PARKERSBURG — Wood County Magistrate Court released the following reports on Jan. 19:

* Kaitlyn Breann Barr, 30, 75 A Washington Heights Apt. 1, Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to no insurance and driving with a suspended license and was assessed $640.50 in court costs and fines.

* Alaina Marie Rader, 29, 618 Reed St. Apt. 10, Parkersburg, had a preliminary hearing waived for a charge of fraudulent and related activity with an access device and was bound over to Circuit Court.

* Tylor Broc Thomas, 28, 433 Wigal St., Parkersburg, had a preliminary hearing waived for a charge of a prohibited person with a firearm.

* Amber Dawn Boyd, 31, 26950 Ridge Road, Parkersburg, is a fugitive from justice out of Washington County on an indictment for breach of personal recognizance. She was also arraigned on charges of possession of a controlled substance, driving with a suspended license and no child safety belt. She is being held at North Central Regional Jail.

* Hayde Marie Leek, 21, 63 Thornberry Hill Drive, Parkersburg, was arraigned on two counts of shoplifting and was released on a $1,000 personal recognizance bond.

* Delfus W. Whitlatch, 66, 2700 1/2 Linden St., Parkersburg, was arraigned on charges of driving under the influence and obstruction and was released on a $2,000 surety bond.

* Gavin Richard Bennett, 23, 16 Ashwood Drive, Vienna, was arraigned on charges of disorderly conduct and was released on a $1,000 personal recognizance bond.

* Christopher James Prue, 46, Washington, W.Va., was arranged on a domestic battery charge and was released on a $4,000 surety bond.

* Cassidy M. Goff, 23, 1609 McCutcheon Run Road, Palestine, was arraigned on a driving under the influence charge and was released on a $1,000 personal recognizance bond.

* Amanda Rena Dickerson, 36, 813 Eighth St., Parkersburg, was arraigned on charges of driving with a revoked license and driving with a suspended license and was released on a $2,000 personal recognizance bond.

* Nickea Blain Leadman, 25, 3705 Eighth Ave., Parkersburg, last known address, was arraigned on charges of fleeing from an officer, two counts of shoplifting and trespassing and was released on a $3,000 surety bond.

* Timony Lloyd Eddy, 41, 326 South Seventh St., Cambridge, was arraigned on a charge of driving with a suspended license and was released on a $1,000 personal recognizance bond.

* Christy Swiger, 42, 31 Lantana Lane, Parkersburg, was arraigned on three counts of shoplifting and was released on a $3,000 personal recognizance bond.

* Samuel Steven Southall, 31, 304 Lee St., Belpre, was arraigned on a driving under the influence charge and was released on a $5,000 surety bond.

* Justin Davis, 37, 1913 1/2 Dudley Ave., Parkersburg, was arraigned on a charge of possession of heroin with the intent to deliver and is being held on a $15,000 cash bond.

* George Lee Carpenter Jr., 41, 601 32nd St., Parkersburg, was arraigned on charges of shooting or discharging a firearm within 500 feet of a dwelling, brandishing a deadly weapon and shoplifting and was released on a $5,000 personal recognizance bond.

* James Joseph McMonagle, 48, 413 Eighth St., Parkersburg, was arraigned on charges of indecent exposure and public intoxication and was released on a $500 personal recognizance bond.

PARKERSBURG — The Wood County Magistrate Court released the following reports Jan. 19:

* Cary Lane Byrd, 30, P.O. Box 174, Cairo, pleaded guilty to possession of a controlled substance and was sentenced to jail for 90 days, suspended for one year of probation. One count of possession of a controlled substance was dismissed. He was assessed $170.25 in court costs and fines.

* Brandid Lee Jackson, 35, 2506 Broadway Ext., Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to disorderly conduct and was assessed $180.25 in court costs and fines.

* Christopher Michael Lauer, 29, 210 Cedar St., Marietta, pleaded guilty to driving with a suspended license. A charge of no insurance was dismissed. He was assessed $270.25 in court costs and fines.

PARKERSBURG — The Wood County Magistrate Court released the following reports Jan. 20:

* Case Allen Fletcher, 19, 1000 Skull Run Road, Ravenswood, pleaded guilty to an unplugged shotgun charge and was assessed $190.25 in court costs and fines.

* Jay Michael Miller, 42, 1972 Ashby Ridge Road, Parkersburg, pleaded no contest to speeding and was assessed $190.25 in court costs and fines.

* Teresa Kay Wallace, 40, 321 Ohio River Road, Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to driving with a suspended license and operating without inspection and was assessed $445.50 in court costs and fines.

* Ashley Lynn Oshe, 38, 1500 Covert St., Parkersburg, was arraigned on charges of brandishing and making fake 911 calls and is being held on a $2,000 personal recognizance bond.

* Daemin Lee Miller, 21, 905 Seventh St, Parkersburg, was arraigned on a charge of possession of marijuana with the intent to deliver and was released on a $15,000 surety bond.

