PARKERSBURG — The Wood County Magistrate Court released the following reports May 21:

* Alan Keith Philpott Jr., 29, Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to domestic battery and was sentenced to jail for 38 days, served. He was assessed $170.25 in court costs and fines.

* Michael Anthony Bowman, 37, 229 Franklin St., Marietta, pleaded guilty to shoplifting and was ordered to pay a $1,351.28 civil penalty to Walmart. One count of shoplifting and he was assessed $205.25 in court costs and fines.

* Stephen Howard Dailey, 50, 624 Dry Run Road, Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to driving impaired and was sentenced to jail for 12 hours, served. She was assessed $345.25 in court costs and fines.

* Amber Dawn Boyd, 32, 26950 Ridge Road, Coolville, pleaded guilty to possessing a controlled substance and child passenger safety devices required and was sentenced to jail for one year, suspended for 120 days of probation and was ordered to attend the Day Report Center. A charge of driving with a suspended license was dismissed and she was assessed $350.50 in court costs and fines.

* Zachary Eugene McDonald, 29, 2606 Liberty St., Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to possession of methamphetamine and was sentenced to one year of probation, suspended for 90 days of probation. One charge of driving without a license was dismissed and he was assessed $170.25 in court costs and fines.

* Tiffany Ann Wilkes, 35, 1811 20th St., Parkersburg, was arraigned on charges of possession of counterfeit money and possession of a controlled substance and was released on a $1,000 personal recognizance bond.

* Judd A. Burke, 30, 237 Buckingham Road, Belleville, was arraigned on charges of obstructing, fleeing on foot and is a fugitive from justice out of Washington County and is being held without bond.

* Hunter L. Smith, 24, 1904 Latrobe St., Parkersburg, was arraigned on charges of shoplifting and fleeing on foot and was released on a $500 personal recognizance bond.

* David Allen Bayless, 45, 2324 Broad St., Parkersburg, is a fugitive from justice and is being held without bond.

* Samantha Jo Hornbeck, 28, 1617 Pike St., Parkersburg, had a preliminary hearing waived for a grand larceny charge.

PARKERSBURG — The Wood County Magistrate Court released the following reports May 24:

* Probable cause was found for Josie Ray Curfman, 24, 47 Wildoat Road, Davisville, on a charge of malicious assault causing bodily injury and was bound over to Circuit Court.

* Demaur D. Dabrey, 19, 1329 Orrin St., Akron, had a preliminary hearing waived for charges of possession of a controlled substance with the intent to deliver and conspiracy to manufacture or deliver heroin, cocaine, etc. He was bound over to Circuit Court.

* James Edward Wallbrown Jr., 32, 413 East Eighth St., House to Home, Parkersburg, had a preliminary hearing waived for a burglary charge and was bound over to Circuit Court.

* Chadwick D. Lamp, 38, 17010 State Route 550, Marietta, is a fugitive from justice out of Washington County and is being held without bond.

* A possession of a controlled substance with the intent to deliver charge was dismissed for Timothy Wayne Hughes, 45, 206 Forest Way, Waverly, he was directly indicted and was bound over to Circuit Court.

* Ashley Junelle Rollyson, 35, 1725 Latrobe St., Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to trespassing in a structure and was sentenced to jail for 30 days, suspended for one year of probation. She was assessed $170.25 in court costs and fines.

* Roy Thomas Tranter, 45, 210 Deerwalk Highway, Waverly, had a preliminary hearing waived for a charge of child neglect resulting in death.

* Dalton Levi Griffin, 20, 854 Owl Hill Drive, Elizabeth, pleaded guilty to driving with a revoked license and was sentenced to jail for 12 hours, served. He was assessed $345.25 in court costs and fines.

* Matthew S. West, 49, 118 Tanner Lane, Walker, pleaded guilty to driving a vehicle on rail trails and was assessed $190.25 in court costs and fines.

* Brock Anthony Francis, 40, 18 Haught St., Parkersburg, was arraigned on a shoplifting charge and was released on a $500 personal recognizance bond.

* Steven Kyle Miller, 40, 1005 Pike St., Parkersburg, was arraigned on a charge of violation of a protective order and was released on a $500 surety bond.

* Ricky Anthony Scarffol, 28, 1313 Ramsey St., Parkersburg, was arraigned on charges of burglary and no driver’s license and was released on a $5,500 surety bond.

* Eric Glen Snyder, 44, 4116 Deerwalk Highway, Walker, was arraigned on charges of possession of a controlled substance with the intent to deliver and two counts of delivery of a controlled substance and is being held on a $25,000 cash bond.

