PARKERSBURG — The Wood County Magistrate Court released the following reports Oct. 23:

* Gale Allen Seevers Jr., 34, 539 Champion School Road, Belleville, pleaded guilty to a traffic control signal charge and was assessed $175.25 in court costs and fines.

* Michael G. Prince, 35, 355 Greenbrier Circle, Marietta, pleaded guilty to illegal cell phone use, texting, and was assessed $100 in court costs and fines.

* Melissa Dawn Miller, 39, 810 41st St., Vienna, was arraigned on a fraudulent use of an access device charge and was released on a $5,000 surety bond.

* Steven Ray Jenkins, 32, 819 Unit B 34th St., Vienna was arraigned on charges of driving under the influence and striking a fixture and was released on a $500 personal recognizance bond.

* Joshua Eugene Smith, 41, 5020 4th Ave., Parkersburg, was arraigned on a forgery of a public document charge and was released on a $1,000 surety bond.

* Leonard Franklin Travis, 50, 115 North Hart St., Marietta, was arraigned on charges of driving with a suspended license and no inspection and was released on a $500 personal recognizance bond.

* Michael Brinton Sims, 46, 309 8th St., Huntington, was arraigned on charges of defective equipment, no insurance, improper registration and no inspection and was released on a $1,400 bond.

* Erin N. Spencer, 41, homeless, was arraigned on a shoplifting charge and as released on a $500 personal recognizance bond.

* Jerome Lee Blackwell, 41, Parkersburg, was arraigned on charges of domestic battery and violating a protective order and was released on a $1,000 personal recognizance bond.

* Scott James Feathers, 65, 73 Chevy Drive Box 393A, Lake, pleaded guilty to battery and was sentenced to jail for 60 days, suspended for one year of probation. Charges of one count of battery and disorderly conduct were dismissed and he was assessed $849.50 in court costs and fines.

* Scott Michael Gough, 32, 664 Walnut Grove, Washington, W.Va., pleaded guilty to driving with a suspended license and an expire registration charge was dismissed. He was assessed $270.25 in court costs and fines.

* Michael Douglas Johnson, 45, 615 Sherwood Forrest Drive, Belleville, pleaded no contest to obstructing an officer and served four hours in jail.

* Jesse James Lemon, 24, 495 Lincoln Drive, Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to reckless driving and a driving under the influence charge was dismissed. Lemon was assessed $670.25 in court costs and fines.

* Christopher Joseph Gilbert, 33, 2519 Staunton Ave., Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to violating a protective order and was sentenced to jail for 30 days, suspended for one year of probation and was credited for six days served. He was ordered to report to the Day Report Center an was assessed $420.25 in court costs and fines. One count of violation of a protective order was dismissed.

* A conspiracy charge was dismissed for Eddie Allen Gloeckner, 31, 136 ScenicView Ridge, Sandyville. The state’s witness failed to appear in court.

PARKERBURG — The Wood County Magistrate Court released the following reports Oct. 26:

* Michelle L. Satterfield, 35, 313 36th St., Vienna, was arraigned on charges of shoplifting and petit larceny and was released on a $1,000 personal recognizance bond.

* Richard Michael Burd, 24, 1325 Grantsville Road, Little Hocking, was arraigned on charges of no insurance and driving with a suspended license and was released on a $1,000 personal recognizance bond.

* Randall Scott Martin, 32, 1033 Quincy St., Parkersburg, was arraigned on charges of driving with a suspended license and improper registration and was released on a $500 personal recognizance bond.

* Tre Michael Hughes, 27, 1018-1 Cornwall St., Parkersburg, was arraigned on a counterfeiting charge and was released on a $2,500 surety bond.

* Richard Patrick Miller II, 24, 1607 Beaver St., Parkersburg, was arraigned on charges of leaving the scene of an accident, failure to maintain control, driving with a suspended license, expired registration and no insurance and was released on a $1,500 personal recognizance bond.

* Beth Ann Liotti, 51, Parkersburg, was arraigned on charges of false reporting and domestic battery and was released on a $500 personal recognizance bond.

* Gerald Joseph Lofty, 23, 33 Wyndham Knob, Parkersburg, was arraigned on possession of a controlled substance and was released on a $500 personal recognizance bond and a $2,500 surety bond.

* Jessica Marie Ruble, 34, 112 Valley Mills Road, Parkersburg, was arraigned on a shoplifting charge and was released on a $500 personal recognizance bond.

* Mark Sheridan Webb, 62, 34 Meadowview Drive, Parkersburg, was arraigned on charges of two counts of improper registration, two counts of driving on a suspended license, two counts of no insurance and was released on a $2,000 surety bond.

* Rodney James Groves, 33, 671 Turkey Fork Road, Parkersburg, was arraigned on charges of public intoxication and obstruction and was released on a $1,000 personal recognizance bond.

* Sabrina I. Swiney, 26, 807 Virginia Ave., Parkersburg, was arraigned on charges of possession of a controlled substance and shoplifting and was released on a $1,600 cash bond.

* Anthony Lee Givens, 32, 1110 Edwin St., Parkersburg, was arraigned on a shoplifting charge and was released on a $500 personal recognizance bond.

* Probable cause was found for a possesion of fentanyl charge for Robert Eugene Flinn, 34, 1016 18th St., Apt. 6, Vienna.

* A preliminary hearing was waived for Ashley Ann Kawczynski, 30, 79 Iatana Lane Lot 43, Parkersburg, for a driving under the influence charge.

* Jason Lee Strickler, 41, 765 Dana Run road, Newport, pleaded guilty to driving with a suspended license and was assessed $670.25 in court costs and fines.

* Harold William McGraw, 51, 401 13th St. Apt. A, Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to disorderly conduct and was sentenced to jail for 24 hours. A public intoxication charge was dismissed and he was assessed $170.25 in court costs and fines.

* Gary Allen Gibson, 65, 225 Varner Road, Walker, pleaded guilty to two counts of battery and was sentenced to jail for 30 days, suspended for one year of probation.

* Jeremy Wayne Alger, 31, c/o Ramsey St., Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to two counts of fraudulent and related activity in connection with an access device and was sentenced to jail for three months, suspended for two years of probation. He was ordered to complete an in-patient drug treatment program for at least six months and was assessed $419.39 in court costs and fines. Three counts of fraudulent and related activity in connection with an access device were dismissed.
