PARKERSBURG — The Wood County Magistrate Court released the following reports April 1:

* Teresa Irene Hall, 29, 300 D Sand Piper Village, St. Marys, pleaded guilty to possession of a controlled substance, driving with a suspended license and receiving or transferring stolen goods. She was sentenced to one year of probation, suspended for 90 days of probation, and was ordered to seek treatment through St. Joseph’s Recovery. Charges of one count of possession of a controlled substance and driving with a suspended license were dismissed, and she was assessed $440.50 in court costs and fines.

* Johnathan Lee Johnson, 41, 3976 Harris Highway, Washington, pleaded guilty to possession of a controlled substance and was sentenced to one year of probation, suspended for 90 days, and was ordered to report to the Day Report Center. A charge of possession of methamphetamine was dismissed, and he was assessed $170.25 in court costs and fines.

* Michael Allen Bailey, 23, 418 Fourth Ave., Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to possession of a controlled substance and was sentenced to jail for 90 days. He was assessed $170.25 in court costs and fines

* Ray Junior Frum, 38, 1303 16th St., Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to falsely reporting an incident and was assessed $190.25 in court costs and fines.

* Tyler Dwayne Jenkins, 24, 808 Quincy St., Apt. 2, Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to receiving or transferring stolen goods and was sentenced to one year of probation, suspended; the state is to dismiss the felony.

* George Lee Carpenter Jr., 41, 31 Lantana Lane, Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to possession of a controlled substance, receiving or transferring stolen goods and driving with a suspended license and assessed $195.25 in court costs and fines. A charge of possession of a controlled substance was dismissed, and he was assessed $444.50 in court costs and fines.

* Michael Anthony Forman, 40, P.O. Box 574, Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to driving with a revoked license and was credited for seven months served on other charges. He was assessed $270.25 in court costs and fines.

PARKERSBURG — The Wood County Magistrate Court released the following reports April 2:

* Joseph Adam Eklund, 25, 1929 Worthington St., Parkersburg, pleaded no contest to speeding.

* Tkeisha Lynn Jones, 28, 486 Jefferson Drive, Mineral Wells, pleaded guilty to cell phone use.

* Carl Hershall Deaerston, 57, 507 Laurel St., Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to public intoxication and disorderly conduct and was released on a $300 surety bond.

* Makayla M. Cremeans, 21, 424 Maple St., Marietta, was arraigned on charges of destruction of property and disruption of governmental process and was released on a $2,000 surety bond.

* Lanore Holly Rapp, 47, 644 Madison Ave., Parkersburg, was arraigned on a charge of possession of heroin and was released on a $1,000 personal recognizance bond.

* Jessica R. Maybe, 28, 3415 Ode Cordray Road, Malta, was arraigned on charges of no turn signal, improper registration and two counts of driving with a suspended license and was released on a $500 personal recognizance bond.

* Michael Peter Abbott, 56, 1708 Staunton Ave., Parkersburg, was arraigned on a charge of possession of methamphetamine and was released on a $1,000 personal recognizance bond.

* Scott Frank Breiding, 26, 1595 Sun Valley Road, Washington, was arraigned on a domestic battery charge and was released on a $2,500 personal recognizance bond.

* Timothy Curtis Nay, 51, 9105 State Route 550, Vincent, had a preliminary hearing waived for a charge of a prohibited person with a firearm.

* Probable cause was found for James Ryan Everson, 28, 2016 23rd St., Parkersburg, for a charge of fleeing from an officer.

* Ian Charles Smith, 28, 8295 Lost Pavement Road, Belleville, pleaded guilty to shoplifting and was ordered to pay a $359 civil penalty to Walmart. He was assessed $195.25 in court costs and fines.

* James Robert Kipe, 30, 436 Marrtown Road, Parkersburg, was arraigned on a shoplifting charge and is being held on a $5,000 cash bond.

* Michael Anthony Laurnoff, 57, 413 Eight St., Parkersburg, was arraigned on charges of disorderly conduct and failure to fingerprint and was released on a $500 surety bond.

* John William Gibson, 41, 1725 Park St., Parkersburg, was arraigned on a charge of violation of a protective order and was released on a $500 surety bond.

