Wood Magistrate

PARKERSBURG — Wood County Magistrate Court heard the following cases on April 24:

* Casper Yeargin, 38, 36800 State Route 260, Graysville, Ohio, was dismissed on a charge of concealment or removal of a minor child from custodian because further investigation is needed.

* Keith Edward Sines, 30, 1602 16th St., Parkersburg, was dismissed on a charge of manufacturing, delivery or possession with intent to manufacture or deliver a controlled substance and two charges of child neglect creating the risk of death or serious bodily injury because the state no longer wishes to pursue.

* Teresa Wise, 57, 26127 State Route 7, Marietta, was arraigned on a charge of petty larceny and released on a $1,500 personal recognizance bond.

* Julie Tomblin, 23, 69 Bowery Road, Fayetteville, was arraigned on two counts of driving while suspended and released on a $1,000 personal recognizance bond.

* James Hasley, 39, 516 Smith St., Marietta, was arraigned on a charge of possession of a controlled substance, methamphetamine, and released on a $1,500 personal recognizance bond.

* Larry Haisley, 40, 1333 Lynn St., Parkersburg, was arraigned on two counts of shoplifting and possession with intent to deliver, heroin. He is being held at the North Central Regional Jail on a $50,000 surety bond.

* Craig Hardy, 31, 1303 St. Marys Ave., Parkersburg, was dismissed on a charge of strangulation because the witness recanted their story.

* Jeremiah Jacob Lyons, 36, homeless, was arraigned on charges of destruction of property, possession of a controlled substance without a prescription, methamphetamine, possession of a controlled substance without a prescription, heroin, and public intoxication. He was released on a $3,500 surety bond.

* Clifton Bennett, 51, homeless, was arraigned on a charge of failure to register and is being held at the North Central Regional Jail on a $5,000 surety bond.

* Daniel Haugh, 36, 1806 14th Ave., Apartment 5, Vienna, was arraigned on a charge of failure to register and released on a $5,000 personal recognizance bond.
