Wood Magistrate

PARKERSBURG — The Wood County Magistrate Court released the following reports Jan. 8:

* Chad Daniel West, 27, c/o 652 LImestone Hill road, Rockport, pleaded guilty to obstructing an officer and violation of a protective order and was sentenced to probation for one year, suspended for 60 days of probation. He was ordered to report to Westbrook and was assessed $640.50 in court costs and fines.

* Alaina Marie Rader, 29, c/o 93 Boaz Gardens Drive Apt. 17, Williamstown, pleaded guilty to possession of a controlled substance and was sentenced to jail for 90 days, suspended for one year of probation. She was assessed $170.25 in court costs and fines. Rader also was arraigned on a charge of fraudulent use of an access device and shoplifting. She was ordered to pay a $450 civil penalty to Kohl’s and is being held on a $25,000 surety bond.

* Luchanna Eileen Shields, 39, 1572 Elizabeth St. Apt. A, Belpre, pleaded guilty to driving under the influence and driving with a revoked license. She was sentenced to jail for 32 days or home confinement and was assessed $615.50 in court costs and fines.

* Andrew J. Strock, 40, 5509 Sixth Ave., Vienna, is a fugitive from justice out of Washington County and was arraigned on charges of expired registration and driving with a revoked license. He is being held without bond.

* A preliminary hearing on charges of fleeing from an officer and grand larceny was waived against Charles Raymond Cody Miller, 24, 910 Caywood Road, Marietta.

* Zakkary Roger Beckett, 25, 2402 Clement Ave. Apt. B, Parkersburg, was arraigned on a petit larceny charge and was released on a $1,000 personal recognizance bond.

* Tylor Broc Thomas, 28, 433 Wigal St., Parkersburg, was arraigned on a charge of a prohibited person with a firearm and was released on a $5,000 surety bond.

* Dustin W. Parsons, 26, 45 Green Meadow Drive Apt. 21, Parkersburg, was arraigned on charges of unlawful accident involving damage to a vehicle, entering through a highway or stopping intersections and was released on a $2,000 surety bond.

* Sherrie Ann Bell, 54, 808 Quincy St. Apt. 2, Parkersburg, was arraigned on a shoplifting charge and was released on a $500 personal recognizance bond.

* Justin K. Taylor, 26, 2811 29th St., Apt. E, Parkersburg, was arraigned on charges of possession of a controlled substance, shoplifting, fleeing and obstruction and is being held on a $5,000 surety bond.

* Gary Richard Hoeft, 37, homeless, was arraigned on charges of driving with a suspended license, no registration and no insurance and is being held on a $700 surety bond.

PARKERSBURG — Wood County Magistrate Court released the following reports Jan. 11:

* Dezaray Lynn Roberts, 21, 1104 17th St., Vienna, was arraigned on charges of driving with a suspended license and possession of marijuana and was released on a $1,000 personal recognizance bond.

* Herbert Bess, 48, 1000 Kemper St. Apt. 5, Parkersburg, was arraigned on a charge of falsely reporting an emergency and is being held on a $1,000 surety bond.

* Jeremy Allen Conrad, 39, 259 Wren St., Walker, last known address, was arraigned on four counts of fraudulent use of an access device and is being held on a $20,000 surety bond.

* Cody L. Cottrell, 32, 1732 Left Fork Buck Run Road, Rockport, was arraigned on a shoplifting charge and was released on a $500 personal recognizance bond.

* Katie D. Cline, 32, 27400 State Route 7 Lot 3, Marietta, was arraigned on two counts of shoplifting and was released on a $3,000 surety bond.

* Chad Everett Burk, 42, 4001 12th Ave., Parkersburg, was arraigned on a charge of destruction of property and was released on a $1,500 surety bond.

* Colton James Tant, 28, 1328 Broadway Ave., Parkersburg, had a preliminary hearing waived for charges of failure to appear, burglary and grand larceny.

* Richard Alan Davis, 47, 3091 Progress Ridge Road, Walker, pleaded guilty to driving with a suspended license and improper registration. He was sentenced to jail for 30 days or home confinement. Charges of no insurance, no inspection and defective equipment were dismissed and he was assessed $350.50 in court costs and fines.
