Wood Magistrate

PARKERSBURG –Wood County Magistrate Court released the following reports July 15:

* Levi Raymond Gregory Putnam, 22, P.O. Box 36, Hartford, W.Va., pleaded guilty to driving a vehicle while in an impaired state and no vehicle insurance. He was sentenced to three hours in jail already served and 30 days of home confinement, to be served in Mason County. Putnam was also assessed $715.50 in fines and court costs. A charge of breathing, inhaling or drinking intoxicating compounds was dismissed as part of a plea agreement.

* Willis Harmen Geer, 47, care of House to Home, 415 Eighth St., Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to trespassing and was assessed $180.25 in fines and court costs. A charge of littering was dismissed as part of a plea agreement.

* Alex Blake Johnson, 31, 338 Jefferson Drive, Mineral Wells, waived a preliminary hearing on a charge of unlawful manufacture/delivery/transport/possession of fentanyl. The case was bound over to Wood County Circuit Court.

* A charge of possession of banned materials or substances by an inmate was dismissed against James Edward Moore II, 32, 5400 Altizer Ave., Lot 14, Huntington.

* William Roscoe Sayles III, 61, 1341 Brandywine Place, Apt. 315, Zanesville, waived a preliminary hearing on a charge of fleeing from an officer. The case was bound over to Circuit Court.

* Lawrence F. Boland, 71, 985 Proudfoot Road, Philippi, W.Va., was arraigned on charges of fleeing while driving under the influence and fleeing with reckless indifference and held on a $100,000 surety bond.

* Jessica Kay Jackson, 29, 6399 Old St. Marys Pike, Parkersburg, was arraigned on two counts of shoplifting and released on a $500 personal recognizance bond.

* Myron Cedric Anderson, 52, 606 41st St., Vienna, was arraigned on charges of second-offense driving on a license revoked for DUI and speeding and released on a $2,000 personal recognizance bond.

* Mitchell L. Taylor, 58, 4493 Newark Road, Elizabeth, was arraigned on a charge of fishing without a license and released on a $250 personal recognizance bond.

* Worthy Owen Davis IV, 41, Parkersburg, was arraigned on charges of domestic battery, disorderly conduct and obstructing and released on a $2,500 surety bond. In a separate case, he was arraigned on charges of disorderly conduct and public intoxication and bond was set at $500 surety.

* Michael Gerald Robbins, 49, Parkersburg, was arraigned on a charge of violation of a protective order and released on a $500 personal recognizance bond.

* Nicholas R. Fosselman, 19, 111 Brentwood Heights, Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to speeding and was assessed $175.25 in fines and court costs.

PARKERSBURG –Wood County Magistrate Court released the following reports July 16:

* Erika Dee Mollohan. 40, 401 37th St., Room 112, Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to disorderly conduct and was assessed $175.25 in fines and court costs.

* Angela Wallace, 52, 4247 Williamstown Pike, Apt. 205, Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to a charge of trespass on property other than structure or conveyance and was assessed $290.25 in fines and court costs.

* Nicole Victoria Tayman, 26, 2670 Winding Road, Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to a charge of possession of counterfeit currency with intent to utter and was sentenced to six months in jail, suspended for one year of probation. She was assessed $170.25 in court costs. A charge of counterfeiting was dismissed as part of a plea agreement.

* Jacoby Franklin Harold, 39, 824 Grafton St., Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to a charge of false pretenses and was sentenced to 10 days in jail, with credit for 10 days served. He was assessed $360.25 in court costs and restitution. A charge of accidents involving damage to vehicle was dismissed as part of a plea agreement.

* Jeffrey Neel Smith, 39, 4711 Seventh Ave., Vienna, pleaded guilty to charges of third-offense driving on a suspended license and operation without a certificate of inspection or failure to produce a certificate of inspection. He was sentenced to 30 days home confinement and assessed $445.50 in fines and court costs. Charges of third-offense driving on a license suspended for miscellaneous, driving a vehicle without the required security and operation without a certificate of inspection or failure to produce certificate were dismissed as part of a plea agreement.

* James Ty Davis, 22, 7504 Cairo Road, Harrisville, pleaded guilty to charges of second-offense driving under the influence and first-offense driving on a license suspended for miscellaneous and was sentenced to two six-month home confinement terms, to be served concurrently. He was also assessed $1,695.50 in fines and court costs. Charges of second-offense driving on a license revoked for DUI, no insurance and operation of vehicles without evidence of registration was dismissed as part of a plea agreement.

* Daniel Adam Satow, 30, 124 Locust Drive, Mineral Wells, pleaded guilty to obstructing an officer and was assessed $220.25 in fines and court costs. A charge of public intoxication was dismissed as part of a plea agreement.

* William Harold Johnson, 47, 62 Jo Mar Drive, Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to DUI, a lesser included offense to the original charge of DUI with a blood-alcohol concentration greater than 0.15. He was sentenced to four hours in jail, with credit for four hours served, and assessed $370.25 in fines and court costs.

* Arin Kyle Grimm, 26, 1721 Proctor Creek Road, Lot 21 West, Proctor, W.Va., was arraigned on a charge of grand larceny and held on a $5,000 surety bond.

* Deshawn Derese Nelson, 21, 904 Latrobe St., Parkersburg, was arraigned on a charge of possessing/receiving a stolen vehicle and held on a $10,000 surety bond.

* Christopher Eli Watson, 18, 807 Virginia Ave., Apt. D, Parkersburg, was arraigned on a charge of possessing/receiving a stolen vehicle and released on a $10,000 surety bond.

* David Allen Richards, 55, 121 Rockland Drive, Williamstown, was arraigned on charges of violation of a safety order and trespassing and released on a $1,000 personal recognizance bond.

* Steven Paul Black, 41, 133 Rail Trail Lane, Davisville, was arraigned on a charge of reckless operation of a jet ski and released on a $500 personal recognizance bond.

* Gavin Richard Bennett, 22, 425 Hill St., Parkersburg, was arraigned on a charge of obstruction and released on a $1,000 personal recognizance bond.

* Teddy Allen Nichols, 49, 28 Hartley Drive, Ravenswood, pleaded guilty to charges of shoplifting and trespassing and was assessed $350.50 in fines and court costs. He was also ordered to pay a $50 civil penalty to Walmart.
