Wood Magistrate

PARKERSBURG — The Wood County Magistrate Court released the following reports Jan. 5:

* David Kyle Blasingame, 27, 2066 Pleasant Home Road, Belleville, was arraigned on charges of driving with a suspended license, reckless driving, failure to maintain control, two counts of driving left of center and defective equipment and was released on a $500 personal recognizance bond.

* Matthew Robert Bonnett, 24, 290 Court St., Elizabeth, was arraigned on charges of hunting without a license and illegal possession of wildlife and was released on a $500 personal recognizance bond.

* Heather Dawn Moore, 44, 396 Scenic Hills, Parkersburg, was arraigned on a charge of permitting underage driving and was released on a $500 personal recognizance bond.

* Tyler Broc Thomas, 28, 433 Wigal St., Parkersburg, was arraigned on charges of a prohibited person with a firearm, driving with a suspended license, possession of a controlled substance and no insurance and bond was set at $4,000 surety.

* Michael Shane Donahue, 43, 46 Lexington Drive, Vienna, was arraigned on a charge of possession of a controlled substance and bond was set at $2,000 surety.

* James D. Villers, 37, 231 Middle St., Grantsville, was arraigned on charges of driving left of center, leaving the scene of an accident with injury and driving with a suspended license and bond was set at $3,000 surety.

* Layton Mikel White, 21, 708 Hill St., Parkersburg, is a fugitive from justice out of Washington County on an aggravated drug trafficking charge and was being held without bond.

* Daemontae Javor Brown, 24, 1333 Renaissance Circle, Charleston, pleaded guilty to obstructing an officer and expired registration and was sentenced to jail for 10 days, already served. Charges of unsafe and improperly equipped vehicles were dismissed and Brown was assessed $520.75 in court costs and fines.

* Bryanna Michel Sabatino, 34, c/o 826 Ashby Ridge Road, Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to indecent exposure and was sentenced to jail for 14 days, already served.

* Samantha Marie Vincent-Leak, 26, 10221-1 Avery St., Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to shoplifting and was ordered to pay a $1,408.84 civil penalty to Walmart. She was assessed $180.25 in court costs and fines.

* William Lee Kirby, 37, 4001 Walker Road, Walker, pleaded guilty to providing a place for the use of controlled substances by others and was sentenced to jail for six months, suspended for 12 months of probation and was credited for one day served. He was ordered to report to the Day Report Center and was assessed $170.25 in court costs and fines.

* Joel Patrick Bartimus, 26, 17 Westview Circle, Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to expired registration and a charge of no insurance was dismissed. He was assessed $370.25 in court costs and fines.

* Fred Whitaker Newton Jr., 76, 71 New England Court, Washington, W.Va., pleaded guilty to driving with a revoked license and was sentenced to home confinement for 30 days and was assessed $270.25 in court costs and fines.

* Fili V. Agiga, 48, 86 Lemon Lane, Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to battery and was sentenced to jail for 30 days, suspended for six months of probation. Agiga was ordered to seek treatment through Westbrook and were assessed $180.25 in court costs and fines.

PARKERSBURG — The Wood County Magistrate Court released the following reports Jan. 6:

* Jason Michael Good, 35, 3892 Point Pleasant Road, Ravenswood, pleaded no contest to expired registration and was assessed $180.25 in court costs and fines.

* Eric Allen Starcher, 47, 132 Cypress St., Parkersburg, was arraigned on charges of possession of methamphetamine and heroin and was released on a $500 personal recognizance bond.

* Frank J. Firanek, 59, 311 Pike Street Trailer 14, Parkersburg, was arraigned on charges of driving impaired, no insurance, leaving the scene and possession of marijuana and was released on a $4,000 surety bond.

* Carl Ray Sprout, 37, 5 Wharton Drive, Parkersburg, is a fugitive from justice out of Washington County for failing to appear.

* Dolma Suresh, 49, 215 Woodridge Drive, Mineral Wells, pleaded guilty to reckless driving and was assessed $370.25 in court costs and fines.

* Dale Edward Jones, 55, 1118 Avery St., Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to possession of methamphetamine and was sentenced to jail for 90 days, suspended for one year of probation. A charge of no insurance was dismissed and he was assessed $170.25 in court costs and fines.

* Jessica Jo McGee, 33, 1320 19th St., Vienna, pleaded guilty to possession of a controlled substance, obstructing an officer and driving with a suspended license and was sentenced to jail for 90 days, suspended for nine months of probation and was ordered to report to the Day Report Center. One count of driving with a suspended license was dismissed and she was assessed $390.50 in court costs and fines.

* Michael Scott Cowan, 33, 596 Orem Road, Belleville, pleaded guilty to violation of a protective order and was sentenced to jail for 90 days, suspended for two years of probation. Three counts of violation of a protective order were dismissed and he was assessed $180.25 in court costs and fines.

* Sara Emolene Savage, 23, 409 1/2 16th St., Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to obstructing an officer and was sentenced to jail for 60 days, suspended for one year of probation. A disorderly conduct charge was dismissed and she was assessed $220.25 in court costs and fines.

* Laramie Travis Barker, 43, 407 Drexel Place, Cross Lanes, pleaded guilty to child neglect by parent creating bodily injury and was sentenced to jail for 90 days, suspended for one year of probation and was ordered to seek treatment at the Day Report Center in Kanawha County.

* Ashely Lynn Ohse, 38, 413 East Eighth St., Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to obstructing an officer and was sentenced to jail for two days, already served. A charge of domestic assault was dismissed and she was assessed $170.25 in court costs and fines.

* Douglas Allen Shafer, 39, 4152 Laurel Creek Road, Waverly, pleaded guilty to possession of counterfeit money with the intent to utter and was sentenced to jail for six months, suspended for 12 months of probation. A counterfeiting charge was dismissed and he was assessed $180.25 in court costs and fines.

* Stefin Richard Pappas, 48, 1216 23rd St., Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to brandishing a deadly weapon and breaking, inhaling or drinking intoxicating compounds and fleeing from an officer and was sentenced to jail for 120 and was credited for 15 days served. One count of brandishing a deadly weapon and one count of breathing, inhaling or drinking intoxicating compounds and one count of disorderly conduct were dismissed. He was assessed $270.25 in court costs and fines.
