Wood County Circuit Court

PARKERSBURG –Although most proceedings have been suspended until April 10 due to the coronavirus pandemic, arraignments have continued in Wood County Circuit Court:

On Tuesday, before Judge Jason Wharton:

* Charuss Edward Drummond, 32, in custody at the North Central Regional Jail in Doddridge County, was arraigned via video and pleaded not guilty to charges of breaking and entering, entering without breaking and destruction of property. Trial was scheduled for April 28.

* Christopher Lance Holloway, 35, North Central Regional Jail, was arraigned by video and pleaded not guilty to charges of burglary, entry of a building other than a dwelling, grand larceny and receiving stolen property and two counts of fraudulent use of an access device. Trial was scheduled for April 28.

* Herbet Leon Mahar III, 34, North Central Regional Jail, was arraigned by video and pleaded not guilty to wanton endangerment involving a firearm and possession of a firearm by a prohibited person. Trial was set for May 5.

* Corey Levi Morrison, 22, North Central Regional Jail, was arraigned by video and pleaded not guilty to first-degree robbery, burglary and grand larceny. Trial was set for May 5.

* Bradley Douglas Worstell, 24, North Central Regional Jail, was arraigned by video and pleaded not guilty to two counts of possession of a controlled substance with intent to deliver and one count of possession of a controlled substance. His trial was scheduled for May 5.

Before Judge Robert Waters:

* Michelle Frame, 24, in custody at the regional jail, waived extradition to Washington County on a charge of auto larceny.
