PARKERSBURG — Wood County Magistrate Court released the following reports Nov. 20:

* Autumn Marie Bailey, 37, 910 Core Road, Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to driving with a suspended license and a stop sign violation was dismissed. She was assessed $270.25 in court costs and fines.

* Olivia J. Kaptis, 43, 9580 State Route 339, Vincent, was arraigned on charges of shoplifting and battery and was released on a $1,000 surety bond.

* Nathaniel Earl McDonald, 27, 401 Hickory St., Parkersburg, was arraigned on a charge of violation of a protective order and was released on a $5,000 surety bond.

* Nicholas Auston Shaw, 28, 3540 Northwestern Drive, Parkersburg, was arraigned on a charge of hunting without a license and was released on a $500 personal recognizance bond.

* Brendan Neil Hinzman, 34, 910 Core Road, Parkersburg, was arraigned on a no seatbelt charge and was released on a $500 personal recognizance bond.

* Jessica Hope Kelley, 37, 1009 Broadway Ave. Lot 1, Parkersburg, was arraigned on an indecent exposure charge and was released on a $500 personal recognizance bond.

* Ronnie Lee Lockhart, 50, 1326 Myrtle St., Parkersburg, was arraigned on an indecent exposure charge and was released on a $500 personal recognizance bond.

* A destruction of property charge was dismissed against Jason Lee Anderson, 38, 1272 Stillwell Road, Walker. The victims were not served.

* Jason Wayne Mincks, 42, 1212 West Virginia Ave., Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to disorderly conduct and an obstructing an officer charge was dismissed. He was assessed $180.25 in court costs and fines.

* Bryan Matthew Nedeff, 43, c/o 315 E. Pine St., Davisville, pleaded guilty to petit larceny and was sentenced to jail for one year, suspended for one year of probation with credit for 90 days served. He was assessed $170.25 in court costs and fines.

* Ryan Phillip Merluzzi, 26, 6851 Deerwalk Highway, Walker, pleaded guilty to battery and was sentenced to jail for 260 days already served. A burglary charge was dismissed and he was assessed $350.50 in court costs and fines.

* Matthew Lee Knight, 38, c/o 2223 16th St., Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to obstructing an officer and was sentenced to jail for 30 days with credit for six days served. A fleeing from an officer charge was dismissed and he was assessed $270.25 in court costs and fines.

* Lindsey Dawn Davison, 21, 1936 Princeton St., Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to battery of a police officer and was sentenced to jail for 90 days, suspended for one year of probation. A public intoxication charge was dismissed and she was assessed $170.25 in court costs and fines.

* Ryan Phillip Marluzzi, 26, 6851 Deerwalk Highway, Walker, pleaded guilty to domestic battery and was sentenced to jail for 260 days, already served. One count of battery was dismissed and he was assessed $170.25 in court costs and fines.

PARKERSBURG — Wood County Magistrate Court released the following reports Nov. 23:

* Todd Voorhees, 50, 1575 Mt. Olive Road, Rockbridge, pleaded guilty to no timbering notification and was assessed $920.25 in court costs and fines.

* Daron Deontra Falkner, 23, 5886 Sweet Birch Drive, Bedford, pleaded guilty to providing a structure or place for the use of controlled substances by others and was sentenced to jail for six months, suspended for two years probation. One count of possession of a controlled substance with the intent to deliver was dismissed and he was assessed $170.25 in court costs and fines.

* Matthew Gregory Howard, 24, 904 Smithfield St., Parkersburg, had a preliminary hearing waived for a charge of first-degree robbery or attempt of robbery including partial strangulation, suffocation, stoking and beating.

* Probable cause was found for malicious assault of a government representative, healthcare worker or emergency service personnel on Shawn Michael Bailey, 25, 100 Rock Run Road, Walker.

* Rebekah Lee Roberts, 47, 638 Bear Run Road, Rockport had a preliminary hearing waived for a grand larceny charge.

* Mark Ramsey, 36, 725 Bird St., Parkersburg, was arraigned on a charge of possession of a controlled substance with the intent to deliver and was being held on a $10,000 cash bond.

* Steven W. Johnson, 44, 32 Kidd Court Lot 1, Cedar Grove, was arraigned on a charge of possession of a controlled substance and was released on a $1,500 personal recognizance bond.

* Triston Ray Frederick, 21, 2993 Dutch Ridge Road Apt. 13, Parkersburg, was arraigned on a charge of no headlights after dark and was released on a $500 personal recognizance bond.

* Stacy Kay Odell, 50, 1332 25th St., Parkersburg, was arraigned on charges of disorderly conduct, battery on a police officer, assault on a police officer, public intoxication and refusal to fingerprint and was released on a $2,500 surety bond.

* Russell Norman Hinzman, 36, 1309 Camden Ave., Parkersburg, was arraigned on charges of fleeing on foot, obstructing and escape and was being held on a $29,000 bond.

* Justin Bruce Ketterman, 34, 151 Highland Lake Terrace, Washington, was arraigned on a charge of possession of a controlled substance and was being held on a $2,000 surety bond.

* Rodney Alan Sellers, 72, 510 Ellis Ave., Parkersburg, was arraigned on a driving under the influence charge and was released on a $2,500 surety bond.

* Marshall C. Kremer, 41, 119 Strecker Hill, Marietta, was arraigned on a possession of a controlled substance charge and was released on a $3,000 surety bond.

* Patrick Steven Johnson, 35, 823 Stillwell Road, Walker, was arraigned on an obstructing charge and was released on a $500 personal recognizance bond.

* Ari Lenee McDaniel, 31, 3625 Packard Place Apt. 32, Parkersburg, was arraigned on a driving under the influence charge and was released on a $2,000 personal recognizance bond.

* Tammy Lynn Davis, 59, 97 Middle Hill Road, Waverly, was arraigned on a possession of marijuana charge and was released on a $500 personal recognizance bond.

* Dylan Shane Pickrell, 23, P.O. Box 234, Elizabeth, was arraigned on a possession of a controlled substance charge and was released on a $1,000 personal recognizance bond.

* David James Timmer, 61, 100 Wren St., Walker, was arraigned on charge of violating a domestic violence protective order and was released on a $1,000 surety bond.

* Justin Guy Nelson, 27, 409 1/2 16th St., Parkersburg, was arraigned on a charge of battery of a police officer and was released on a $3,000 personal recognizance bond.
