Wood Magistrate

PARKERSBURG — On March 8 the following reports were released by the Wood County Magistrate Court:

* Tyler William Jackson, 20, 321 Sharon St., Unit 4, Mineral Wells, pleaded guilty to a charge of domestic battery, was sentenced to 90 days in hone confinement and was assessed $170.25 in fines and court fees.

* Chase V. Hall, 18, 2614 17th Ave., Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to a speeding citation, 68 mph in a 45 mph zone, and was assessed $180.25 in fines and court fees.

* Dustin Chyenne Lamp, 38, 790 Summit Road, Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to a charge of intimidating a witness and three counts of violation of a protective order, was sentenced to concurrent terms of 24 hours in jail for the violation of a protective order charge and 48 hours in jail to run concurrent to the violation of a protective order charge and was assessed $891 in fines and court fees.

* Samuel Joseph Fourqurean, 20, homeless, pleaded guilty to a charge of possession of a controlled substance without a valid prescription, was sentenced to 90 days in jail suspended for one year unsupervised probation and was assessed $320.50 in fines and court fees.

* Joseph Byron Cain, 30, 1828 Seventh St., Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to a charge of possession of a controlled substance without a valid prescription, was sentenced to 90 days in jail suspended for one year unsupervised probation and provide proof of acceptance from the Amity treatment program and was assessed $160.25 court fees.

* Michael Anthony Laurnoff, 52, 418 Avery St., Apt. 205, Parkersburg, was arraigned on a charge of public intoxication and disorderly conduct and was released on a $1,000 personal recognizance bond.

* Ronald Martin Cleland, 44, 61 N. Meadowlark Lane, Williamstown, was arraigned on charges of second-offense DUI and no insurance and was released on a $1,500 surety bond.

* Dustin Dewain Wade, 29, 614 Newark Acres, Elizabeth, pleaded guilty to a citation for failure to maintain control and no insurance and was assessed $525.50 in fines and court fees.

* Christian T. Cline, 20, 7141 Elizabeth Pike, Elizabeth, pleaded guilty to a citation for speeding and no motor vehicle inspection and was assessed $330.50 in fines and court fees.

* Jess Mitchell Greenup, 22, 5657 Warren Chapel Road, Marietta, pleaded guilty to a no seat belt citation and was assessed a $25 fine.

* Jermale Michael Lewis, 29, 1033 24th St., Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to a battery charge and was assessed $260.25 in fines and court fees.

* Heather D. Cunningham, 35, 152 Virginia St., Harrisville, pleaded no contest to a charge of improper registration and was assessed $180.25 in fines and court fees.

* Joseph William Dennis, 39, 536 1/2 Sixth St., Parkersburg, was arraigned on a charge of second-offense shoplifting and was released in a $500 personal recognizance bond.

* Eric Lee Marshall, 39, 308 59th St., Vienna, was arraigned on a charge of sexual abuse by a parent or custodian and is in custody in lieu of a $200,000 bond.

* Zaineb Taha, 21, 276 Barkley Place, E., Whitehall, Ohio, pleaded guilty to a charge of accessory after the fact to obtaining a controlled substance, was sentenced to one year in jail suspended for two years unsupervised probation and was assessed $160.25 in court fees.

PARKERSBURG — On March 9 the Wood County Magistrate Court released the following reports:

* Channing Gene Small, 29, 163 Blenn Lake Road, Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to a charge of assault on a government employee or medical personnel, was sentenced to 60 days in jail suspended for one year unsupervised probation and was assessed $185.25 in fines and court fees.

* Cody Leo Ladeaux, 21, 80 Forest Drive, Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to a driving on a suspended or revoked license for DUI charge, was sentenced to 60 days in jail and was assessed $260.25 in fines and court fees.

* Seth Patrick Barnes, 24, 840 Pike St, Apt. 37, Marietta, pleaded guilty to a charge of possession of a controlled substance without a valid prescription, was sentenced to 90 days in jail suspended for one year unsupervised probation and was assessed $160.25 in fines and court fees.

* Courtney Lynn Defrietas, 38, 647 Wood St., Apt. 6, Parkersburg, pleaded no contest to a charge of first-offense child abuse by a parent or guardian creating risk of bodily injury, was sentenced to 90 days in jail suspended for one year unsupervised probation and was assessed $160.25 in court fees.

* Jermale Michael Lewis, 29, 1043 24th St., Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to a charge of fleeing from an officer, was sentenced to 24 hours served in jail and was assessed $160.25 in court fees.

* Joshua Alan Wendelken, 30, 1108 Edwin St., Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to a destruction of property charge and was assessed $210.25 in fines and court fees.

* Levi Daniel Atkinson, 33, 211 Silver Run Road, Cairo, W.Va., pleaded guilty to a no insurance charge and was assessed $360.25 in fines and court fees.

* Mark Edward Tate II, 25, 752 Turtle St., Belpre, pleaded guilty to DUI with a blood alcohol concentration of .15 or less, was sentenced to three days in jail served and was assessed $335.25 in fines and court fees.

* Walter Jason Donahue, 39, 720 29th St., Apt. 18, Parkersburg, was arraigned on a brandishing charge and was released on a $1,500 personal recognizance bond.

* Dwayne Scott Singer, 25, 2050 Roberts Road, Amesville, Ohio, was arraigned on two counts of shoplifting and was released on a $1,000 personal recognizance bond.

* Charity Ann Wineman, 38, 1417 1/2 Covert St., Parkersburg, was arraigned on charges of possession of a controlled substance, heroin, with intent to deliver, shoplifting and fleeing on foot and was released on an $8,000 bond.

* Anthony Ryan Hopkins, 29, 2623 Hugh St., Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to a citation for expired motor vehicle inspection and expired registration and was assessed $335,50 in fines and court fees.

* Chad Wayne Brady, 33, 1913 Foley Ave., Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to driving while using an electronic communications device citation and was assessed a $100 fine.

* Robert Dale Goodnight Jr., 39, 1115 15th St., Parkersburg, was arraigned on a destruction of property charge and was released on a $1,500 surety bond.

* John Fitzgerald Hampton, 53, 1417 1/2 Covert St., Parkersburg, was arraigned on charges of possession of a controlled substance, heroin, with intent to deliver and delivery of heroin and is in custody in lieu of a $150,000 surety bond.

* Shannon Marie Reynolds, 31, 1114 George St., Parkersburg, was arraigned on a charge of possession of a controlled substance and was released on a $1,500 surety bond.
