Wood Magistrate

PARKERSBURG — Wood County Magistrate Court released the following reports Aug. 13:

* Megan Whitney Skidmore, 32, 2623 14th Ave., Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to a charge of leaving the scene of an accident involving damage to a vehicle and was assessed $180.25 in fines and court costs. A charge of no insurance was dismissed as part of a plea agreement.

* Jacob Gibson, 28, 1924 Worthington St., Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to first-offense shoplifting and was assessed $180.25 in fines and court costs. He was also ordered to pay a $179.14 civil penalty to Walmart.

* Jacob Matthew Gibson, 24, 2974 Fish Hatchery Road, Elizabeth, pleaded guilty to petit larceny and was sentenced to nine months home confinement, to run concurrent with a sentence in a separate case. He was assessed $170.25 in court costs and ordered to pay $203 in restitution. A charge of receiving/transferring a stolen vehicle was dismissed as part of a plea agreement.

* Kayla Louise Menking, 28, 2140 16th St., Apt. B, Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to battery on a government employee and/or medical personnel and was sentenced to 30 days in jail, suspended for one year unsupervised probation. She was assessed $170.25 in court costs. Charges of obstructing an officer and failure to provide fingerprints were dismissed as part of a plea agreement.

* Craig Allen Hardy, 33, 2502 Oak St., Apt. 4, Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to obstructing an officer and was sentenced to 12 days in jail, with credit for 12 days served. He was assessed $170.25 in court costs. A charge of second-offense domestic battery was dismissed at the request of the alleged victim.

* Kasey Dawn Alltop, 32, care of 1134 Lynn St., Apt. A, Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to obstructing an officer and was sentenced to 30 days in jail, suspended for six months unsupervised probation. She was assessed $270.25 in fines and court costs. A second charge of obstructing was dismissed as part of a plea agreement.

* Crystal Nichole Ventimiglia, 34, 47 Elm St., Davisville, pleaded guilty to a charge of fraudulent return and was assessed $200.25 in fines and court costs. She was ordered to pay a $248.90 civil penalty to Walmart. Another charge of fraudulent return was dismissed as part of a plea agreement.

* Jeffrey Wayne Davis, 35, 3103 Ninth Ave., Vienna, pleaded guilty to a charge of possession of a controlled substance, alprazolam, and was sentenced to 90 days in jail, suspended for six months unsupervised probation. He was assessed $170.25 in court costs. A charge of possession of a controlled substance, marijuana, was dismissed as part of a plea agreement.

* Raymond Lawrence Chapman, 39, 151 Dickens Drive, Suite 23, Mineral Wells, was arraigned on a charge of possession of a controlled substance, fentanyl, with intent to deliver and held on a $200,000 surety bond.

* Christopher Edward Linn Byrd, 32, 1103 30th St., Vienna, was arraigned on charges of fleeing with reckless disregard, petit larceny and driving on a suspended/revoked license and held on a $108,000 surety bond.

* Jeffrey Wayne Davis, 45, 1201 Rayon Drive, Parkersburg, was arraigned on charges of public intoxication and driving on a license revoked for driving under the influence and was released on a $500 personal recognizance bond.

* Scott James Feathers, 65, 73 Chavy Drive, Box 393-A, Lake. W.Va., was arraigned on a charge of unlawful possession of a deadly weapon and released on a $1,000 personal recognizance bond.

* Joseph Marshall Lott, 40, 817 37th St., Vienna, was arraigned on 10 counts of violation of a protective order and released on a $5,000 surety bond.

* Anthony Jared Pease, 23, 2403 Highland Ave., Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to fishing without a license and was assessed $190.25 in fines and court costs.

PARKERSBURG — The Wood County Magistrate Court released the following reports Aug. 18:

* Jeffrey Sky Wood, 30, c/o 1212 Lynn St., Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to obstructing an officer and shoplifting and was dismissed on a feeling from an officer charge. He already served 11 days of jail time and was assessed $170.25 in court fines.

* Joshua Ryan Davidson, 36, P.O. Box 9833, Daytona Beach, pleaded guilty to a prohibited person with a firearm charge and was credited with three hours of jail time already served. He was assessed $270.25 in court fines.

* Hannah Nikole Byers, 19, 506 Hawthorne St., Parkersburg, had a preliminary hearing waived on her charge of fleeing from an officer.

* Devan Jacob Sunderman, 19, 319 Main St., Belmont, was bound over to circuit court after probable cause was found on a charge of fleeing from an officer.

