charge. A charge of possession of a controlled substance was dismissed and he was assessed $170.25 in court costs and fines.

* Megan Irene Lockhart, 30, 1009 31st st., Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to petit larceny and was sentenced to probation for one year, suspended for 30 years of probation. She was ordered to report to Westbrook for treatment and was assessed $1,165.25 in court costs and fines.

* Jessica Lynn Miller, 36, Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to domestic battery and was sentenced to probation for one year, suspended for 30 days of probation. A domestic assault charge was dismissed and she was assessed $180.25 in court costs and fines.

PARKERSBURG — Wood County Magistrate Court released the following reports Feb. 5:

* Shane Michael Hardie, 23, 271 Walnut Drive, Whipple, pleaded guilty to driving with a suspended license,

* David A. Decker, 27, 501 32nd St., Trailer B4, Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to driving with a suspended license and was assessed $270.25 in court costs and fines.

* Tiffany R. Radabaugh, 32, 1954 7th St., Parkersburg, is a fugitive from justice out of Washington County. Bond will be set in Circuit Court.

* Suetaraha Dalina Wilson, 30, 267 Friar Tuck Road, Belleville, is a fugitive from justice out of Alabama on a charge of failure to appear.

* A grand larceny charge was dismissed for Taylor Cheyenne Starcher, 20, 1018 East 12th St., Parkersburg. The victims did not appear; subpoenas were issued but persons named could not be found.

* Eric Shane Best, 41, 1209 10th Ave., Apt. 1, Vienna, pleaded guilty to possession of a controlled substance and was sentenced to jail for 90 days to be served concurrently with another charge. He was assessed $170.25 in court costs and fines.

* Brandon Douglas Thornhill, 49, 6404 MacCorkle Ave., Saint Albans, pleaded guilty to driving with a revoked license and was sentenced to jail or home confinement for 30 days. A charge of possession of a controlled substance was dismissed and he was assessed $270.25 in court costs and fines.

* Brian Lamar Thomas, 42, 2504 Harrison Ave., Parkersburg, was arraigned on charges of possession of counterfeit money, shoplifting and fleeing on foot and was released on a $1,500 surety bond.

* Kristopher Williamson, 28, 601 32nd St., Lot 3, Parkersburg, was arraigned on charges of two counts of battery of a police officer and two counts of obstruction and was released on a $2,000 surety bond.

* Shawn Riser, 44, 177 Stemphard Lane, Mineral Wells, was arraigned on a charge of the impersonation of a law enforcement officer and was released on a $1,000 personal recognizance bond.

* Brandy Dawn Barker, 35, 504 Hickory St., Parkersburg, was arraigned on a petit larceny charge and was released on a $1,500 personal recognizance bond.

PARKERSBURG — Wood County Magistrate Court released the following reports Feb. 8:

* Crystal Nichole Ventimiglia, 34, 47 Elm St., Davisville, pleaded guilty to driving with a suspended license and no insurance. She was assessed $270.25 in court costs and fines.

* A possession of a controlled substance charge was dismissed for Gerard Joseph Lofty, 23, 33 Wyndham Knob, Parkersburg.

* Tina Annette Pinkerton, 44, c/o 413 8th St., Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to shoplifting and was ordered to pay a $469.18 civil penalty to Walmart. She was assessed $170.25 in court costs and fines.

* Curtis Leon Davis Jr., 47, 1208 George St., Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to obstructing an officer and possession of a controlled substance. He was sentenced to jail for 90 days, suspended for one year of probation and was ordered to report to the Day Report Center. He was assessed $390.50 in court costs and fines.

* Justin Lee Allen, 31, 9421 Slate Creek Road, Rockport, pleaded guilty to unauthorized acts with regard to wildlife without a license or permit. He was assessed $190.25 in court costs and fines.

* Krystal Lashae Cook, 30, 119 Willowbrook Drive Apt. 2, Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to child neglect by parent or guardian creating risk of bodily injury and was sentenced to probation for 18 months, suspended for 60 days of probation and was ordered to report to the Day Report Center. Two counts child neglect by parent or guardian creating risk of bodily injury and she was assessed $340.50 in court costs and fines.

* Justin David Pappas, 41, 4115 8th Ave., Vienna, was arraigned on a charge of possession of methamphetamine and was released on a $1,000 personal recognizance bond.

* Tyler J. Chidester, 26, 610 24th St., Vienna, was arraigned on a reckless driving charge and was released on a $1,000 personal recognizance bond.

* Michael Anthony Bownan, 37, 126 Franklin St., Marietta, was arraigned on two counts of shoplifting and was released on a $1,000 personal recognizance bond.

* Rebecca Dawn Allen, 45, 1507 30th St., Vienna, was arraigned on charges of shoplifting and trespassing and was released on a $5,000 surety bond.

* David W. Conn, 25, 14562 Charleston Road, Kenna, was arraigned on charges of driving under the influence, possession of a controlled substance, no insurance and improper registration and was released on a $2,500 surety bond.

* Christopher James Hunt, 28, homeless, was arraigned on charges of possession of a controlled substance, no operators, no insurance and no proof of registration and is being held on a $2,500 surety bond.

* Brandon Thomas Simmons, 23, 6535 Foster Ridge Road, Given, was arraigned on a charge of driving under the influence charge and was released on a $2,000 surety bond.

* Austin Donald Sweeney, 22, 2428 Valley Road, Parkersburg, was arraigned on a charge of driving under the influence causing serious injury and was released on a $5,000 surety bond.

* Kevin M. Nipps, 45, 3611 Rollins St., Parkersburg, was arraigned on a shoplifting charge and was released on a $3,000 surety bond.

* Timothy Allen Alkire, 44, homeless, was arraigned on charges of violation of a protective order and possession of a controlled substance and is being held on a $2,000 surety bond.

* Barbarina L. Peters/Schaffer, 46, 2525 Lenore St., Parkersburg, was arraigned on a charge of destruction of property and was released on a $500 personal recognizance bond.

* William Paul Turner, 33, 1906 Briggs Hill Road, Belpre, was arraigned on a charge of violation of a protective order and was released on a $2,000 surety bond.

* Scott C. Neely, 25, 700 Lulu St. Apt. 3, Parkersburg, was arraigned on a charge of battery of a government employee or medical personnel and was released on a $1,500 personal recognizance bond.

* Tiffany D. Andrews, 28, 415 13th St., Apt. A, Parkersburg, was arraigned on a charge of fishing without a license and was released on a $500 personal recognizance bond.

* Michael A. McHenry, 19, 701 32nd St., Vienna, was arraigned on a charge of possession of marijuana with the intent to deliver and was released on a $10,000 surety bond.

* Amy Dawn Brown, 41, 2715 Fairlawn Ave., Dunbar, was arraigned on charges of driving with a suspended license, possession of a controlled substance, a prohibited person with a firearm and flare to appear and is being held on a $2,500 cash bond.

* Joseph Dexter Hesson, 22, 1108 17th St., Parkersburg, was arraigned on a charge of receiving or transferring a stolen vehicle and was released on a $10,000 surety bond.
