PARKERSBURG — Wood County Magistrate Court released the following reports April 9:

• David Lee Leo, 57, 606 Caroline Ave., Williamstown, pleaded no contest to speeding and plead and paid courts and fines via phone.

• Victoria Ann Dye, 29, 1660 Williamstown Pike, Williamstown, pleaded no contest to speeding and paid court costs and fines via phone.

• Steven F. Simon, 45, 2335 Newbury Road, Little Hocking, was arraigned on a charge of an accident involving damage while driving under the influence and was released on a $1,000 personal recognizance bond.

• Hollie Nycole Cox, 36, 33629 Pine Grove Road, Racine, was arraigned on a battery charge and was released on a $500 personal recognizance bond.

• Michael Thomas Runyon, 31, 1102 Broadway Ave. Apt. C, Parkersburg, was arraigned on a shoplifting charge and was released on a $500 personal recognizance bond.

• James Robert Kipe, 30, 436 Marrtown Road, Parkersburg, was arraigned on a charge of the fraudulent use of an access device and was released on a $7,500 surety bond. A preliminary hearing was waived for a shoplifting charge.

• Joseph Oliver Robinson Jr., 63, 1432 30th St., Parkersburg, was arraigned on charges of driving with a suspended license and destruction of property and was released on a $3,000 personal recognizance bond.

• Michael Leon Thomas III, 21 2965 Kicking Bird Terrace, Dublin, was arraigned on a possession of fentanyl charge and was released on a $500 personal recognizance bond.

• Justin Brian Hines, 24, 207 1/2 East Montgomery St., Marietta, pleaded guilty to obstructing an officer and driving with a revoked license and was sentenced to jail for six months and 60 days, to be served concurrently. Charges of driving with a suspended license and possession of a controlled substance were dismissed. Hines was assessed $1,170.25 in court costs and fines.

• Gavin Richard Bennett, 23, 16 Ashwood Drive, Vienna, pleaded guilty to disorderly conduct and was sentenced to jail for four hours, served, and was assessed $170.25 in court costs and fines.

• Alicia Ann Bryan, 39, 3420 Packard St., Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to two counts of contributing to the delinquency of a minor and was sentenced to six months of home confinement. One count of contributing to the delinquency of a minor was dismissed. Bryan was assessed $340.50 in court costs and fines.

• Stephanie Larraine Wright, 36, 1607 Fairfax St., Parkersburg, had a preliminary hearing waived for a charge of the conspiracy to violate and was bound over to Circuit Court.

• Probable cause was found on Redverse Christian Johnson, 33, 413 8th St., Parkersburg, for a charge of first-degree robbery including partial strangulation.

• James Matthew Broyles, 36, 3930 Rollins St., Parkersburg, had a preliminary hearing waived for five counts of fraudulent and related activity with an access device.

• Austin Michael Dante Barnhart, 23, 2610 Braun Road, Belpre, is a fugitive from justice out of Washington County and was being held without bond. He was arraigned on a fleeing charge.

• Jennie I. Tranter, 42, 2503 Beverly St. Apt. 12, Parkersburg, is a fugitive from justice out of Washington County and was being held without bond.

• Robert Eugene Mahan, 65, 911 19th St., Parkersburg, was arraigned on charges of battery of a law enforcement officer, disorderly conduct, public intoxication and obstructing an officer and was released on a $500 surety bond.

• Jeremy D. Hoit, 34, Avery Court Apartment 1A, Parkersburg, was arraigned on charges of obstructing and trespassing and was released on a $1,000 personal recognizance bond.

• Billie Marie Tingler, 24, 1006 14th St., Parkersburg, was arraigned on charges of driving with a suspended license and no insurance and was released on a $1,000 personal recognizance bond.

• Spring Diane Stoops-Thorn, 50, 877 Dry Run Road, Parkersburg, was arraigned on a trespassing charge and was released on a $500 personal recognizance bond.

