PARKERSBURG — Wood County Magistrate Court released the following reports July 17:

* David Michael Taylor, 30, 20 Royal Gardens, Suite 29, Mineral Wells, was arraigned on charges of petit larceny and possession of a controlled substance and was released on a $3,000 personal recognizance bond.

* Justin Lashawn Davis, 25, 1402 Andrew St., Parkersburg, was arraigned on a charge of obstructing and was released on a $1,000 personal recognizance bond.

* Rachel Susanne Flowers, 44, 2701 Fairview Ave., Parkersburg, was arraigned on a charge of first-offense driving under the influence and released on a $500 personal recognizance bond.

Wood County Magistrate Court released the following reports July 22:

* Gina Nicole Hand, 50, homeless, was arraigned on a charge of petit larceny and released on a $1,000 personal recognizance bond.

* Jennie Iona Tranter, 41, 1402 Andrew St., Parkersburg, was arraigned on charges of second-offense shoplifting, driving on a suspended license and defective tail light and released on a $2,000 personal recognizance bond.

* Zackery Thomas Hoy, 22, 3616 Plum St., Parkersburg, was arraigned on a charge of malicious assault. Bond was set at $2,000 cash.

* William Kenneth Workman, 32, 1540 Evergreen Hills Road, Millwood, W.Va., was arraigned on a charge of third-offense driving on a suspended license and released on a $500 personal recognizance bond.

* Joey Allen Barnett, 37, 738 Washington Ave., Huntington, pleaded guilty to obstructing an officer and was assessed $270.25 in fines and court costs.

* Candy R. Bentz, 35, 1853 Seventh St., Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to public intoxication and was assessed $190.25 in fines and court costs. A charge of obstructing an officer was dismissed as part of a plea agreement.

* Kenneth Lee Barnhart, 40, 10274 State Route 550, Vincent, Ohio, was pleaded guilty to driving on suspended/revoked license, general, and assessed $270.25 in fines and court costs. It was reduced from the original charge of driving on a license suspended for driving under the influence as part of a plea agreement. A busted windshield charge was also dismissed as part of the agreement.

* Timothy Nolen Carmichael, 52, 2827 Lake Washington Road, Washington, W.Va., pleaded guilty to a charge of leaving the scene of an accident involving damage to a vehicle and was assessed $290.25 in fines and court costs.

* Kenneth A. Hutson Jr., 40, 46 Meadowbrook Acres, Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to a charge of no insurance and was sentenced to 30 days in jail, suspended for one year of unsupervised probation. He was assessed $370.25 in fines and court costs. A charge of no operator’s license was dismissed as part of a plea agreement.

* Charges of fifth-offense driving on a license suspended for miscellaneous, second-offense no insurance, display of a fictitious inspection certificate and operating a vehicle without evidence of registration were dismissed against Brian Keith Wilkinson, 54, 502 Parmaco St., Apt. 1, Parkersburg, after neither party appeared for trial.

* George Edward Fonner IV, 51, 2523 10th Ave., Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to a charge of second-offense driving on a suspended license and was assessed $270.25 in fines and court costs. The charge was reduced from the original count of third-offense driving on a suspended license as part of a plea agreement.

* Travis Dwight Green, 37, 563 Sixth St., Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to shoplifting and was assessed $180.25 in fines and court costs. He was also ordered to pay a civil penalty of $103.16 to Walmart. In a separate case, he pleaded guilty to a shoplifting charge, was assessed $180.25 in fines and court costs and ordered to pay a $117.88 civil penalty to Walmart.

* Deaaron Vayshawn Price, 24, 132 W. Crosier St., Akron, pleaded guilty to fleeing from an officer, was sentenced to 10 days in jail with credit for 10 days served and was assessed $170.25 in court costs. Charges of obstructing an officer and possession of a controlled substance were dismissed as part of a plea agreement.

* Michael Bradley Davis, 35, 14 Dempsie Ave., Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to shoplifting, was assessed $200.25 in fines and court costs and ordered to pay a civil penalty of $50. In a separate case, Davis pleaded guilty to obstructing an officer and was assessed $220.25 in fines and court costs.

* Michael Nickelson Deem, 44, 205 Hickory St., Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to a charge of violating a protective order, was sentenced to 90 days home confinement and was assessed $420.25 in fines and court costs.

* Jamiel Elam Lambert, 20, 519 ¢ Reed St., Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to obstructing an officer and was assessed $220.25 in fines and court costs. A charge of disorderly conduct was dismissed as part of a plea agreement.

