PARKERSBURG — The Wood County Magistrate Court released the following reports Feb. 24:

* Austin Ray Lamparter, 24, 2359 Bull Fork Road, Tanner, was arraigned on charges of a prohibited person with a firearm, two counts of assault and three counts of battery and bond was set at $20,000 surety.

* Tajuan Lamar Stanley, 22, 2528 Timbertrail Drive North, Columbus was arraigned on charges of possession with intent to deliver, fentanyl and meth, and bond was being set at $200,000 surety.

* Kenneth Lee Barnhard, 39, 10274 State Route 550, Vincent, was arraigned on charges of a broken windshield and driving on a suspended license and was released on a $600 personal recognizance bond.

* Tiffany Allen Wherry, 27, 1111 Pike Street, Parkersburg, was arraigned on an obstruction charge and bond was set at $2,000 surety.

* Destiny S. Lott-Berry, 28, Mineral Wells, was arraigned on a domestic battery charge and was released on a $2,000 bond.

* Brandon Lamar Leak, 34, 4300 Brumbaugh Blvd., Dayton, was arraigned on two counts of possession with intent to deliver, heroin, marijuana and one count of delivery of heroin and bond was set at $200,000 surety.

* Russell Norman Hinzman, 35, 1309 Camden Ave., Parkersburg, was arraigned on a charge of possession of a stolen/unlawfully taken vehicle and bond was set at $25,000 surety.

* Mark Andrews Ramsey, 35, Parkersburg, was arraigned on a domestic battery charge and was released on a $4,000 personal recognizance bond.

* Aleeha Jeanice Miller, 22, 1123 Lynn Street, Parkersburg, was arraigned on two counts of possession of a controlled substance and was released on a $3,000 personal recognizance bond.

* Jayden Michael Hamilton Irick, 18, 413 Camden Ave., Parkersburg, was arraigned on charges of reckless driving, no insurance and drag racing and was released on a $3,000 bond.

* Christopher Wayne Allman, 36, 190 Barnstable Drive, Parkersburg, was arraigned on a charge of delivery of a controlled substance, heroin, and bond was set at $50,000 surety.

* Zachary Joe Cheuvront, 27, 3281 Barth Road, Belpre, was arraigned on charges of a DUI, leaving the scene of an accident and driving the wrong way on a one way street and was released on a $5,000 surety bond.

* Katlin Jean McMullen, 22, 4114 Camden Ave., Parkersburg, was arraigned on an obstructing charge and bond was set at $500 surety.

* Laramie Travis Barker, 42, 1015 D Apt. 4, 18th Street, Vienna, was arraigned on a child neglect creating risk of injury charge and bond was set at $1,000 personal recognizance.

* Adam Joseph Trus, 42, 1406 Liberty Street, Parkersburg, was arraigned on a third offense driving on a suspended/revoked license and bond was set at $2,000 personal recognizance.

* Michael Trevor Johns, 32, 1725 Latrobe Street, Parkersburg, was arraigned on a first degree robbery charge and no bond was set due to the capital nature of the charge.

* Stephanie F. Coward, 30, 1236 22nd Street, Parkersburg, was arraigned on a charge of delivery of a controlled substance, meth, and bond was set at $50,000.

* Garry Joseph Peck, 44, 3107 Debbie Road, Leon, was arraigned on a charge of fraudulent checks and uttering and was released on a $30,000 bond.

* Kyle Ywain Life, 31, Parkersburg, was arraigned on a domestic battery charge and was released on a $3,000 surety bond.

* Samantha Joanna Leep, 35, Parkersburg, was arraigned on a domestic battery charge and was released on a $500 surety bond.

* Andrea Sue Gregory, 31, 403 13th Street Apt. A, Parkersburg, was arraigned on two counts of truancy and was released on a $2,000 personal recognizance bond.

* Keith Edward Sines, 30, Parkersburg, was arraigned on a domestic battery charge and bond was set at $500.

* Holly Marie Goodson, 36, 500 13th St., Apt. 305, Parkersburg, was arraigned on a charge of third-offense driving under suspension and bond was set at $5,000.

* Seth Gregory Alleman, 23, 32467 Long Run Road, Sycamore Valley, Ohio, was arraigned on charges of DUI, no insurance and failure to maintain control and was released on $1,500 bond.

* Randall Lewis Simmons, 35, 802 Seventh St., Apt. A, Parkersburg, was arraigned on charges of driving under suspension, second-offense shoplifting and trespassing and was released on $1,000 bond.

* Scott Coleman Rogers, 27, 36 Boaz Drive, Apt. 3, Williamstown, waived a preliminary hearing on a charge of possession of a controlled substance with intent to deliver and the case was bound over to Wood County Circuit Court.

* Matthew Wayne Sams, 60, Parkersburg, was arraigned on three counts of violation of a protective order and was released on $1,500 bond.

* Justin Lee Nutter, Washington, W.Va., was arraigned on two counts of violation of a protective order and bond was set at $1,000.

* Lindsey Mae Tornes, 29, 20925 State Route 676, Marietta, pleaded guilty to obstructing, was sentenced to time served and was assessed $170.25 in court costs.

* Herbert A. Gill, 54, 4310 Dalzell Road, Whipple, pleaded guilty to DUI, was sentenced to time served and was assessed $345.25 in fines and court costs.

* Lacey Anne Faith Siers, 23, 1924 Cisco Road, Cairo, had a shoplifting charge dismissed due to the alleged victim failing to appear.

* Marcus Alan Henderson, 40, 813 Dickel Ave., Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to possession of a controlled substance, was sentenced to 90 days jail with credit for time served and one year of probation and was assessed $170.25 in court costs.

* Brandy Lee Parsons, 41, 391 Sharon St., Mineral Wells, pleaded guilty to driving under suspension and was assessed $270.25 in fines and court costs.

* Scott Coleman Rogers, 27, 36 Bower Drive, Williamstown, pleaded guilty to possession of a controlled substance less than 15 grams and was assessed $180.25 in fines and court costs.

* Kari Lynn Caplinger, 25, 1717 Beaver St., Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to second-offense shoplifting less than $500, was sentenced to time served and was assessed $170.25 in court costs and $178 in civil penalties. She pleaded guilty to second-offense shoplifting, was sentenced to 90 days jail suspended for one year of probation and was assessed $170.25 in court costs and $50 in civil penalties.

* Timber Marie Sams, 26, Shadyside, Ohio, had a domestic battery charge dismissed due to the alleged victim failing to appear.