* Nicholas Allen Snider, 31, 3304 Birch St., Parkersburg, was arraigned on charges of leaving the scene of an accident, reckless driving, failure to give information or aid, failure to report a crash, failure to maintain control, unsafe vehicle and failure to obey a stop sign and is being held on a $10,000 surety bond.

* Kyle Anthony Harris, 24, 994 Quarry Run Road, Petroleum, was arraigned on a charge of wanton endangerment involving a firearm and was released on a $5,000 surety bond.

* Charles Ray Mackey, 38, 2503 Beverly St. Apt. 3D, Parkersburg, was arraigned on two counts of fleeing and obstruction. He had a capias for possession of a controlled substance and he is being held on a $6,000 surety bond.

* A charge of entry of a building other than dwelling was dismissed for Richard Lee Treadway, 44, 1331 Lynn St., Parkersburg. Treadway was indicted by the January grand jury.

* Herbert Bess, 48, 1000 Kemper St. Apt. 5, Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to falsely reporting an emergency accident and was sentenced to jail for 11 days, already served. He was assessed $170.25 in court costs and fines.

* Charges of forging, uttering or attempting to employ as true and a forged writing to the prejudice of another were dismissed for Benjamin Scott Carpenter, 26, 811 Dickle Ave., Parkersburg.

* A charge of entry of building other than dwelling was dismissed for Thomas Jennings Greathouse II, 40, 1342 Latrobe St., Parkersburg.

* Two counts of shoplifting were dismissed for Katie Danielle Cline, 32, 1930 Gandee Court, Marietta. She was indicted by the January grand jury.

* Eric Shane Vest, 41, 10th Ave. Apt. 5, Vienna, pleaded guilty to destruction of property and was sentenced to jail for 12 months, already served on another charge. A burglary charge was dismissed and she was assessed $170.25 in court costs and fines.

* Tyler Michael Ludwig, 32, 3500 Elm St., Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to knowingly maintaining a dwelling for the use of controlled substances by others and was sentenced to probation for two years, suspended for 12 months of probation. He was assessed $170.25 in court costs and fines.

PARKERSBURG — The Wood County Magistrate Court released the following reports Jan. 21:

* January Hope Frano, 23, 227 E. Catin Ave., Kent, pleaded guilty to speeding and a no proof of insurance charge was dismissed.

* Justin Edward Wolfe, 27, 2211 23rd St., Parkersburg, was arraigned on a domestic battery charge and was released on a $3,000 personal recognizance bond.

* Carrie Lynn Wells, 30, 105 Third Road Ave., Middlebourne, pleaded guilty to shoplifting and was ordered to pay a $253.34 civil penalty to Walmart. She was assessed $180.25 in court costs and fines.

* Charges of depriving another of money or goods, property or service under fraudulent pretenses or promise, obtaining property in return for worthless checks, conspiracy and taking identity of another person were dismissed against Benjamin Scott Carpenter, 26, 811 Dickle Ave., Parkersburg. He was directly indicted.

* Paul Joseph Brown, 48, 605 Columbia Ave. Apt. B, Williamstown, pleaded guilty to possession of a controlled substance and was sentenced to jail for 90 days, suspended for one year of probation. He was assessed $170.25 in court costs and fines.

* Jeremy Allen Conrad, 39, 259 Wren St., Walker, had a preliminary hearing waived for four counts of fraudulent and related activity in connection with an access device. Conrad was also arraigned on charges of receiving or transferring stolen goods and is being held on a $3,000 surety bond.

* Airrion Anthwoin Smith, 72, 1614 Pearcy Ave., Parkersburg, had a preliminary hearing waived for charges of possession of methamphetamine with the intent to deliver and prohibited person with a firearm.

* Ryan Adam Dye, 36, 88 Mount St., Parkersburg, was arraigned on charges of possession of methamphetamine with the intent to deliver.

* Chrystal Dawn Knighten, 27, 107 Pike Road, Ellenboro, pleaded guilty to possession of a controlled substance and was sentenced to jail for 90 days, suspended for six months of probation. She was assessed $170.25 in court costs and fines.

* Steven F. Simon, 45, 2335 Newbury Road, Little Hocking, was arraigned on charges of driving impaired and leaving the scene of an accident and was released on a $2,000 surety bond.

* Roger Dale Logston Jr., 47, 720 29th St. Apt. 5, Parkersburg, was arraigned on a charge of falsely reporting an emergency and was released on a $1,000 personal recognizance bond.

* Sean Michael Adkins, 32, 413 8th St., Parkersburg, was arraigned on a charge of obstructing an officer and was released on a $500 personal recognizance bond.

* Joshua Adam Polsley, 36, homeless, was arraigned on two counts of possession of a controlled substance with the intent to deliver and was released on a $77,500 surety bond.
