Wood Magistrate

PARKERSBURG — The Wood County Magistrate Court released the following reports Nov. 19:

* Gerald Christopher Piggott, 37, 619 Putnam St., Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to hunting, trapping or fishing on lands of another and was assessed $190.25 in court costs and fines.

* Jason Michael Guthrie, 43, 6411 Elizabeth Pike, pleaded guilty to operating a vehicle without an inspection and was assessed $175.25 in court costs and fines.

* David Wayne Floyd, 50, 2800 1/2 Emerson Ave., Parkersburg, is a fugitive from justice out of Washington County for a possession of a controlled substance charge and is being held without bond.

* David James Timmer, 61, 100 Wren St., Walker, was arraigned on charges of an aggravated driving under the influence and violation of a protective order and was released on a $1,000 surety bond.

* Eugene Allen Nelson III, 36, 1501 Cale St., Parkersburg, was arraigned on a driving under the influence charge and was released on a $1,000 surety bond.

* Nathaniel Earl McDonald, 27, 401 Hickory St., Parkersburg, was arraigned on a charge of violating a protective order and is being held on a $2,000 surety bond.

* Jacob Gordon Linville, 25, c/o Recovery House, P.O. Box 36, Elizabeth, was arraigned on charges of two counts of driving with a suspended license, no insurance and no registration and was released on a $750 personal recognizance bond.

* Kayla Marie Davis, 29, 814 Quincy St., Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to providing a structure or place for use of controlled substances by others and was sentenced to jail for one year, suspended for one year of probation. She was assessed $170.25 in court costs and fines.

* Scott James Feathers, 65, 4630 B Victoria Lane, Cross Lanes, pleaded guilty to obstructing an officer and was sentenced to jail for six months, suspended for two years of probation. A charge of battery on a government employee and/or medical personnel was dismissed and he was assessed $220.25 in court costs and fines.

* Charlie Glen Huston, 43, Route 2 Box 264, Walker, pleaded guilty to obstructing an officer and was sentenced to jail for 30 days, suspended for six months of probation and was assessed $220.25 in court costs and fines.

* Angela Dawn Johnson, 40, 1323 A. Broadway Ave., Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to two counts of driving with a suspended license and no insurance. Charges of improper registration, expired registration and one count of no insurance were dropped and she was assessed $665.50 in court costs and fines.

* Christina Renee Hardbarger, 31, 2380 Auburn Road, Pullman, pleaded guilty to driving with a suspended license and a speeding charge was dismissed. He was assessed $270.25 in court costs and fines.