* David Ryan Facemyers, 20, 1017 18th St., Parkersburg, was arraigned on an obstructing an officer charge and was released on a $500 personal recognizance bond.

* Jessica Lee Southall, 39, 8089 South State Route 555, Chesterville, was arraigned on a fishing without a license charge and was released on a $500 personal recognizance bond.

* Nora Kay Cain, 47, 716 Franklin Ave. Apt. 6, Belpre, was arraigned on charges of improper registration and no insurance and was released on a $1,000 personal recognizance bond.

* Robert Eugene Flinn, 33, 1613 15th Ave., Parkersburg, was arraigned on charges of defective equipment, driving on a suspended license, no insurance, no seatbelt and possession of a controlled substance. He was released on a $4,000 personal recognizance bond.

* Michael E. Moore, 74, 28 Sunset Ridge, Mineral Wells, was arraigned on charges of disorderly conduct and resisting arrest and was released on a $1,500 surety charge.

* Kevin Alan Archer, 31, 1507 19th Ave., Parkersburg, was arraigned on a speeding charge and was released on a $100 personal recognizance bond.

* Robert Leigh Smith, 37, 1407 St. Marys Ave., Parkersburg, was arraigned on charges of driving on a suspended license and no insurance and was released on a $1,000 personal recognizance bond.

* Albert Eugene Chute Jr., 24, 1111 Lynn St., Parkersburg, was arraigned on a possession of a controlled substance, meth, with intent to deliver charge and is being held on a $200,000 surety bond.

PARKERSBURG — Wood County Magistrate Court released the following reports Aug. 19:

* Anthony Scott Boling, 44, Parkersburg, was arraigned on charges of incest and sexual abuse by a parent or guardian and held on a $75,000 bond.

* Zakkary Roger Beckett, 24, 2402 Clement Ave., Parkersburg, was arraigned on six counts of fraudulent use of an access device and held on a $60,000 surety bond.

* Tiffany Anne McIntyre, 31, 223 Broughton Ave., Marietta, was arraigned on charges of driving on a license suspended for miscellaneous and no insurance and released on a $1,000 personal recognizance bond.

* Jessica Ranea Thomas, 39, 1306 15th St., Parkersburg, was arraigned on two counts of driving on a license suspended for miscellaneous and one count each of no insurance and possession of a controlled substance. She was released on a $1,000 personal recognizance bond.

* Kyle Joseph Sheppard, 26, 3443 Third Ave., Parkersburg, was arraigned on charges of speeding and no insurance and released on a $1,000 personal recognizance bond.

* Dwight Steven Smith, 57, 209 Birnhamwood Drive, Parkersburg, was arraigned on a charge of driving while impaired and bond was set at $2,500.

* Justin Adam Ash, 33, 601 32nd St., lot 3, Parkersburg, waived a preliminary hearing on a charge of distribution of child pornography, and the case was bound over to Wood County Circuit Court.

* Michael R. McElwee, 69, 956 Murphytown Road, Davisville, pleaded guilty to a reduced charge of no motor vehicle inspection and was assessed $180.25 in fines and court costs. The original charge was fraudulent motor vehicle inspection. A charge of no proof of insurance was dismissed after proof was provided.

* Denzil E. Rose III, 19, 1200 31st St., Apt. 4, Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to a charge of failure to immediately report an accident and was assessed $175.25 in fines and court costs.

* Aaron Matthew Ewing, 40, 171 Washington Terrace, Suite 19, Washington, W.Va., pleaded guilty to obstructing an officer and was assessed $220.25 in fines and court costs. Charges of disorderly conduct and public intoxication were dismissed as part of a plea agreement.

* William Ray Booth, 41, 2403 Williamstown Pike, Williamstown, pleaded guilty to public intoxication and obstructing an officer and was sentenced to 90 days in jail, suspended for one year unsupervised probation, with credit for one day served. He was also assessed $345.50 in fines and court costs. Charges of disorderly conduct and battery on a government employee and/or medical personnel were dismissed as part of a plea agreement.

* Robert Bruce Stacy, 41, 252 Tonya Ave., Parkersburg, pleaded no contest to one count of trespassing and was assessed $175.25 in fines and court costs.

* Derek Blaine Myers, 29, 734 Thomas St., Harrisville, pleaded no contest to driving on a suspended/revoked license, general, and was assessed $270.25 in fines and court costs.

* Jessica Stacy, 252 Tonya Ave., Parkersburg, pleaded no contest to trespassing and was assessed $175.25 in fines and court costs.
