Wood County Magistrate Court

PARKERSBURG — The Wood County Magistrate Court released the following reports Sept. 3:

• Robert A. Yoder, 49, 2868 Sealy Ridge, Vincent, pleaded no contest to cell phone use and failure to yield; he pled and paid court costs and fines over the phone.

• Morgan Bailey Scarbro, 23, 7111 State Route 555, Cutler, pleaded no contest to a no insurance and was assessed $370.25 in court costs and fines. A no registration charge was dismissed.

• Hannah Marie Parsons, 23, 1605 Pleasant Home Ridge Road, Belleville, pleaded guilty to driving with a suspended license, obstruction, shoplifting and possession of a controlled substance; for the possession charge, she was sentenced to jail for 90 days, suspended for one year of probation and was ordered to seek inpatient treatment. For the obstruction charge, she was sentenced to jail for 275 days, suspended for one year of probation and inpatient treatment. She was ordered to pay a $69.98 civil penalty to Piggly Wiggly and a trespassing charge was dismissed. She was assessed $781 in court costs and fines.

• Alicia Brooke Dooley, 32, 8405 Little Kanawha Parkway, Creston, pleaded guilty to the possession of heroin and was sentenced to jail for 120 days, suspended for one year of probation and was assessed $170.25 in court costs and fines.

• Amy Lou Estep, 29, c/o 2503 Beverly St. Apt. 15G, Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to obstructing an officer and was assessed $220.25 in court costs and fines. A public intoxication charge was dismissed.

• Crystal Lynn Williams, 33, 713 Greene St., Apt. A, Marietta, pleaded guilty to shoplifting and obstruction and was ordered to pay a $50 civil penalty to GoMart. She was assessed $415.50 in court costs and fines.

• Rodney Keith May II, 35, 1029 Barth Road, Belpre, had a preliminary hearing waived for a charge of possession of a controlled substance with the intent to deliver and was bound over to Circuit Court.

• Derryl Anderson, 57, 81 Hugh St., Parkersburg, had a preliminary hearing waived for charges of grand larceny and five counts of forgery and was bound over to Circuit Court.

• Christopher Allen Reynolds, 34, Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to domestic battery and was sentenced to jail for 10 days, served. He was assessed $170.25 in court costs and fines.

• Joshua Allen Chipps, 31, 614 1/2 7th Ave., Huntington, pleaded guilty to fleeing from an officer and was sentenced to jail for 90 days, suspended for one year of probation and was assessed $170.25 in court costs and fines.

• Matthew Ryan Hunt, 33, P.O. Box 4041, Parkersburg, had a preliminary hearing waived for a charge of delivery of fentanyl.

• Probable cause was found for Curtis H. Root III, 56, 432 Henderston Ave., Williamstown, for a charge of possession of a controlled substance with the intent to deliver.

• Kathryn Dallas Hornbeck, 20, 26 Kathys Lane, Parkerseburg, was arraigned on charges of shoplifting, driving without a license, driving left of center and fraudulent inspection and was released on a $500 personal recognziance bond.

• Charles F. Hardin, 52, Vienna, was arraigned on charges of possession of a controlled substance and domestic battery and was released on a $3,000 surety bond.

• Katelin Ann Radcliff, 38, 40 Wildwood Drive Apt. 104, Parkersburg, was arraigned on a shoplifting charge and was released on a $250 personal recognizance bond.

• Joshua J. McCune, 37, 1131 Lynn St., Parkersburg, was arraigned on an obstruction charge and was released on a $1,000 personal recognizance bond.

• John Lee Cramlet, 49, 3106 Williamstown Pike, Williamstown, was arraigned on a charge of driving with a suspended license and was released on a $500 personal recognizance bond.

• Christopher Mark Jouver, 42, 1417 Covert St., Parkersburg, was arraigned on a charge of possession of fentanyl with the intent to deliver and bond was set at $10,000 cash.

• Kaelah Joy Sterling, 25, 1311 Renaissance Circle, Charleston, was arraigned on four counts of shoplifting and bond was set at $500 cash.

• Crystal L. Higgs, 38, 1410 32nd St., Parkersburg, was arraigned on a charge of possession of fentanyl with the intent to deliver and bond was set at $25,000 surety.

• Joshua Amos Gibson, 38, Parkersburg, was arraigned on a charge of third offense domestic battery charge and was released on a $5,000 surety bond.

• Charles Davis Fillinger Jr., 50, 1108 Juliana St. Apt. 81, Parkersburg, was arraigned on a charge of falsely reporting an emergency and was released on a $1,000 personal recognizance bond.

