* Cassandra Ann Yoak, 28, 3707 Grand Central Ave., Vienna, was released on $2,000 bond for domestic battery.

* Brandy Cullum, 21, P.O. Box 1046, Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to failure to yield to an emergency vehicle, making a prohibited turn and fined $345.50.

She also waived a preliminary hearing on a Wood County charge of fraudulent use of a credit card and was bound over to circuit court.

* Michael Bradley Davis, 29, 136 Lucille Lane, Washington, W.Va., was arraigned on a charge of third-offense driving on a suspended or revoked license for miscellaneous reasons and was released on a $1,000 personal recognizance bond.

PARKERSBURG – The following reports were released April 2 by Wood County Magistrate Court.

* Laura Victoria West, 24, 800 Third St., Apt. C, Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to a speeding citation, 79 mph in a 70 mph zone, and was assessed $165.25 in fines and court fees.

* Garry E. Styer, 59, 1805 Mt. Tom Road, Marietta, pleaded guilty to a boat violation and was assessed $180.25 in fines and court fees.

* Robert James Florence, 30, 2694 Pettyville Road, Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to two citations for driving on a suspended or revoked license for miscellaneous reasons and one count of expired motor vehicle inspection, and was assessed $685.75 in fines and court fees.

* Nicholas Andrew Estep, 29, 81 Country Club Drive, Sistersville, pleaded guilty to a speeding citation, 69 mph in a 55 mph zone, and was assessed $170.25 in fines and court fees.

* Charles D. Trautner, 69, 609 Corner Road, Waterford, Ohio, pleaded no contest to a citation for using an electronic communications device and was assessed a $100 fine.

* Lee Daniel Atkinson, 23, 1208 Jesterville Road, Vienna, pleaded guilty to a speeding citation, 54 mph in a 45 mph zone, and was assessed $165.25 in fines and court fees.

* Travis Sean Settle, 20, 1007 25th St., Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to a citation for second-offense driving on a suspended or revoked license and expired motor vehicle inspection and was assessed $475.50 in fines and court fees.

* Russell Wade Dickerson, 47, 617 17th St., Parkersburg, was arraigned on an animal cruelty charge and was released on a $5,000 bond.