* Robert Charles Hicks Jr., 21, 702 Edwards Ave., Cuyahoga Falls, Ohio, waived a preliminary hearing on a charge of unlawful manufacture/delivery/transport/possession of fentanyl, and the case was bound over to Wood County Circuit Court.

* A charge of malicious assault was dismissed against Jessica Fay Parsons, 38, 136 Birnham Wood Drive, Parkersburg.

* A charge of burglary was dismissed against Jerome Leman Brown, 36, 916 24th St., Parkersburg.

* Katie Danielle Cline, 32, P.O. Box 82, Reno, Ohio, waived a preliminary hearing on a charge of embezzlement. The case was bound over to Circuit Court.

* A charge of burglary was dismissed without prejudice against James Ray Eddy, 38, 49 Dutch Hills Terrace, Apt. 115, Parkersburg.

* Jeffery Shane Hutson Jr., 28, 911 Mary St., Parkersburg, waived preliminary hearings on charges of grand larceny and breaking and entering. The case was bound over to Circuit Court.

* James Conner Woodward, 28, 814 ¢ Clifton St., Marietta, pleaded guilty to a charge of failure to maintain control and was assessed $190.25 in fines and court costs.

PARKERSBURG — The Wood County Magistrate Court released the following reports July 27:

* Arin Kyle Grimm, 26, 1721 Proctor Creek Road, Lot 21, West New Martinsville, had a preliminary hearing waived for a grand larceny charge and the case was transferred to the Wood County Circuit Court.

* Daushawn V. Kirby, 1771 Horizon Drive, Akron, was bound over to circuit court as a fugitive from justice.

* Matthew Michael Jones, 34, 1004 Williams St., Parkersburg, was bound over to circuit court as a fugitive from justice.

* Deshawn Derese Nelson Jr., 21, 904 Latrobe St., Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to unauthorized taking of a vehicle and was dismissed on a charge of receiving or transferring a stolen vehicle. He was sentenced to 90 days in jail with credit for 11 days served and was assessed $170.25 in court fines.

* Joseph Jack Burdette II, 42, 674 East Maple St., Davisville, pleaded guilty to domestic assault and was sentenced to 60 days of probation with substance abuse evaluation.

* Haeylee Salin Prall, 31, 2210 Latrobe St., Parkersburg, was arraigned on a domestic battery charge and was released on a $500 surety bond.

* Robyn L. Snodgrass, 29, 58 Tiffany Lane, Parkersburg, was arraigned on a domestic battery charge and was released on a $1,500 surety bond

* Michael Allen Bailey, 23, 418 Fourth Ave., Parkersburg, was arraigned on charges of driving on a suspended license and no insurance and was released on a $500 personal recognizance bond.

* Carl Hershall Dearston, 57, 507 Lorell St., Parkersburg, was arraigned on charges of public intoxication and obstructing and was released on a $2,500 personal recognizance bond.

* Matthew D. Sadler, 32, 1500 Core Road, Parkersburg, was arraigned on charges of shoplifting and two counts of possession of a controlled substance, meth, marijuana, and was released on a $3,000 personal recognizance bond.

* Jacob Mathew Gibson, 24, 50 Pine St., Elizabeth, was arraigned on a charge of driving on a suspended license and was released on a $500 surety bond.

* Olivia Kate George, 27, 64 Strimer Drive, Parkersburg, was arraigned on a domestic battery charge and was released on a $500 surety bond.

* Eric Guy Nelson, 45, 58 Cherokee Way, Elizabeth, was arraigned on a charge of a prohibited person with a firearm and is being held on a $25,000 surety bond.

* Daushawn Vaughn Kirby, 31, 1771 Horizon Drive, Akron, was arraigned on a possession with intent to deliver charge and was released on a $250,000 surety bond.

* Joshua Adam Polsley, 36, homeless, was arraigned on a possession with intent to deliver charge and was released on a $75,000 surety bond.

* Carl Clayton Robinson, 32, 621 33rd St., Parkersburg, was arraigned on a charge of fleeing with reckless regard and is being held on a $5,000 surety bond.

* Clayton Edison Weaver, 46, 920 Ann St. Apt. 5B, Parkersburg, was arraigned on a charge of grand larceny and is being held on a $5,000 surety bond.

* Terry Wayne Giddings, 37, 1027 1/2 Lynn St., Parkersburg, was arraigned on a grand larceny change and was released on a $7,500 surety bond.

* Coty Joe Harter, 28, 1309 Staunton Turnpike, Walker, was arraigned on charges of shoplifting and two counts of violating a protective order and was released on a $3,000 personal recognizance bond.