* Curtis Howard Root III, 55, 432 Henderson Ave., Williamstown, was arraigned on a charge of possession of a controlled substance with the intent to deliver and is being held on a $20,000 surety bond.

* Ted Matthew Tofaute, 42, 1-101 The Fields, Williamstown, was arraigned on a charge of possession of a controlled substance, heroin and was released on a $500 surety bond.

* Mitchell Shane Goodwin, 43, 1030 George St., Parkersburg, was arraigned on a shoplifting charge and was released on a $500 personal recognizance bond.

* Heather Dawn Carter, 37, 9555 S. Calhoun Highway, Millstone, was arraigned on a charge of driving with a suspended license and was released on a $500 personal recognizance bond.

* Nicholas Lee Wilson, 28, Williamstown, was arraigned on charges of domestic battery and obstruction and was released on a $1,000 surety bond.

* Arlene M. Loiseau, 53, 245 Maple Shades Court, Mineral Wells, was arraigned on a worthless check charge and was released on a $500 personal recognizance bond.

* Hannah D. Province, 25, homeless, was arraigned on a charge of trespassing in a placarded structure and was released on a $500 personal recognizance bond.

* Billy Ray Gibson, 39, homeless, was arraigned on charges of obstruction and trespassing and was released on a $1,000 surety bond.

* Derek James-Randall Gault, 29, 114 Hickory Heights Road, Mineral Wells, was arraigned on charges of driving under the influence of a controlled substance and possession of a controlled substance and was released on a $2,000 surety bond.

* Jacob Dale Myer, 30, 1163 Society Hill Road, Mineral Wells, was arraigned on charges of obstruction and possession of a controlled substance, heroin, and was released on a $1,500 surety bond.

* Marcus Rogers Holloway, 34, 67876 Ellis Road, Stockport, pleaded guilty to driving with a suspended license and a loud exhaust and was assessed $490.50 in court costs and fines. Charges of no insurance and illegible plates were dismissed.

* Kurt Ryan Medley, 44, 143 1/2 Ranch Drive Marietta, pleaded guilty to obstructing an officer and was sentenced to jail for seven hours and 20 minutes and was assessed $170.25 in court costs and fines.

* Michael Keith Allman, 37, P.O. Box 699, Elizabeth, pleaded guilty to trespassing in a structure of conveyance and was sentenced to jail for 30 days, suspended for six months of probation. He was assessed $170.25 in court costs and fines.

* David Kyle Blasingame, 28, c/o Pleasant Home Ridge Road, Belleville, pleaded guilty to two counts of driving with a suspended license, left of center, failure to control, defective equipment and was assessed $1,171.25 in court costs and fines. A charge of reckless driving was dismissed.

* Glen Edward Church, 58, 79 Falls St., Williamstown, was arraigned on a third-offense battery charge and is being held on a $5,000 surety bond.

* Brittany lee Nicole Bell, 30, 1326 Myrtle St., Parkersburg, was arraigned on a charge of possession of fentanyl and was being held on a $35,000 cash bond.

* Charles Franklin Sims, 86, 100 Big Run Road, Williamstown, was arraigned on charges of driving under the influence and driving without a license and was released on a $500 personal recognizance bond.

* Ayden Lee Nutter, 20, 1605 24th St., Parkersburg, was arraigned on a charge of possession of marijuana and was released on a $500 personal recognizance bond.

* Larry Paul Mayhew, 62, 3611 1/2 Rollins St., Parkersburg, was arraigned on charges of obstructing by false statements, failure to fingerprint and two counts of assault on a police officer and was being held on a $2,000 surety bond.

* Mason Andrew Nelson, 33, of Belpre, was arrested for two counts of obstructing official business, driving under suspension, tail lights/illumination of rear plates, and failure to display plates, all misdemeanors; and failure to appear on a child support case in Athens County.

* William Corey Woods, 36, of Belpre, was arrested for possession of drugs, a felony, and contempt of court in Gallia County.

* James Dale Evans, 29, of Portland, was arrested for two counts of possession of drugs, both felonies.

* Dustin Bradley Whipkey, 36, of Lowell, was arrested for tampering with evidence, a felony and violating a protection order, a misdemeanor.

* Teresita Paguirigan Dejosef, 81, of Marietta, was arrested for fugitive from justice, a misdemeanor.

* Corey Enos Singer, 42, of Marietta, was arrested for domestic violence and OVI, both misdemeanors.

* Paul Christopher Augenstein, 44, of Marietta, was arrested for four counts of rape, and two counts of gross sexual imposition, all felonies.
