Wood Magistrate

PARKERSBURG — Wood County Magistrate Court released the following reports June 25:

* Michael W. Lynch, 30, 2212 36th St. Apt. 2, Parkersburg, was arraigned on a destruction of property charge and was released on a $5,000 cash bond.

* Robert Martin Shepherd, 38, 3201 Broad St., Parkersburg, was arraigned on a domestic battery charge and was released on a $2,000 surety bond.

* Richard Glenn Gausey, 55, 744 Big Island Run Road, Elizabeth, was arraigned on a battery charge and was released on a $1,500 surety bond.

* Ethan Thomas Bloomingdale, 25, 100 Iroquis Drive, Marietta, was arraigned on charges of speeding and possession of a controlled substance and was released on a $1,000 personal recognizance bond.

* Joshua Allen Chipps, 30, 606 Fourth Ave., Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to obstructing and officer and shoplifting and was sentenced to 30 days in jail, suspended for one year of probation. He was dismissed on a fleeing from an officer charge and was assessed $340.50 in court fines.

* Craig Russell Marshall, 46, 1642 Chesterville Road, Mineral Wells, pleaded guilty to additional powers and was assessed $190.25 in court fines.

* Alex E. Betts, 52, 137 Lorentz Ave. Apt. B, Morgantown, pleaded guilty to possession of meth and was sentenced to jail for 90 days, suspended for six months of probation. He was assessed $170.25 in court fines.

* Matthew Joseph Hunter, 46, 362 Wilber Lane, Alma, pleaded guilty to destruction of property and was dismissed on a petit larceny charge. He was sentenced to 30 days in jail, suspended for six months of probation and was assessed $530.25 in court fines.

* Steven Harold Wells, 39, Palestine, pleaded guilty to an unsecure load and was assessed $185.25 in court fines.

* Cynthia Kay Myers, 46, 1415 Lancaster St. Apt. 4C, Marietta, pleaded guilty to two counts of driving on a suspended license and no insurance and was dismissed on a driving on a suspended license charge and a red light violation.

* William Paul Hively II, 24, 656 Nicolette Road, Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to obstruction and no operators and was sentenced to 30 days in jail, suspended for six months of probation with one day of jail time served. He was dismissed on charges of failure to yield and failure to use a turn signal and was assessed $350.50 in court fines.

* Alan Shane Whitlock, 67, Norris Road, Washington, pleaded guilty to speeding and was assessed $175.25 in court fines.