* Tylor Broc Thomas, 28, 79 Skeleton Road, Salam, pleaded guilty to driving on a suspended license and was assessed $270.25 in court fines.

* Alan M. Wilson Jr., 34, 68080 Ohio 124, Belpre, pleaded no contest to driving on a suspended license and was assessed $320.25 in court fines.

* Dustin D. Wade, 33, 7837 W.Va. 47 W, Coxs Mills, pleaded no contest to speeding and was dismissed on a no insurance charge. He was assessed $175.25 in court fines.

PARKERSBURG –Wood County Magistrate Court released the following reports July 28:

* Joseph Allen Dowler, 39, 4415 14th Ave., Parkersburg, waived a preliminary hearing on a charge of possession of a controlled substance with intent to deliver, and the case was bound over to Wood County Circuit Court.

* Erin Nichole Duvall, 21, 527 Ellis Ave., Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to two counts of possession of a controlled substance and was sentenced to 90 days in jail, suspended for 12 months unsupervised probation. She was assessed $340.50 in fines and court costs.

* Hunter Bennett Pearson, 25, 227 Dickens Drive, Mineral Wells, pleaded guilty to charges of driving under the influence of alcohol, with a blood-alcohol concentration greater than 0.15; fleeing from an officer in a vehicle and obstructing an officer. He was sentenced to three six-month terms of home confinement, to be served consecutively, and was assessed $805.75 in fines and court costs. Two of the charges were reduced from fleeing while under the influence of alcohol and fleeing in a vehicle with reckless indifference as part of a plea agreement.

* Zachary Joe Cheuvront, 28, 391 Munday Road, Elizabeth, pleaded guilty to charges of driving a vehicle while in an impaired state and one-way road violation, was sentenced to 12 hours in jail with credit for 12 hours served and was assessed $520.50 in fines and court costs. A charge of leaving the scene of an accident involving damage to a vehicle was dismissed as part of a plea agreement.

* Chelsea Kathleen Doonan, 31, 2104 43rd St., Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to DUI with a blood-alcohol concentration greater than 0.15, was sentenced to 90 days home confinement and was assessed $345.25 in fines and court costs. Charges of first-offense DUI and obstructing an officer were dismissed as part of a plea agreement.

* Dave Michael Loos, 54, 527 Oakland Blvd., Cambridge, pleaded guilty to charges of driving while in an impaired state, which was reduced from the original charge of DUI resulting in bodily injury as part of a plea agreement, and failure to obey traffic control devices. He was sentenced to 12 hours in jail with credit for 12 hours served and assessed $520.50 in fines and court costs. A charge of leaving the scene of an accident involving damage to a vehicle was dismissed as part of the plea agreement.

* Dylan Shane Pickrell, 23, P.O. Box 234, Elizabeth, pleaded guilty to possession of a controlled substance and was sentenced to one year in jail, suspended for one year of unsupervised probation. He was assessed $170.25 in court costs.

* Luke Hunter Smith, 41, 296 Suzanne St., Washington, W.Va., pleaded no contest to child neglect creating risk of injury and was assessed $270.25 in fines and court costs.

* A charge of domestic battery was dismissed against Ian Thomas Williamson, 40, Parkersburg.

* Jeffery Lee Rake, 60, 919 Moyer Ave., Parkersburg, was arraigned on a charge of first-offense shoplifting and released on a $500 personal recognizance bond.

* Molly Beth Jones, 32, care of 99 Hannamann Lane, Elizabeth, was arraigned on a charge of obstructing and released on a $500 surety bond.

* John Anthony Iammarino, 58, 20 Royal Gardens Court, Mineral Wells, was arraigned on two counts of possession of a controlled substance, heroin and methamphetamine, with intent to deliver and held on a $15,000 cash bond.

* Charles Dillion Seaford, 20, Belpre, was arraigned on charges of domestic battery and destruction of property and was released on a $1,000 bond.

* Chevelle Brianne Sarver, 34, 819 Warren St., Marietta, was arraigned on a charge of possession of fentanyl with intent to distribute and was held on a $75,000 surety bond.

* Roland Chace Roberts, 22, 1116 Swann St., Parkersburg, pleaded no contest to speeding and was assessed $190.25 in fines and court costs.

* Patricia Ellen Ensalaco, 44, 2222 Greenwich Road, Wadsworth, Ohio, pleaded guilty to a charge of left of center and was assessed $175.25 in fines and court costs.
