PARKERSBURG – The following reports were released March 27 by Wood County Magistrate Court.

* Joshua Wayne Hopkins, 31, 1410 40th St., Parkersburg, was arraigned on citations for one count of improper stop and three counts of possession of less than 15 grams of a controlled substance and was released on a $3,500 bond.

* Natasha Marie Salyer, 24, 3569 Veto Road, Vincent, Ohio, was arraigned on charges of shoplifting and counterfeiting and was released on a $50,000 surety bond.

* Freida Deanna White, 49, 321 Dempsie Ave., Parkersburg, was arraigned on a fraudulent scheme charge and was released on a $10,000 bond.

* Kala Danielle Cline, 25, 2511 22nd Ave., Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to citations for no operator’s license, failure to maintain control and no proof of insurance and was assessed $705.75 in fines and court fees.

* Douglas Arthur Sinnett, 73, 398 Cedar Grove Road, Parkersburg, waived a preliminary hearing on a carrying a dangerous weapon charge and was bound over to circuit court.

* Walter L. Goff, 26, 212 N. Linden Ave., Pittsburgh, Pa., pleaded guilty to a no seat belt citation and was assessed a $25 fine.

* Michael Allen Bell, 21, 1203 Seventh St., Parkersburg, was arraigned on a burglary charge and is in custody in lieu of a $15,000 bond.

* Jacqueline Marie Philpott, 26, 321 Dempsie Ave., Parkersburg, was arraigned on a false pretenses charge and is in custody in lieu of a $5,000 bond.

* Loyd Asa Winans Jr., 39, Rural Route 2, Box 354-B, Silver Run Road, Cairo, W.Va., was arraigned on a violation of a protective order charge and was released on a $1,000 personal recognizance bond with 10 percent cash.

* Pamela S. Dick, 62, 82 Branam Drive, Apt. 86, Parkersburg, pleaded no contest to a no seat belt citation and was assessed a $25 fine.

* Samuel L. Allen, 23, 5 Eighth Ave., Lot 7, Parkersburg, pleaded no contest to citations for expired motor vehicle inspection and improper registration and was assessed $345.50 in fines and court fees.

* Elisha Ceylon Fox, also known as Elisha C. Cross, 37, 154 Dee St., Waverly, was arraigned on two charges of shoplifting and one count of third-offense shoplifting and is in custody in lieu of a $5,500 personal recognizance bond with 10 percent cash.

* Joe Albert Valdez, 31, 18A Anns Drive, Vienna, was arraigned on a charge of driving on a suspended or revoked license for DUI and was released on a $1,500 personal recognizance bond.

* James Ernest Duerr, 33, 11 Pickering St., Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to a shoplifting charge and was assessed $305.19 in fines and court fees.

* Jeremy D. Sloan, 34, 37 Mineral Park Estates, Mineral Wells, was arraigned on a domestic battery charge and was released on a $1,000 cash bond.

* John Michael Decker, 39, 618 Williams St., Parkersburg, was arraigned on a charge of second-offense carrying a concealed weapon and is in custody in lieu of a $30,000 cash bond. He was also arraigned on a shoplifting charge and was released on a $500 personal recognizance bond.

* Ira Heyward Jr., 54, 1301 Market St., Apt 5, Parkersburg, was arraigned on a charge of transferring stolen property and is in custody without bond.

* James Frederick Fenton, 30, 816 Columbia Ave., Williamstown, was arraigned on charges of disorderly conduct and obstructing an officer and was released on a $600 bond.

* Joseph Lyle Bock, 45, 816 Williams St., Parkersburg, was arraigned on a charge of second-offense DUI and was released on a $2,000 personal recognizance bond.

* Tory James Auth, 27, 90 Royalty St., Williamstown, pleaded guilty to a charge of failure to stop or yield and was assessed $170.25 in fines and court fees.

* David Michael Kestner, 32, 199 Paul St., Washington, W.Va., pleaded guilty to a failure to maintain control charge and was assessed $165.25 in fines and court fees.

* Ashli Nicole Corra, 27, 915 20th St., Vienna, was found guilty in a bench trial of battery, was sentenced to 10 days in jail suspended for one year probation and was assessed $160.25 in court fees.

* Cagney Danielle Mill, 24, 2113 12th Ave., Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to an expired motor vehicle inspection citation and was assessed $165.25 in fines and court fees.

* Benjamin P. Ferguson, 18, HCR 65, Box 208, Iaeger, W.Va., pleaded guilty to a no seat belt citation and was assessed a $25 fine.
