Wood Magistrate

PARKERSBURG — Wood County Magistrate Court recently released the following reports:

* Donovan Tyler McCune, 21, 1335 Spring St., Parkersburg, waived a preliminary hearing on a charge of second-degree robbery. The case was bound over to Wood County Circuit Court.

* Edgar Dale Kimes, 51, Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to domestic battery and was sentenced to six months in jail suspended for one year of unsupervised probation and one year reporting to the Day Report Center. He was assessed $170.25 in court costs. A charge of strangulation was dismissed as part of a plea agreement.

* Edward Eugene Gibson III, 34, 706 Neale St., Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to petit larceny and was sentenced to 12 months in jail. He was assessed $170.25 in court costs and ordered to pay $1,100 in restitution. A charge of grand larceny was dismissed as part of a plea agreement.

* Kimberly Cerie Davis, 27, 1725 Latrobe St., Parkersburg, was arraigned on a charge of battery and released on a $1,000 personal recognizance bond.

* Jason Wayne Mincks, 42, 1212 West Virginia Ave., Parkersburg, was arraigned on charges of disorderly conduct and obstructing an officer and was released on a $2,000 surety bond.

* Charles David Hinzman II, 35, 2203 Gant St., Parkersburg, was arraigned on two counts of battery and one count of battery of a police officer and held on a $2,000 surety bond.

* Gregory Eugene Athey, 30, Marietta, was arraigned on charges of domestic assault, public intoxication, disorderly conduct and obstructing and released on a $3,000 surety bond.

* James Charles Bonnett, 29, 68 Perkins Lane, Washington, W.Va., was arraigned on charges of first-offense driving under the influence and driving on a suspended license and released on a $2,000 surety bond.

* Cody Alan Paxton, 28, 641 Greenville Road, Walker, was arraigned on charges of obstructing and battery of a police officer and released on a $2,000 surety bond.

* Justin Lashawn Davis, 26, Parkersburg, was arraigned on charges of domestic battery and obstructing and bond was set at $2,000 surety and $100 cash.

* Katelynn Rebecca Dulaney, 50, 2604 18th Ave., Parkersburg, was arraigned on a charge of aggravated DUI and released on a $3,000 bond.

* Fernando Lewis Bowers, 21, 1020 19th St., Parkersburg, was arraigned on charges of no operator’s license, reckless driving, making false statements to a police officer and falsely reporting an emergency and released on a $3,000 personal recognizance bond.

* Fred Allen McDonald, 75, 2821 Emerson Ave., Apt. 26, Parkersburg, was arraigned on charges of obstructing an officer and disorderly conduct and released on a $1,000 personal recognizance bond.

* Sarah Margaret Palmer, 22, 187 Wood St., Davisville, was arraigned on a charge of no motor vehicle inspection sticker and released on a $100 personal recognizance bond.

* Michael Ray Sulsberger Jr., 44, 2313 Belmont Road, Parkersburg, was arraigned on five counts of forgery and uttering, and bond was set at $10,000 surety.

* Kristen Michelle Williams-Wells, 47, Vienna, was arraigned on a charge of domestic battery and released on a $2,000 surety bond.

* Kevin Leroy Swiger, 35, 2510 39th St., Apt. B, Parkersburg, was arraigned on charges of fleeing with reckless disregard, no insurance, DUI, receiving/transferring stolen property, animal cruelty and three counts of driving on a suspended/revoked license and bond was set at $11,500.

* Heather Dawn White, 38, 343 Saddletree Road, Mount Clare, W.Va., pleaded guilty to operation of vehicles without evidence of registration and was assessed $180.25.

* Logan G. Rummer, 18, 2301 Meadowview Drive, Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to speeding and was assessed $175.25 in fines and court costs.

* Stephen Wayne Caltrider, 31, 413 Eighth St., Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to a charge of unlawful taking of a vehicle in May, but the record was released this week following a restitution hearing. Caltrider was sentenced to 90 days in jail and assessed $170.25 in court costs. Charges of grand larceny and entry of a building other than a dwelling were dismissed as part of a plea agreement.
