Wood Magistrate

PARKERSBURG — The Wood County Magistrate Court released the following reports June 26:

* Austin Tyler Izzo, 24, 3513 Sixth Ave., Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to possesion of a controlled substance and was dismissed on another possession charge. He was sentenced to 90 days in jail, suspended for six months of probation and was assessed $170.25 in court fines.

* Brandi Nicole Blevins, 36, 2805 Birch St. Lot 14, Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to destruction of property and was sentenced to jail for 30 days, suspended for one year of probation. He was assessed $2,170.25 in court fines.

* Michael Anthony Laurnoff, 56, 1023 24th St., Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to public intoxication and disorderly conduct and was dismissed on other public intoxication and disorderly conduct charges. He served 10 days in jail and was assessed $355.50 in court fines.

*Boyd Isaac Bingler, 21, 106 Cheyanna Road, Marietta, pleaded guilty to no HIP card and was assessed $190.25 in court fines.

* Hope Celine Chute, 22, 1102 B. Broadway Ave., Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to possession of a controlled substance and was sentenced to 90 days in jail, suspended for six months of probation and was assessed $170.25.

* Jacob Matthew Gibson, 24, 14 Hemlock St., Elizabeth, pleaded guilty to petit larceny and was sentenced to jail for 30 days, suspended for one year of probation. He was assessed $170.25.

*Thomas Daniel Welch, 32, 102 37th St., Vienna, pleaded guilty to a DUI and was dismissed on a reckless driving charge. He was sentenced to three months of home confinement and was assessed $345. 25 in court fines.

* Tony Allen Williamson, 31, 807 Lilly Lane, Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to receiving/transferring stolen goods and was dismissed on charges of possession of a controlled substance and prohibited person with a firearm. He was sentenced to 90 days in jail and was assessed $340.50 in court fines.

* Shawn James Davis, 46, 814 Quincy St., Parkersburg, had a preliminary hearing waived on a possession of a controlled substance charge and the case was passed on to the Wood County Circuit Court.

* Tracy Lynn Florence, 33, 157 Dickens Dr., Apt. 7, Mineral Wells, was arraigned on charges of driving on a suspended license, no insurance and possession of a controlled substance and was released on a $500 personal recognizance bond.

* Austin R. Ash, 25, 710 Belrock Ave., Belpre, was arraigned on a bond violation charge and was released on a $1,000 surety charge.

* Austin Lee Hayes, 19, 601 Stephenson Ave., Parkersburg, was arraigned on a grand larceny charge and was released on a $2,500 surety bond.

* Eric Scott Dailey, 48, 682 Walker Road, Walker, was arraigned on a charge of failure to pay child support and was released on a $5,000 personal recognizance bond.

* Robert Eugene Flinn, 33, 603 Hill St., Parkersburg, was arraigned on charges of no insurance, driving on a suspended license, improper inspection and registration and was released on a $2,000 personal recognizance bond.

* Brittany Lee Nicole Bel, 29, 502 Elm St., Belpre, was arraigned on a charge of obstructing and was released on a $500 surety bond.

* Amy Dawn Brown, 41, 2715 Fairlawn Ave., Dunbar, was arraigned on charges of possession of a firearm and a possession of meth and was released on a $2,500 surety bond.

* Samantha Deanne Stephens, 20, 654 13th., Parkersburg, was arraigned on possession of a controlled substance, meth, and was released on a $500 surety bond.

* Arin Kyle Grimm, 25, 1721 Proctor Creek Road, Proctor, was arraigned on a breaking and entering charge and is being held on a $10,000 surety bond.

* Robert Waitman Peters, 28, 521 Islandview Drive, Parkersburg, was arraigned on a battery charge and was released on a $1,500 personal recognizance bond.

* Richard Alan Davis, 46, 3091 Progress Ridge, Parkersburg, was arraigned on charges of damaging equipment, no insurance expired inspection and was released on a $500 personal recognizance bond.

* Justin Lee Brown, 31, 2269 Main St., Clay, was arraigned on charges of fleeing in a vehicle, with reckless disregard, receiving or transferring stolen vehicle and bringing stolen property into the state and is being held on a $250,000 surety charge.