* Bradon Matthew Trembly, 26, 3405 25th St. Apt. 40, Parkersburg, was arraigned on a charge of discharging a firearm within 500 feet of a dwelling and was released on a $500 personal recognizance bond.

* Derek Burton Taylor, 37, homeless, was arraigned on a shoplifting charge and was released on a $500 personal recognizance bond.

* Elizabeth Peyton Postlewaite, 55, 309 West Fifth St., Williamstown, was arraigned on charges of disorderly conduct and obstructing an officer and was released on a $500 personal recognizance bond.

* Jeffrey L. Rake, 60, 919 Moyer Ave., Parkersburg, was arraigned on a charge of improper disposal and was released on a $500 personal recognizance bond.

* Brandon James Lott, 35, 2201 Meadowview Drive, Parkersburg, was arraigned on a shoplifting charge and was released on a $500 personal recognizance bond.

* Dustin Ray Wagoner, 27, 1642 Jericho Road, Walker, was arraigned on a domestic battery charge and was released on a $500 personal recognizance bond.

* Kalinda Renae Graham, 34, 1561 Mose Asbury Road, Wayne, was arraigned on charges of shoplifting, obstructing an officer and possession of a controlled substance and is being held on a $2,000 surety bond.

* Lawrence Martin Brown, 32, 1117 Lynn St., Parkersburg, was arraigned on a charge of possession of a controlled substance and is being held on a $2,000 surety bond.

* Kurt Ryan Medley, 44, 143 1/2 Rauch Drive, Marietta, was arranged on a charge of obstructing and was released on a $1,000 personal recognizance bond.

* Ethan Kohl Beck, 19, 1008 30th St., Parkersburg, was arraigned on an obstructing charge and was released on a $500 personal recognizance bond.

* Dakota Alan Boyles, 20, 1602 Avery St., Parkersburg, was arraigned on charges of public intoxication, disorderly conduct and obstructing and was released on a $1,000 surety bond.

* Curtis Russell Haislep Jr., 24, 4435 14th Ave., Parkersburg, was arraigned on two counts of possession of a controlled substance and disorderly conduct and was released on a $1,500 surety bond.

*A shoplifting charge was dismissed for Alisha Dawn Small, 40, P.O. Box 133, Reedsville.

* Dustin Ray Wagoner, 27, 1642 Jericho Road, Walker, pleaded guilty to unlawful assault of a government representative, healthcare worker or emergency service personnel and was sentenced to jail for 60 days, suspended for one year of probation. Charges of obstructing an officer, destruction of property and domestic battery were dismissed and he was assessed $170.25 in court costs and fines.

* Kylie J. Wynn, 31, 93 Rosemar Meadows Drive, Vienna, was arraigned on charges of domestic battery and child abuse and was released on a $1,500 personal recognizance bond.

* Crystal L. Williams, 32, 713 Apt. A, Green St., Marietta, was arraigned on charges of shoplifting and obstructing and was released on a $1,000 personal recognizance bond.

* Shelby Jean Fetty, 37, 135 New York Ave., West Union, was arraigned on a shoplifting charge and was released on a $1,000 personal recognizance bond.

* Devon Ray Elkins, 19, 916 Swann St., Parkersburg, was arraigned on charges of battery and brandishing a deadly weapon and was released on a $2,000 surety bond.

* Robert Jay Greenleaf, 23, 20 Kings Row Lot 32, Parkersburg, was arraigned on a charge of violation of a protective order and was released on a $1,000 personal recognizance bond.

* William C. McHenry, 18, 549 New England Ridge Road, Washington, was arraigned on an aggravated driving under the influence charge and was released on a $2,500 surety bond.

PARKERSBURG — The Wood County Magistrate Court released the following reports April 6:

* Leonard Franklin Travis, 50, 407 Neal St., Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to driving with a suspended license, and a no inspection charge was dismissed. He was assessed $270.25 in court costs and fines.

* Anthony Lee Givens, 33, 1110 Edwin St., Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to shoplifting and was sentenced to jail for 30 days, suspended for six months of probation, served. He was ordered to pay a $60 civil penalty to Walmart, and he was assessed $270.25 in court costs and fines.