• Corey Jo Woolum, 32, 72 Slater Lane, The Plains, was arraigned on an obstructing charge and was released on a $500 personal recognizance bond.

• Nathan Ryan Reynolds, 21, 1102 Camden Ave., Parkersburg, was arraigned on a shoplifting charge and was released on a $500 personal recognizance bond.

PARKERSBURG — Wood County Magistrate Court released the following reports on April 13:

• Angela Mae Dowlerr, 43, 2806 18th Ave., Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to driving with a suspended license and was assessed $270.25 in court costs and fines.

• Deitra A. Harper, 55, 325 Muskingum River Road, Marietta, pleaded no contest to speeding.

• Bruce Douglas Vore II, 32, 612 Champion School Road, Belleville, was arraigned on a charge of possession of a controlled substance, methamphetamine, and was released on a $1,000 personal recognizance bond.

• Michael Rai Malhotra, 22, 224 East Wildwood Drive, Parkersburg, was arraigned on a charge of possession of a controlled substance with the intent to deliver and was released on a $50,000 surety bond.

• Amy Jo Newbanks, 53, 1712 20th St., Parkersburg, was driving with a suspended license and was released on a $500 personal recognizance bond.

• Anthony Eugene Marks, 36, 37 West View Way, Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to driving impaired and the sentence was deferred for six months. Marks was assessed $345.25 in court costs and fines.

• Brandyn Michael Glaze, 24, 1770 Blennerhassett Heights, Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to driving in an impaired state and was sentenced to jail for eight hours. Glaze was assessed $345.25 in court costs and fines.

• George L. Carpenter Jr., 41, 601 32nd St., Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to possession of a controlled substance and was sentenced to jail for 90 days, suspended for one year of probation. A conspiracy charge was dismissed. Carpenter was assessed $170.25 in court costs and fines.

• Aaron Joseph Bigler, 23, 100 Hink Court Lot 12, Belle, W.Va., pleaded guilty to driving with a suspended license, fleeing from an officer and receiving or transferring stolen goods. Bigler was sentenced to jail for 30 days, concurrent. Charges of failure to obey a traffic control device, possession of a controlled substance and obstruction were dismissed. Bigler was assessed $610.75 in court costs and fines.

• John W. Sanders, 49, 1117 Lynn St., Parkersburg, was arraigned on eight counts of cruelty to animals and was released on a $16,000 personal recognizance bond.

• Ellen Jean Villatoro, 53, 1117 Lynn St., Parkersburg, was arraigned on eight counts of cruelty to animals and was released on a $16,000 personal recognizance bond.

• Amanda R. Wilson, 34, 4008 11th Ave., Parkersburg, was arraigned on a forgery charge and bond was set at $10,000 surety.

• John Tyler Blevins, 28, 18 A South Park Villa, Parkersburg, was arraigned on a charge of violation of a protective order and was released on a $1,000 personal recognizance bond.

• Ronald Lee Deem Sr., 70, 265 New England Ridge Road, Washington, was arraigned on charges of driving with a suspended license and reckless driving and was released on a $1,000 personal recognizance bond.

• Joseph L. Large, 31, 1600 Pike St. Apt. 47, Parkersburg, last known address, was arraigned on a charge of receiving or transferring stolen property and was released on a $3,000 personal recognizance bond.

• Tina Marie Goodwin, 44, 1506 Ransey St., Parkersburg, pleaded no contest to driving with a suspended license and was assessed $270.25 in court costs and fines.

• Yvonne Michelle Hicks, 51, 428 Victoria Ave., Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to shoplifting and was ordered to pay a $291.76 civil penalty to Bond’s and was assessed $195.25 in court costs and fines.

• Phillip Allen Correll, 69, 1399 Boulevard Drive, Belpre, pleaded no contest to speeding and was assessed $185.25 in court costs and fines.

• Charles G. Morris, 75, 7-127 The Fields, Williamstown, pleaded no contest to speeding and was assessed $175.25 in court costs and fines.

