Wood Magistrate

PARKERSBURG — Wood County Magistrate Court released the following reports June 15:

* Paula Marie Reynolds-Pushefski, 52, 1948 Princeton St., Parkersburg, was arraigned on a charge of malicious wounding and held on a $25,000 surety bond. She allegedly stabbed another woman with a kitchen knife Friday in the parking lot behind her residence. The victim was taken to WVU Medicine Camden Clark.

* Hunter Bennett Pearson, 25, 227 Dickens Drive, Mineral Wells, was arraigned on charges of fleeing while driving under the influence and fleeing with reckless disregard and released on a $50,000 bond. Pearson was allegedly traveling at 50 mph in a UTV in a 35-mph zone on Gihon Road Saturday. When a Wood County Sheriff’s deputy attempted a traffic stop, Pearson allegedly fled at speeds of more than 70 mph. The vehicle stopped in a parking lot in the 400 block of Pettyville Road, and the driver tried to flee but was apprehended by deputies.

* Lester Lee Stewart, 37, 400 Avery St., Apt. 1022-1, Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to charges of fleeing from an officer, possession of a controlled substance and driving on a suspended/revoked license, miscellaneous, and was sentenced to four days in jail, with credit for four days served. He was assessed $635.75 in fines and court costs. Charges of no insurance, improper registration and false certificates were dismissed as part of a plea agreement.

* David Michael Mullins, 22, 1515 Rayon Drive, Apt. B, Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to charges of driving on a suspended/revoked license, miscellaneous, and no insurance and was assessed $1,340.50 in fines and court costs. The first count was reduced from the original charge of driving on a license revoked for DUI as part of a plea agreement.

* Lisa D. Williams, 47, 614 1/2 S. Fifth St., Clarksburg, was arraigned on a worthless check charge and released on a $200 personal recognizance bond.

* Jonathan Charles Law, 43, 1210 Lakeview Drive, Parkersburg, was arraigned on a charge of telephone harassment and released on a $1,000 personal recognizance bond.

* Ethan Ray Morrison, 30, Maple Drive, Elizabeth, was arraigned on a charge of violation of a protective order and held on a $1,000 bond.

* Chrisin Nickole Kirby, 27, 512 Maple St., Parkersburg, was arraigned on a charge of shoplifting and released on a $500 personal recognizance bond.

* Amber Dawn Rhodes, 28, 1106 19th St., Parkersburg, was arraigned on a charge of second-offense shoplifting and released on a $1,500 personal recognizance bond.

* Keith Allen Miller, 34, 2701 Fairlawn Ave., Lot 11, Dunbar, W.Va., was arraigned on a charge of possession of a controlled substance and released on a $1,000 personal recognizance bond.

* Joseph Charles Kirk, 63, 978 Forrest Hills Drive, Parkersburg, was arraigned on a charge of no trash service and released on a $500 personal recognizance bond.

* Dakota Leighann Riel, 23, 2002 Teresa Lane #204, Sissonville, W.Va., was arraigned on charges of driving on a license revoked for DUI and possession of a controlled substance, heroin, and released on a $2,000 personal recognizance bond.

* Codey Lee Buzzard, 25, 97 Whispering Pines Court, Parkersburg, was arraigned on charges of battery of a law enforcement officer, battery, obstruction and destruction of property and held on a $5,000 surety bond.

* Jessica Lynn Massey, 25, 1253 Gihon Road, Apt. A, Parkersburg, was arraigned on two counts of shoplifting and released on a $2,500 bond.

* Rex Allen Colvin, 35, 247 Marie Lane, Washington, W.Va., was arraigned on charges of falsely reporting an emergency and obstructing and released on a $1,000 personal recognizance bond.

* Derrick Allan Drain, 34, Parkersburg, was arraigned on a charge of domestic battery and released on a $1,000 surety bond.

* Christopher Todd Smith, 48. 25th Street, Parkersburg, was arraigned on two counts of violation of a protective order and released on a $2,000 personal recognizance bond.

* Three counts of receiving/transferring stolen goods was dismissed without prejudice against Colton James Tant, 27, 521 Pike St., Parkersburg, after a witness did not appear and the state was unable to proceed.

* Michael Justin VanFosson, 52, 413 Eighth St., Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to prohibited person possessing a firearm, was sentenced to one year in jail and was assessed $195.25 in court costs. A second charge of prohibited person possessing a firearm was dismissed as part of a plea agreement.

* Tiffany Rachelle Radabaugh, 31, 1954 Seventh St., Parkersburg, was arraigned on a fugitive from justice charge and held without bond, pending an extradition hearing in Wood County Circuit Court. Radabaugh was wanted on a warrant for failure to appear out of Washington County.

* Stanley Edward Bowers, 41, 1954 Seventh St., Parkersburg, was arraigned on a fugitive from justice charge and held without bond, pending an extradition hearing in Circuit Court. He was wanted on a warrant for failure to appear out of Washington County.

* Amy Kristina Hardman, 44, 278 Everson Road, Belpre, was arraigned on a fugitive from justice charge and held without bond, pending an extradition hearing in Circuit Court. Hardman was wanted on a warrant for probation violation out of Volusia County, Florida.

* Andrew Michael Lott, 20, 3513 Fourth Ave., Parkersburg, waived a preliminary hearing on a charge of third-degree sexual assault. The case was bound over to Circuit Court.

* James Francis Beck, 35, 1500 Core Road, Parkersburg, waived preliminary hearings on three counts of possession of a controlled substance with intent to deliver and one count of third-offense shoplifting. The case was bound over to Circuit Court.

* Edna Louise Roberts, 76, 506 1/2 Neal St., Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to a charge of failure to obey a traffic control device and was assessed $175.25 in fines and court costs. A charge of no insurance was dismissed after proof of insurance was provided.