• Raymond Wingrove, 69, 557 6th St., Parkersburg, was arraigned on three counts of battery of a government representative or healthcare worker and bond was set at $1,500 surety.

• Shean Anthony Richards, 37, 2904 North Avery St., Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to driving with a suspended license and no registration and was assessed $450.50 in court costs and fines.

• Andrew Ryan Scott, 38, 1852 Cameron Ave., Parkersburg, pleaded no contest to a no seatbelt charge and was assessed $25 in court costs and fines.

• Kelsey E. Nuzum, 25, 708 30th St., Parkersburg, was arraigned on a shoplifting charge and was released on a $1,500 personal recognizance bond.

• Dennis Richard Moyers, 36, 1704 36th St., Parkersburg, was arraigned on a charge of violation of a protective order and was released on a $1,000 personal recognizance bond.

• Thomas Lane Smith, 41, 807 Virginia Ave., Parkersburg, was arraigned on a charge of fraudulent use of access device and was released on a $2,500 surety bond.

• James P. Tibbs, 59, 1611 Beaver St. Apt. B, Parkersburg, was arraigned on an obstruction charge and was released on a $500 personal recognizance bond.

• Adam Lee Sams, 39, 1235 Swann St., Parkersburg, was arraigned on a trespassing charge and was released on a $200 personal recognizance bond.

• Timothy James Brown, 40, 940 Sun Valley Road, Washington, was arraigned on a charge of a prohibited person with a firearm and was released on a $2,000 surety bond.

• Brandon Marshall Jenkins, 30, 800 Roth Road, Parkersburg, was arraigned on charges of possession of a controlled substance and no insurance and was released on a $1,000 personal recognizance bond.

• Trisha Nicole Chute, 26, 1111 Lynn St., Parkersburg, was arraigned on a charge of trespassing and was released on a $500 personal recognizance bond.

• Angela Irene Collins, 44, 1018 Cornwall St., Apt. 2, Parkersburg, was arraigned on charges of driving with a suspended license and no inspection and was released on a $500 personal recognizance bond.

• Anthony D. Lafferty, 47, 122 Turtle Lane, Davisville, was arraigned on a charge of an aggravated driving under the influence and was released on a $2,000 cash bond.

• Allen Richard Sampson, 33, 206 Brentwod St., Marietta, was arraigned on a charge of failing to register as a sex offender and was released on a $10,000 surety bond.

• Aaron Burton Walton, 48, 910 Juliana St., Parkersburg, was arraigned on a charge of receiving or transferring stolen property and was released on a $2,500 surety bond.

• Shawn Harold Miller, 51, 2802 Broad St., Parkersburg, was arraigned on charges of failure to stop at a stop sign and no seatbelt and was released on a $500 personal recognizance bond.

• Kathryn Dallas Hornbeck, 20, 26 Kathys Lane, Parkersburg, was arraigned on charges of possession of a controlled substance and obstructing an officer and was released on a $1,000 personal recognizance bond.

• Douglas Bryan Moore, 63, 212 Hollow Ridge Road, Mineral Wells, was arraigned on charges of driving under the influence and possession of marijuana and was released on a $2,500 personal recognizance bond.

• Joshua David Colvin, 27, 602 6th St., St. Marys, was arraigned on a grand larceny charge and was released on a $5,000 surety bond.

• Rodger Lee Smith, 43, 615 1/2 Market St. Apt. 3, Parkersburg, was arraigned on charges of driving with a revoked license, driving with a suspended license, an expired registration and no insurance and was released on a $1,500 surety bond.

• Scott James Brannan, 54, 706 7th St., Parkersburg, was arraigned on a charge of the intimidation of a witness and was released on a $20,000 surety bond.

• Kristina D. Simmons, 22, 1253 Gihon Road Apt. A, Parkersburg, was arraigned on a shoplifting charge and was released on a $500 personal recognizance bond.

• Richard Ershal Marks, 46, 2619 Neal St., Parkersburg, was arraigned on a malicious assault charge and was released on a $10,000 surety bond.

• Garry Mackey, 46, 802 7th St. Apt. 5,Parkersburg, was arraigned on charges of disorderly conduct, public intoxication and obstructing an officer and was released on a $1,000 surety bond.

• Chesney Nicol Lamm, 1400 Summit Road, Parkersburg, was arraigned on a charge of violation of a protective order and bond was set at $500 cash.

• John Hess Hesley, 45, 928 Rosewood, Elyria, was arraigned on charges of failure to obey a traffic control device, driving with a suspended license and two counts of no child safety device and was released on a $1,500 surety bond.

