PARKERSBURG — Wood County Magistrate Court heard the following cases on May 22:

* Kevin Wilson, 28, 511 Olive St., Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to driving while suspended and fleeing from a police officer. As part of a plea agreement, a charge of breaking and entering, petit larceny, improper registration and certificate of insurance were dismissed. He was assessed $470.50 in court costs and fines.

* Amber Cooper, 28, 93 Fourth St., Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to driving while suspended or revoked and shoplifting. As part of a plea agreement charges of no insurance, no registration and no seatbelt were dismissed. She was assessed $440.50 in court costs and fines and was ordered to pay a $403.98 civil penalty to the shoplifting victim.

* Brandon Batton, 26, 1092 Core Road, Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to driving while impaired. He was assessed $335.25 in court costs and fines.

* Gino Jerrome, 42, 25 Haddle Ave., Wheeling, pleaded guilty to disorderly conduct and as part of a plea agreement a charge of public intoxication was dismissed. He was assessed $170.25 in court costs and fines.

* Sussan Taggart, 38, 16 Plum Run Road, Williamstown, pleaded guilty to shoplifting and as part of a plea agreement a charge of possession of a controlled substance, methamphetamine, was dismissed. She was assessed $180.25 in court costs and fines and was ordered to pay a $50 civil penalty to the victim.

* Erica Cobb, 21, Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to the charges of domestic battery and driving while revoked for DUI. As part of a plea agreement, a charge of speeding 67 in a 55 mile-per-hour zone was dismissed. She was sentenced to one year of probation, 30 days of home confinement and assessed $420.25 in court costs and fines.

* Jennie Iona Tranter, 40, number 12 Ninth Ave., Vienna, pleaded guilty to shoplifting, a second offense and was sentenced to one year of unsupervised probation, ordered to pay a civil penalty of $190.94 and assessed $260.25 in court costs and fines.

* Alyssa Dulaney, 39, 142 Meyers Fork Road, Petroleum, was dismissed on a charge of driving while suspended or revoked because the defendant reinstated her license immediately after the citation was issued and the state does not wish to pursue.

* Jeremiah Hardbarger, 39, 223 North Hills Drive, Parkersburg, was arraigned on a charge of driving while revoked for DUI and was released on a $1,000 personal recognizance bond.

* Michael Chilcote, 46, 3302 East Fairfax, Cleveland Heights, pleaded guilty to obedience to traffic control devices and was assessed $170.25 in court costs and fines.

* Kyle Shoemaker, 19, Parkersburg, was arraigned on a charge of domestic battery and released on a $1,000 personal recognizance bond.

* Jessica Thomas, 37, 1306 15th St., Parkersburg, was arraigned on a charge of possession with intent to deliver, methamphetamine, and was released on a $20,000 surety bond.

* Herman Sims Jr., 43, 1314 Spring St., Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to petit larceny and was sentenced to one year at the North Central Regional Jail, assessed $160.25 in court costs and fines and was charged $1,600 in restitution.

* Brittany Murray, 25, 301 Mineral Manor Way, Mineral Wells, pleaded guilty to no proof of insurance and operating without certificate. She was assessed $525.50 in court costs and fines.

PARKERSBURG — Wood County Magistrate Court heard the following cases on May 23:

* Brianna Odell, 23, 1091 Wilhelm Run Road, Pennsboro, was arraigned on the charge of accessory before and after the fact to a burglary and is being held at the North Central Regional Jail on a $50,000 cash bond.

* Eric Bever, 31, 1091 Wilhelm Run Road, Pennsboro, was arraigned on a charge of burglary and is being held at the North Central Regional Jail on a $75,000 cash bond.

* Antwoin Harris, 34, Parkersburg, was arraigned on a charge of domestic battery and was being held at the North Central Regional Jail on a $1,000 surety bond.

* Daniel Wolfe, 20, 5405 10th Ave., Vienna, was arraigned on a charge of driving while impaired and released on a $3,500 personal recognizance bond.

* David Hill, 39, 270 Caywood Road, Marietta, was dismissed on a charge of petty larceny due to the passage of time.

* Travis Edwards, 32, Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to a charge of shoplifting and possession of a controlled substance without a prescription. As part of a plea agreement he was dismissed on another shoplifting charge and a charge of domestic battery. He was sentenced to one year of unsupervised probation, ordered to pay a civil penalty to the victim of $80.72 and was assessed $345.50 in court costs and fines.

* Barbara Ketterman, 39, 1812 Spring St., Parkersburg, was arraigned on the charges of possession with intent to deliver, methamphetamine, and fraudulent use of an access device. She is being held at the North Central Regional Jail on a $150,000 surety bond.

* Cassandra Stacy, 45, 2332 Avery St., Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to the charges of DUI, a second offense and obstruction. As part of a plea agreement she was dismissed on the charges of disorderly conduct, failure to render information, driving while revoked for DUI and accidents involving damage. She was sentenced to six months of home confinement and assessed $1,625.50 in court costs and fines.

* Zachary Powell, 34, 2412 Covert St., Parkersburg, was arraigned on a charge of violation of a protective order and released on a $2,000 personal recognizance bond.

* Sandra Parlin, 37, 844 Maple St., Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to driving while revoked for DUI, sentenced to 60 days on home confinement and assessed $260.25 in court costs and fines.

* Nicole Smarr, 35, 467 Vaughn Road, Grantsville, pleaded guilty to a charge of petit larceny. She was assessed $160.25 and ordered to enroll in the Westbrook IOP program within 45 days.

* Neil Sprout, 42, 19 3 Walker Road, Walker, pleaded guilty to the charges of possession of a controlled substance without a prescription and obstruction. As part of a plea agreement he was dismissed on two charges of obstruction and one count of possession of a controlled substance. He was sentenced to one year of unsupervised probation and assessed $420.50 in court costs and fines.

* Stephanie Hepler, 27, 147 Saddle Lane, Waverly, pleaded guilty to a charge of no insurance and was assessed $360.25 in court costs and fines.

* Travon Marteina, 27, 1128 South Ohio Ave., Columbus, pleaded guilty to driving while suspended and passing in a no-passing zone; as part of a plea agreement Marteina was dismissed on a charge of driving while suspended or revoked and no insurance. He was assessed $425.50 in court costs and fines.

* Jennifer Longwell, P.O. Box 64, Williamstown, pleaded guilty to driving while revoked and as part of a plea agreement was dismissed on the charges of possession of a controlled substance without a prescription and failing to stop at a stop sign. She was assessed $260.25 in court costs and fines.