PARKERSBURG — The Wood County Magistrate Court released the following reports April 14:

• Jared Thomas Hopkins, 33, 2511 Seventh Ave., Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to driving without an inspection and was assessed $175.25 in court costs and fines.

• Nicholas A. McPherson, 33, 106 Pineview Circle, Parkersburg, pleaded no contest to speeding and failing to yield to an emergency vehicle and was assessed $360.50 in court costs and fines.

• Michael J. Dalrymple, 42, 8690 Pike Road, St. Marys, pleaded guilty to speeding and paid court costs and fines by mail.

• Anthony W. Lewellyn, 76, 96 Red Oak Lane, Williamstown, pleaded no contest to speeding and paid court costs and fines by mail.

• Nathan Jonah Kennedy, 45, 4212 16th St., Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to no insurance and charges of possession of a controlled substance and no registration were dismissed. Kennedy was assessed $370.25 in court costs and fines.

• Matthew Alan Smith, 35, 1306 20th St., Vienna, pleaded guilty to keeping or maintaining a vehicle for drug use and was sentenced to jail for six months to concurrently run with parole violation sentences. A charge of possession of fentanyl was dismissed. Smith was assessed $170.25 in court costs and fines.

• Michael Dale Gribble, 40, 803 Seventh Ave. Apt. B, Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to providing a place for the use of controlled substances by others and was sentenced to jail for 180 days, suspended for six months of probation. Gribble was assessed $170.25 in court costs and fines.

• Hank Allen Wells, 33, 47 Mullins Drive, Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to driving with a suspended license and was assessed $270.25 in court costs and fines.

• Quinn Mitchell Tennant, 29, 5656 Dupont Road, Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to driving with a revoked license and was sentenced to jail for 30 days to be concurrently served with a parole violation sentence. Tennant was assessed $270.25 in court costs and fines.

• Candace May Gibson, 37, 4413 9th Ave., Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to battery and was sentenced to jail for 45 days, suspended for one year of probation and was ordered to seek treatment through the Day Report Center. Gibson also pleaded guilty to possession of a controlled substance and shoplifting and was sentenced to jail for 90 days, suspended for one year of probation for those charges. Gibson was ordered to pay a $401 civil penalty to Walmart and a possession of a controlled substance charge was dismissed. Gibson was assessed $360.50 in court costs and fines.

• Eric Dale Watkins, 22, 1321 Lynn St., Parkersburg, was arraigned on a charge of the sale of alcohol to underage people and was released on a $500 personal recognizance bond.

• Donald Paul Stephens, 52, 1312 Spring St., Parkersburg, was arraigned on charges of shoplifting and fleeing from an officer and was released on a $1,000 surety bond.

• Eric James Hess, 38, Washington, W.Va., was arraigned on charges of domestic battery and obstructing an officer and was released on a $1,500 surety bond.

• Frankie Michael Cox, 74, 1003 Jackson Ave. Apt. Ca, Parkersburg, was arraigned on a charge of discharging a firearm and was released on a $500 personal recognizance bond.

• Nader Mansourian, 60, 87 North Elm St., Williamstown, was arraigned on a speeding charge and was released on a $500 personal recognizance bond.

• Lisa Marie Dragoo, 41, 2176 State Run Road, Belleville, was arraigned on a charge of the sale of alcohol to underage people and was released on a $500 personal recognizance bond.

• Brandy Nicole Carder, 34, 153 Dickens Drive Suite 25, Mineral Wells, was arraigned on an assault charge and was released on a $3,000 personal recognizance bond.

• Adam Leroy Knopp, 26, 3604 Willard St., Parkersburg, was arraigned on a charge of the fraudulent use of an access device and was released on a $25,000 personal recognizance bond.

• Chantelle Marie Kaitschuck, 47, 1306 Erie St., Parkersburg, was arraigned on a charge of giving false information to state police and was released on a $1,000 personal recognizance bond.
