Wood Magistrate

PARKERSBURG — The Wood County Magistrate Court released the following reports Sept. 9:

* Ronald Wirt Cook II, 35, 261 Marie Lane, Washington, pleaded no contest to no inspection and driving with a suspended license and was assessed $445.50 in court costs and fines.

* George Grant Smith, 57, 1599 Elizabeth St., Belpre, pleaded no contest to a traffic control signal charge.

* Austin S. Poland, 27, 908 Neal St., Apt. 5, Parkersburg, was arraigned on a shoplifting charge and was released on a $500 personal recognizance bond.

* Jessica Loudy, 34, 1918 Atkinson Ridge, Walker, was arraigned on charges of no insurance and an expired registration and was released on a $500 personal recognizance bond.

* Randal Edwin Martin, 61, 156 Wood St., Davisville, was arraigned on a shoplifting charge and was released on a $500 personal recognizance bond.

* James Edward Wallbrown, 32, 413 8th St., Parkersburg, was arraigned on charges of obstruction and possession of a controlled substance and was released on a $1,000 personal recognizance bond.

* Alice Ophelia Bauerbach, 55, 1776 Briggs Hill Road, Belpre, was arraigned on charges of no insurance and leaving the scene of an accident and was released on a $1,000 personal recognizance bond.

* Adam Wayne Geary, 39, 1954 Foley Drive, Parkersburg, was arraigned on a charge of possession of a controlled substance and is a fugitive from justice out of Independence County, AK. His bond was set at $1,000 surety.

* Tyler Michael Ludwig, 33, P.O. Box 4568, Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to trespassing and was sentenced to jail for 60 days. He was assessed $170.25 in court costs and fines.

* James Travis Layne, 37, 831 Belrock Ave., Parkersburg, had a preliminary hearing waived for five counts of counterfeiting, five counts of forgery and grand larceny.

* Probable cause was found on Bobbie Jo Ross, 50, 2701 New York Ave., Parkersburg, for an embezzlement charge.

* A charge of receiving or transferring stolen property was dismissed for Tonya Lee Ann Arnott, 41, 1508 Boulevard Drive, Belpre.

* Kevin Charles Nolan, 53, #205 Armstrong Ave., Williamstown, pleaded guilty to providing a place or structure for the use of controlled substance by others and a prohibited person with firearm and for each charge, he was sentenced to one year of probation, suspended for inpatient treatment. A charge of possession of a controlled substance with the intent to deliver was dismissed and he was assessed $340.50 in court costs and fines.

* Robert Lee Morris, 41, 45 North Meadowlark Drive, Williamstown, head a preliminary hearing waived for charges of possession of a controlled substance with the intent to deliver and a prohibited person with a firearm and was bound over to Circuit Court.

* Joseph Anthony Sams Sr., 28, 1329 Spring St., Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to driving with a suspended license, destruction of property and obstruction. For the driving suspended and obstruction charges, he was sentenced to jail for 29 days, served, per charge. Charges of no insurance and one count of driving with a suspended license were dismissed and he was assessed $390.50 in court costs and fines.

* Brandon David Holbert, 24, 1209 West Virginia Ave., Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to driving under the influence and was sentenced to jail for eight days, served. He was assessed $345.25 in court costs and fines.

* A trespassing charge was dismissed for Darren Allen Petty, 34, 211 Pickering St., Parkersburg.

* Timothy Hayden Nichols, 51, 1401 23rd St., Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to obstruction and was sentenced to jail for 12 days, served. A trespassing charge was dismissed and he was assessed $240.25 in court costs and fines.

* Chad Christoper Goudy, 50, 3402 Elm St., Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to disorderly conduct, obstruction and trespassing. For the obstruction charge, he was sentenced to jail for 30 days, suspended for one year of probation with credit for 11 days served; for the trespassing charge, he was sentenced to jail for 60 days, suspended for one year of probation with credit for 11 days served. Charges of four counts of public intoxication and one count of disorderly conduct were dismissed. He was assessed $180.25 in court costs and fines.

* Dylan Michael Coe, 25, 70 Oak Acres Circle, Washington, was arraigned on two counts of possession of a controlled substance and was released on a $2,000 personal recognizance bond.

* Linda Grey Andrew, 43, 801 Pike St., Parkersburg, was arraigned on a charge of driving with a revoked license and was released on a $2,000 personal recognizance bond.

* Ira Heyward Jr., 61, 321 Berkeley St. Apt. D, Charleston, was arraigned on two counts of possession of a controlled substance and bond was set at $1,500 surety.

* Katrina Elizabeth Miragliotta, 48, 811 Charles St., Parkersburg, was arraigned on an obstruction charge and was released on a $2,000 personal recognizance bond.

* Destiny Navaeh McAfee, 19, 1252 Gihon Road, Parkersburg, was arraigned on a shoplifting charge and was released on a $250 personal recognizance bond.