• Jamal Johnte Fuller, 28, 2414 Oak St., Parkersburg, was arraigned on charges of failing to obey a traffic control device and driving with a suspended license and was released on a $1,000 surety bond.

• Robert Jeffrey Gurley, 59, 2210 Broadway Extension, Parkersburg, was arraigned on charges of battery and disorderly conduct and was released on a $5,500 surety bond.

• Hope Raeshawn Hutson, 22, 306 Berry St., Parkersburg, was arraigned on a charge of shoplifting and was released on a $5,000 surety bond.

• Brittany Capri Isenhart, 22, 112 Knox Street 34, Marietta, was arraigned on an improper disposal charge and was released on a $500 personal recognizance bond.

• Paul Edward Coss Jr., 31, 2307 Pennsylvania Ave., Parkersburg, was arraigned on a no insurance charge and was released on a $500 personal recognizance bond.

• Aaron Chad Wright, 31, 5210 Smithville Road, Harrisville, was arraigned on two counts of possession of a controlled substance and was released on a $1,500 surety bond.

• Randell Thomas Arthur, 41, 55 Sandy Creek Road, Washington, was arraigned on charges of driving with a revoked license and driving impaired and was released on a $5,000 personal recognizance bond.

• David J. Ferrell, 37, 622 Kenner St., Parkersburg, was arraigned on two counts of driving with a suspended license, two counts of no insurance and an expired registration and was released on a $2,500 personal recognizance bond.

• Anthony Charles Smith, 36, 615 13th St., Vienna, was arraigned on three counts of shoplifting and bond was set at $2,500.

• Marthanna Gayle Savage, 53, 2512 39th St., Parkersburg, was arraigned on two counts of third offense shoplifting and was released on a $2,500 surety bond.

• Scott Dewayne Bush, 41, 47 Elm St., Davisville, was arraigned on two counts of shoplifting and was released on a $500 surety bond.

• Chad Erick Bosley, 47, homeless, was arraigned on a charge of destruction of property and was released on a $1,000 personal recognizance bond.

• Jessica Elizabeth Stark-Omogunloye, 59, 1017 Lynn St., Parkersburg, was arraigned on an assault/battery charge and was released on a $1,000 surety bond.

• Jeremy Wayne Aler, 31, 1302 Ramsey St., Parkersburg, was arraigned on a shoplifting charge and was released on a $200 surety bond.

• Matthew Allen Schaffer, 39, 299 South Maple Drive, Mineral Wells, was arraigned on 20 counts of animal cruelty and was released on a $20,000 surety bond.

• Dana Lee Kelley, 24, P.O. Box 2165, Parkersburg, was arraigned on a charge of destruction of property and was released on a $1,250 personal recognizance bond.

• Charles Ray Mackey, 39, 100 American Drive, Parkersburg, was arraigned on a shoplifting charge and was released on a $250 personal recognizance bond.

• David Scott Hennessee, 38, Parkersburg, was arraigned on a domestic battery charge and was released on a $1,000 surety bond.

• Ashley Danielle McPherson, 38, Oyes Circle, Marietta, was arraigned on a charge of no insurance charge and was released on a $1,000 personal recognizance bond.

• Brayden Scott Brewster, 19, 2302 Richmiller Lane, Belpre, was arraigned on a charge of assault and was released on a $500 personal recognizance bond.

• Adam Joseph Hadley, 32, 3000 29th St. Apt. 2, Parkersburg, had a preliminary hearing waived for a charge of possession of heroin with the intent to deliver and was bound over to Circuit Court.

• Meghan A. Souders, 28, 1002 26th St., Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to petit larceny and was sentenced to jail for six months, suspended for 12 months of probation and was assessed $430.33 in court costs and fines.

• Donald Ray McFee, 40, 1008 39th St., Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to violation of a protective order and was sentenced to jail for 60 days, suspended for one year of probation. He was assessed $170.25 in court costs and fines.

• Raymond Wingrove, 69, 557 6th St. Apt. 1A, Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to indecent exposure and obstructing an officer and was sentenced to jail for seven days, served. He was assessed $350.50 in court costs and fines.

• Shawn Michael Sanchez, 24, 1603 Washington Ave., Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to obstructing, five counts of shoplifting and fleeing. For the fleeing charge, he was sentenced to jail for 120 days with credit for nine days served. He was ordered to pay the following civil penalties: $298.46 to Sheetz, $134.22 to CVS and $50 to Dollar General and $545.94 to Walmart. Charges of two counts of shoplifting, trespassing and fleeing from an officer were dismissed and he was assessed $961.25 in court costs and fines.