* Dylan Wesley Malthaner, 19, 2609 Dutch Central Road, Rockport, pleaded guilty to child abuse by parent creating risk of bodily injury and was sentenced to jail for 30 days, suspended for one year of probation. He was ordered to complete one year of counseling through Westbrook and was assessed $170.25 in court costs and fines.

* Jenna Chantelle Heiby, 29, 1002 23rd St. Apt. 5, Vienna, pleaded guilty to driving impaired and obstructing an officer and was sentenced to jail for eight hours and 41 minutes, served. She was assessed $565.50 in court costs and fines.

* Andrew Shawn Nuzum, 30, 515 Strohmen St., Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to disorderly conduct and was sentenced to jail for seven hours, served. He was ordered to attend counseling through Westbrook, and a public intoxication charge was dismissed. He was assessed $170.25 in court costs and fines.

* Nichole Marie Knopp, 29, 17 Hope Hill Road, Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to driving impaired and driving with a suspended license and was sentenced to jail for 30 days, suspended for one year of probation. She was ordered to seek one year of counseling, and charges of no insurance, driving too fast for road conditions and domestic battery were dismissed. She was assessed $715.50 in court costs and fines.

* Nicholas Allen Snider, 31, 3304 Birch St., Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to driving under the influence, accidents involving damage to a vehicle and failure to maintain control and was sentenced to jail for 19 hours. Charges of reckless driving, failure to give information and render aid, immediate reports of accidents, an unsafe vehicle and failure to stop were dismissed, and he was assessed $695.75 in court costs and fines.

* Christopher James Prue, 46, 945 Beeman Road, Washington, pleaded guilty to domestic battery and was sentenced to jail for 30 days, suspended for six months of probation. He was ordered to go to counseling through Westbrook for six months and was assessed $170.25 in court costs and fines.

* Matthew Twain Berga, 42, 1808 1/2 Worthington St., Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to obstructing an officer, and charges of failure to fingerprint and disorderly conduct were dismissed. He was assessed $2,220.25 in court costs and fines.

* Barbarina Lee Deters (Shaffer), 46, 2525 Lenore St., Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to destruction of property and was sentenced to jail for 30 days, suspended for six months of probation. She was ordered to seek six months of counseling through Westbrook and was assessed $941.72 in court costs and fines.

* Amanda Rae Wilson, 34, 4008 11th Ave., Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to driving with a suspended license and fleeing from an officer and was sentenced to jail for 90 days. Charges of interference with officers, driving with a suspended license and the unlawful taking of a vehicle were dismissed and she was assessed $940.50 in court costs and fines.

* Michelle L. Brothers, 42, 711 Eighth Ave., Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to shoplifting and was ordered to pay a $213.50 civil penalty to Walmart. She was assessed $195.25 in court costs and fines.

* Paul James Gordon Jr., 32, 100 Rasberry Drive, Walker, pleaded guilty to a no seatbelt charge and was assessed $25 in court costs and fines.

* Joseph Alan Sindledecker, 44, 1716 Latrobe St., Parkersburg, was arraigned on a domestic battery charge and was released on a $2,500 surety bond.

* Nakitann Marie Dunn, 29, 1924 Worthington St., Parkersburg, was arraigned on a shoplifting charge and was released on a $500 personal recognizance bond.

* Cody Clifford Miller, 57, 1302 13th Ave., Vienna, was arraigned on charges of the possession of marijuana and possession of methamphetamine. He was released on a $2,000 personal recognizance bond.

* Eric Todd Kendall, 45, 220 East Spring St., Marietta, was arraigned on charges of driving with a suspended license, obstruction and possession of a controlled substance, methamphetamine, and was released on a $1,500 personal recognizance bond.

* Justin Brian Hines, 24, 207 1/2 East Montgomery St., Marietta, was arraigned on charges of obstruction and possession of a controlled substance and is being held on a $6,500 surety bond.

* Barry Ray Robinson, 22, 14 Meadowbrook Acres, Parkersburg, pleaded no contest to selling to underage people and driving with a suspended license. He was assessed $195.25 in court costs and fines.
