PARKERSBURG — The Wood County Magistrate Court released the following reports April 12:

• Casey Rachelle Davis, 34, 104 Greenwood Drive, Williamstown, pleaded guilty to a cell phone charge and was assessed $100 in court costs and fines.

• Cassandra Mae McCloy, 30, 702 Camden Ave., Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to driving with a suspended license, improper registration and no insurance and was assessed $830.75 in court costs and fines.

• Demetrius B. Marberry, 40, 540 College Parkway #113, Parkersburg, was arraigned on a charge of an expired registration and was released on a $500 personal recognizance bond.

• Brandon David Holbert, 24, 1216 11th St., Vienna, was arraigned on charges of public intoxication, disorderly conduct and driving with a suspended license and was released on a $1,500 personal recognizance bond.

• Lawrence Martin Brown, 32, 1117 Lynn St., Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to shoplifting and was ordered to pay a $345 civil penalty to Walmart. He was assessed $195.25 in court costs and fines.

• Erica Jean Wall, 41, 605 10th St., Marietta, is a fugitive from another state and was bound over to Circuit Court.

• Timothy Wesley Moore, 43, address unknown, is a fugitive from justice out of Fairfax County, Va., and was being held without bond.

• Christopher Edward Posey, 36, 2407 Highland Ave., Parkersburg, was arraigned on a charge of driving under the influence and was released on a $3,000 personal recognizance bond.

• Paul L. Walker Jr., 30, 615 13th St., Parkersburg, was arraigned on two counts of shoplifting and bond was set at $40,000 surety bond.

• Indica A. Riel, 19, 500 13th St. Apt. 102, Parkersburg, was arraigned on a charge of breaking and entering and bond was set at $50,000 surety.

• Kyle Andrew Dent, 28, 608 Pike St., Parkersburg, was arraigned on a charge of possession of a controlled substance and was released on a $1,000 personal recognizance bond.

• Charles Wayne Davis, 57, 29 Gardenia Drive, Parkersburg, was arraigned on a charge of violation of a protective order and was released on a $1,000 personal recognizance bond.

• Donald Edward Williams, 41, 3007 Broad St., Parkersburg, was arraigned on a public intoxication charge and was released on a $2,000 personal recognizance bond.

• Herbert Bess, 49, homeless, was arraigned on charges of disorderly conduct, battery and destruction of property and bond was set at $1,500 surety.

• Caleb Ernest Reynolds, 32, 1000 19th St. Apt. 9, Vienna, was arraigned on a charge of driving with a revoked license and was released on a $500 personal recognizance bond.

• Nathan Charles Davis, 35, 2511 Division St. Extension, Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to escape from custody and destruction of property and was sentenced to jail for six months and was credited with 11 days served. Davis was assessed $340.50 in court costs and fines.

• Andrew Michael Lee Sutherland, 25, 55 Bells Run Road, Newport, was arraigned on a possession of a controlled substance charge and was released on a $1,000 personal recognizance bond.

• Mellany Morgan, 36, 4937 Lee Creek Road, Belleville, was arraigned on charges of reckless driving and driving with a suspended license and was released on a $3,000 personal recognizance bond.

• Marquette Lorenzo Bannerman, 31, Parkersburg, was arraigned on a domestic battery charge and bond was set at $3,000 surety.

• Donald Edward Williams, 41, 3007 Broad St., Parkersburg, was arraigned on two counts of disorderly conduct and bond was set at $2,000 surety.

• Damen Louis Payne, 18, Vienna, was arraigned on charges of fleeing on foot, obstructing and domestic battery and bond was set at $4,000 surety.

• Haley Ashton Jett, 29, 171 Mill Branch Road, Belpre, was arraigned on charges of driving with a suspended license and two counts of possession of a controlled substance and was released on a $3,000 personal recognizance bond.

• Gary Richard Hoeft, 37, 601 13th St., Parkersburg, was arraigned on charges of driving with a suspended license, registration violation and no insurance and was released on a $3,000 personal recognizance bond.

• Jeremy Robert Miller, 41, Marietta, was arraigned on a domestic assault charge and was released on a $1,000 personal recognizance bond.
