Wood Magistrate

PARKERSBURG — Wood County Magistrate Court released the following reports on Dec.15:

* Raymond Joseph Davila, 24, 121 Putnam St., Marietta, was arraigned on a battery charge and was released on a $2,000 surety bond.

* Stephen Paul Ritchie, 51, 6658 Archers Fork Road, New Matamoras, was arraigned on charges of obstructing an officer and trespassing on property and was released on a $1,000 personal recognizance bond.

* Randall Andrew Beatty, 24, 3317 Third Ave., Parkersburg, was arraigned on a charge of receiving or transferring stolen goods and was released on a $1,000 personal recognizance bond.

* Dustin Michael Bennett, 25, 1502 Camden Ave., Parkersburg, was arraigned on charges of hunting without a license and a loaded firearm in a vehicle and was released on a $2,000 personal recognizance bond.

* Stephen Donald Oldham, 44, 903 Lynn St., Parkersburg, was arraigned on charges of auto breaking and entering, possession of a controlled substance, petit larceny and destruction of property and is being held on a $4,000 surety bond.

* Ray Junior Frum, 38, 1303 16th St., Parkersburg, was arraigned on a charge of reporting a false emergency and was released on a $1,000 personal recognizance bond.

* Lacole Deann Dalrymple, 34, was arraigned on a charge of possession of a controlled substance with the intent to deliver and is being held on a $100,000 surety bond.

* Jeremy Thomas Allen, 29, 904 Worthington Woods Blvd., Columbus, was arraigned on a grand larceny charge and is being held on a $50,000 surety bond.

* Nathaniel Ryan Reynolds, 20, 1102 Camden Ave, Parkersburg, had a preliminary hearing waived for nine counts of wanton endangerment involving a firearm and was bound over to circuit court.

* Jessica Marie Ruble, 32, 112 Valley Mills Drive, Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to shoplifting and petit larceny and was sentenced to jail for 60 days, suspended for one year of probation and one year of the Day Report Center. She was ordered to pay a $64 civil penalty to Dollar General and was assessed $170.25 in court costs and fines.

PARKERSBURG — Wood County Magistrate Court released the following reports Dec. 16:

* Michele Lee Mayhew, 37, 904 Agnes St., Parkersburg, was arraigned on a trespassing charge and was released on a $500 personal recognizance bond.

* Anthony Wayne Martin, 44, 2543 Blue Knob Road, Marietta, was arraigned on charges of driving with a suspended or revoked license, possession of methamphetamine and heroin and was released on a $3,000 personal recognizance bond.

* Mia Casey Bass, 37, 30975 Joy Jones Road, Syracuse, was arraigned on a shoplifting charge and was released on a $500 personal recognizance bond.

* John Thomas Miles, 36, 807 Virginia Ave., Parkersburg, was arraigned on a burglary charge and is being held on a $5,000 surety bond.

* Harold William McGraw, 51, 1046 24th St., Parkersburg, was arraigned on charges of petit larceny and domestic battery and was released on a $2,500 personal recognizance bond.

* Kevin John Cocoran, 54, 2809 29th St. Apt. E, Parkersburg, is being held without bond on two counts of a fugitive from justice charge out of Maryland.

* Rodney Lee Williams, 48, 2744 Staunton Turnpike, Parkersburg, had a preliminary hearing waived for a charge of the distribution or exhibition of sexually explicit material involving minors and was bound over to Circuit Court.

* Scott J. Feathers, 65, 73 Chewy Drive, Box 393A, Lake, pleaded guilty to possession of a firearm as a prohibited person and was sentenced to probation for two years, suspended for one year of probation and he was assessed $170.25 in court costs and fines.

* Brenda Lou Dailey, 41, 1235 Swann St., Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to disorderly conduct, assault on a police officer and fleeing from an officer and was sentenced to jail for 30 days, suspended for one year of probation and was credited for one day served. Charges of obstructing an officer and disorderly conduct were dismissed and she was assessed $340.50 in court costs and fines.

* Steven Mark Boise, 59, 205 Hino Drive, Mineral Wells, pleaded guilty to driving under the influence and was sentenced to jail for 24 hours and was credited for four hours and 10 minus already served. He was assessed $465.25 in court costs and fines.

* Anthony Justin Slater, 33, 5417 Elk River Road, Elkview, pleaded guilty to driving with a suspended license and was assessed $270.25 in court costs and fines.

* Daniel Lee Cummons, 58, 1039 1/2 Emerson Ave. Apt. A, Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to driving under the influence and was sentenced to jail for 24 hours with credit for 12 hours and 25 minutes served. He was assessed $465.25 in court costs and fines.

* James D. Key, 43, 1415 Covert St., Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to driving with a suspended license and improper use of evidence of registration. He was sentenced to home confinement for 30 days and was assessed $500.50 in court costs and fines.

* Christopher Charles Venham, 35, 2703 Norwood St., Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to assault and unlawful injury or destruction of property. A charge of brandishing deadly weapons was dismissed and he was sentenced to home confinement for 30 days. He was assessed $390.50 in court costs and fines.
