Wood Magistrate

PARKERSBURG — Wood County Magistrate Court heard the following cases on March 6:

* Jason Toncray, 35, 4779 Federal Road, Coolville, pleaded guilty to a charge of driving under the influence with an alcohol concentration of above .15 and obstruction; he was sentenced to 10 months of home confinement and ordered to pay a balance of $685.50 in court costs and fines. As part of a plea agreement Toncray was dismissed on a charge of fleeing or attempting to flee from law enforcement while under the influence.

* Steven Greene, 47, 1023 Latrobe St., pleaded guilty to a charge of no operator’s and was assessed $190.25 in court costs and fines.

* Angela Morris, 34, 903 13th St., Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to a charge of worthless check. She was assessed $190.25 in court costs and fines and ordered to pay $40.64 in restitution to the victim. In a separate case Morris pleaded guilty to another charge of worthless check. She was assessed $190.25 in court costs and fines and ordered to pay $36.83 in restitution to the victim.

* Sabrina Seevers, 38, 802 Olive St., Parkersburg, waived her preliminary hearing on a charge of possession of Fentanyl and her case has been bound over to Wood County Circuit Court for grand jury consideration.

* Amber Deem, 26, 1001 1/2 10th St., Vienna, was arraigned on two counts of shoplifting and two counts of trespassing. She was released on a $2,000 personal recognizance bond.

* Mary Riblet, 53, 1502 Pearcy Ave., Parkersburg, was arraigned on a charge of maintaining a dwelling for the use of a controlled substance. She was released on a $1,200 surety bond.

* Eugene Wells, 47, 807 Boulevard St., Akron, was dismissed on a charge of seatbelt violation because the defendant is in federal custody for 120 months and the citation is holding up his transfer.

* Sianna Stallings, 22, 2608 Avery St. apartment 28, Parkersburg, was dismissed on a charge of driving while suspended or revoked because the citation is over a year old and no warrant was issued.

* Mary Brooks, 38, 9150 Bender Road, Marietta, pleaded guilty to a charge of shoplifting; she was assessed $195.25 in court costs and fines and ordered to pay a civil penalty of $50 to the victim. In a separate case Brooks pleaded guilty to two other charges of shoplifting. She was assessed $195.25 and ordered to pay a civil penalty of $653.18 to the victim.

* James Radabaugh, 33, 791 Sherwood Forest Drive, Belleville, was arraigned on a charge of battery and was released on a $1,000 personal recognizance bond.

* Susan Schrader, 26, P.O. Box 154, Spanishburg, West Virginia, was arraigned on a charge of disorderly conduct and public intoxication and was released on a $2,000 personal recognizance bond.

* Brittni Messick, 26, 460 Muskingum Drive, Parkersburg, was arraigned on charges of possession with the intent to deliver a controlled substance, heroin, and she was being held at the North Central Regional Jail on a $100,000 surety bond.

* Michael Foreman, 38, 832 Seventh St., Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to the charge of obtaining money, property and services by false pretenses. He was sentenced to three days in jail and assessed $170.25 in court costs and fines.
