PARKERSBURG — The Wood County Magistrate Court released the following reports Jan. 13:

* Casey Blair Middleton, 41, Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to domestic battery and was sentenced to jail for six months, suspended for one year of probation and was credited for five days served. Middleton was ordered to seek treatment through Westbrook and was assessed $170.25 in court costs and fines.

* Michael Anthony Value, 37, Washington, W.Va., pleaded guilty to domestic battery and was sentenced to jail for 120 days, suspended for one year of probation with credit for 20 days served. Charges of disorderly conduct and falsely reporting and emergency indecent were dismissed and he was assessed $170.25 in court costs and fines.

* Shawn Michael Miller, 38, 120 Mineral Park Lane, Mineral Wells, pleaded guilty to possession of a controlled substance and was sentenced to jail for 90 days, suspended for six months of probation. A speeding charge was dismissed and he was assessed $170.25 in court costs and fines.

* Matthew Benjamin Boor, 38, 1712 Beaver St. Apt. B, Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to violation of a protective order and was sentenced to jail for 30 days, suspended for six months of probation. He was credited with one day served and was ordered to report to Westbrook for treatment. One count of violation of a protective order was dismissed and he was assessed $420.25 in court costs and fines.

* Jerica Jane Jenkins, 37, 7617 Gillspie Run Road, Harrisville, pleaded guilty to driving in an impaired state and possession of a controlled substance and was sentenced to jail for 90 days, suspended for one year of probation. Two charges of possession of a controlled substance were dismissed and she was ordered to obtain inpatient treatment. She was assessed $515.50 in court costs and fines.

* William Thomas Polk, 31, 909 Neal St., Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to driving in an impaired state and was sentenced to jail for nine hours, already served. He was assessed $525.25 in court costs and fines.

PARKERSBURG — The Wood County Magistrate Court released the following reports Jan. 14:

* Jennifer Renee Waybright, 47, 413 8th St., Parkersburg, was arraigned on charges of obstructing and failure to render or process. and was released on a $1,000 personal recognizance bond.

* Joshua P. Clark, 28, 2212 26th St., Parkersburg, was arraigned on charges of obstruction, possession of methamphetamine, failure to render and attempted escape and was released on a $2,000 surety bond.

* Linda Andrew, 42, 1201 Mary St., Parkersburg, was arraigned on a charge of possession of methamphetamine with the intent to deliver and was released on a $5,000 surety bond.

* Tylee Daniell, 32, 501 Warren St., Marietta, was arraigned on a worthless check charge and was released on a $250 personal recognizance bond.

* Laura Eloise Barker, 31, 615 17th St., Parkersburg, was arraigned on two counts of driving with a suspended license and two counts of no insurance and was released on a $2,000 personal recognizance bond.

* Michael Allen McHenry II, 19, 549 New England Ridge Road, Washington, W.Va., was arraigned on a grand larceny charge and was released on a $5,000 surety bond.

* Ashlyn N. Jones, 25, 31 Lantana Lane, Parkersburg, was arraigned on a shoplifting charge and was released on a $500 personal recognizance bond.

* Christopher Shawn Stoops, 49, 1552 27th St., Parkersburg, was arraigned on a charge of driving with a revoked license and was released on a $1,000 personal recognizance bond.

* Timothy Curtis Nay, 51, 9105 State Route 550, Vincent, had a preliminary hearing waived on a possession of a controlled substance with the intent to deliver charge.

* Keri Ann Lafatch, 42, 69 Whispering Pines Court, Parkersburg, pleaded no contest to driving with a suspended license and was assessed $270.25.

* Wilbert Wayne Bleigh, 62, had a preliminary hearing waived for a charge of threatening to commit terrorist acts with or without the intent to commit the act and was bound over to Wood County Circuit Court. In October 2020, Bleigh was arrested after allegedly making threatening phone calls to West Virginia Department of Homeland Security Cabinet Secretary Jeff Sandy.

* Sherry Regenia Owens, 35, 1320 Oak St., Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to interference with officers and giving false information. One count of interference with officers or members and face information was dismissed and she was assessed $195.25 in court costs and fines.

* Deter I. Roush IV, 50, 512 17th St., Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to disorderly conduct and a public intoxication charge was dismissed. He was assessed $180.25 in court costs and fines.

* Aleisha Ashwell, 30, 2611 1/2 Lincoln Ave., Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to shoplifting and was ordered to pay $85.24 in civil penalty to Walmart and was assessed $280.25 in court costs and fines.

* Justin Brude Katterman, 34, 151 Highland Lake Terrace, Washington, W.Va., pleaded guilty to possession of a controlled substance and was sentenced to probation for one year, suspended for 90 days of probation and was ordered to report to the Day Report Center. He was assessed $170.25 in court costs and fines.

* Jeremy Nathan Lane, 41, 2303 Murdoch Ave., Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to driving under the influence and was sentenced to jail for 48 hours and was ordered to self report to the Wood County Holding Center. He was assessed $345.25 in court costs and fines.

PARKERSBURG — The Wood County Magistrate Court released the following reports Jan. 15:

* Matthew Hunt, 33, Parkersburg, was arraigned on a domestic battery charge and was released on a $1,500 personal recognizance bond.

* Dale Ann Yoho, 49, 1133 Market St. Apt. 105, Parkersburg, was arraigned on a shoplifting charge and was released on a $500 personal recognizance bond.

* Bryan Edward White, 41, 1302 Ramsey St., Parkersburg, was arraigned on a shoplifting charge and was released on a $500 personal recognizance bond.

* Benjamin M. Nash, 36, 912 16th St., Vienna, was arraigned on charges of possession of methamphetamine and possession of fentanyl and was released on a $10,000 cash bond.

* Ricky Lee Walker, 40, 225 Dempsie Ave., Parkersburg, was arraigned on a charge of obstructing an office and driving with a suspended license and was released on a $1,000 personal recognizance bond.

* Chad Stephen Greenleaf, 50, 1002 23rd St. Apt. 8, Vienna, was arraigned on charges of assault and trespassing and was released on a $500 personal recognizance bond.

* Colt Edward Taylor, 36, 670 Pleasant Hill Road, Parkersburg, last known address, was arraigned on a charge of receiving or transferring stolen property and is being held on a $5,000 surety bond.

* Samantha Danielle Deem, 27, 1118 Latrobe St., Parkersburg, was arranged on a charge of interference with officers and was released on a $500 personal recognizance bond.

* Andrew James Strock, 40, 5509 6th Ave., Vienna, pleaded guilty to two counts of driving with a revoked license and was sentenced to jail for 30 days. A charge of expired registration was dismissed and he was assessed $320.25 in court costs and fines.

* Tammy Sue Cline, 63, 309 Maple St., Belpre, pleaded guilty to petit larceny and was sentenced to jail for 30 days, suspended for 12 months of probation. A charge of grand larceny was dismissed and she was assessed $2,251.90 in court costs and fines.
