PARKERSBURG — Wood County Magistrate Court released the following reports Dec. 2:

* Justyn Pete Headlee, 30, 418 Headlee Drive, Waverly, pleaded no contest to speeding and was assessed $175.25 in court costs and fines.

* Kenneth Ray Parrish, 39, 136 Chateau Hills, Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to reckless driving and a no insurance charge was dismissed. He was assessed $195.25 in court costs and fines.

* Earnest Ralph Myer Jr., 58, P.O. Box 2343 Parkersburg, had a preliminary hearing waived for a charge of entry of a building other than dwelling.

* Elijah Christopher Nelson, 20, 2606 Lincoln, Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to petit larceny and was sentenced to jail for 90 days. He was assessed $610.50 in court costs and fines.

* Shawn Michael Stephens, 34, 49 South Park Villa, Parkersburg, had a preliminary hearing waived for a charge of entry of building other than dwelling.

* Marvin Lee White, 51, 1702 1/2 Beaver St., Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to petit larceny and obstructing and officer and was sentenced to jail for one year. He was assessed $325.25 in court costs and fines.

* Clayton Edison Weaver, 46, homeless, pleaded guilt to destruction of property and was sentenced to jail for eight days. He was assessed $190.25 in court costs and fines.

* Elizabeth Renia Pethel, 37, 29 Gardenia Drive, Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to obstructing an officer and was assessed $200.25 in court costs and fines.

* Meighan Marie Davis, 29, 2511 Division Street Extension, Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to knowingly providing a place of structure for the use of controlled substances by others and was sentenced to home confinement for six months and was credited for one day served.

* Everett Austin Wold, 25, 2503 Beverly St. A[t. 11F, Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to violating a protective order and was sentenced to home confinement for 10 days. He was credited for one day served and assessed $1,280.75.

* James Charles Bonnett, 30, 320 Broadway Ave., Parkersburg,pleaded guilty to violating a protective order and was sentenced to jail for 60 days, suspended for one year of probation and was credited for one day served. He was ordered to go to the Day Report Center for evaluation and was assessed $420.25 in court costs and fines.

* Zakkary Roger Beckett, 24, 2402 Clement Ave. Apt. B, Parkersburg, pleaded to receiving or transferring stolen goods and was sentenced to jail for 30 days. He was assessed $180.25 in court costs and fines.

* Jeremy Dean Parsons, 24, 22 Oak St., Parkersburg, was arraigned on a charge of receiving or transferring stolen property and was released on a $1,000 personal recognizance bond.

* Jermale Michael Lewis, 32, 608 West Virginia Ave. Apt. 6, Parkersburg, was arraigned on a charge of violation of a protective order and bond was set at $1,000 surety.

PARKERSBURG — Wood County Magistrate Court released the following reports Dec. 3:

* Shelby D. Snyder, 21, 40 Pioneer Circle Lot 303, Elizabeth, pleaded guilty to driving with a suspended license and speeding and was assessed $445.50 in court costs and fines.

* Daniel Allen Dunbar, 58, 4292 Butcher Bend Road, Mineral Wells, pleaded guilty to failing to electronically check deer.

* Amanda McClead, 39, 329 Birnhamwood Drive, Parkersburg, was arraigned on a no insurance charge and was released on a $500 personal recognizance bond.

* Dale Eugene Talkington, 39, 1609 Tygart St., Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to driving with a revoked license, possession of a controlled substance and fleeing from an officer and was sentenced to jail for 90 days with credit for 22 days served. Charges of no registration and no insurance were dismissed and he was assessed $1,501.25 in court costs and fines.

* Alicia Wines, 44, 4824 Grand Central Ave., Vienna, pleaded no contest to truancy and was assessed $220.25 in court costs and fines.

* Kevin Leroy Swiger, 35, 2510 39th St. Apt. B, Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to driving with a suspended license and receiving or transferring stolen goods. Charges of driving the vehicle in an impaired state, no insurance and animal cruelty were dismissed and he was sentenced to home confinement for 30 days. He was assessed $815.75 in court costs and fines.

* Zachary Dustin Biles, 24, Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to domestic battery and a charge of child abuse resulting in injury was dismissed. He was sentenced to jail for six months, suspended for 12 months of probation. He was assessed $170.25 in court costs and fines.

* Melissa Dawn Miller, 39, 1810 41st St., Vienna, had a preliminary hearing waived for a charge of fraudulent or related activity in connection with an access device.

* William Coty Powell, 35, 7681 Elk Fork Road, Middlebourne, had a preliminary hearing waived for a possession of a controlled substance with the intent to deliver and was bound over to Circuit Court.

PARKERSBURG — Wood County Magistrate Court released the following reports Dec. 4:

* Daniel James Drennen, 38, Parkersburg, was arraigned on a domestic battery charge and was released on a $1,500 personal recognizance bond.

* Jason Michael McIntire, 32, 1312 1/2 37th St., Parkersburg, was arraigned on charges of driving on a suspended license, left of center and brandishing and was released on a $1,500 bond.

* George J. Jones, 38, 23 State St., Parkersburg, was arraigned on a charge of a dog killing livestock and was released on a $500 personal recognizance bond.

* Zachary Eugene McDonald, 28, 2606 Liberty St., Parkersburg, was arraigned on charges of possession of methamphetamine and no operators and was released on a $2,000 personal recognizance bond.

* Jonathan Wayne Smith, 34, 611 32nd St., Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to disorderly conduct and an obstructing an officer charge was dismissed. He was assessed $220.25 in court costs and fines.

* Nathaniel McDonald, 27, 401 Hickory St., Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to one count of violating a protective order and one count was dismissed. He was sentenced to jail for 30 days and was assessed $420.25 in court costs and fines.

* Joseph Marshall Lott, 41, 817 37th St., Vienna, pleaded guilty to three counts of violation of a protective order and was sentenced to jail for 30 days. Twelve counts of violation of a protective order were dismissed and he was assessed $1,280.75 in court costs and fines.

* Craig Allen Hardy, 33, P.O Box 143 Ellenboro, pleaded guilty to destruction of property and was sentenced to jail for 30 days, suspended for six months of probation. He was assessed $470.25 in court costs and fines.

* Mitchell Eugene Cunningham, 64, 1402 B 19th St., Vienna, pleaded guilty to driving with a revoked license and was sentenced to home confinement for 60 days. He was assessed $270.25 in court costs and fines.

* Russell Norman Hinzman, 36, 413 8th St., House to Home, Parkersburg, had a preliminary hearing waived for a shoplifting charge and was bound over to Circuit Court.

* Joseph Oliver Beaumier, 19, 131 W 8th St., Williamstown, is a fugitive of justice from another state and was bound over to Circuit Court.
