PARKERSBURG — The Wood County Magistrate Court released the following reports March 25:

* Richard L. Brabham, 23, 237 South Maple Drive, Mineral Wells, pleaded guilty to an expired inspection and was assessed $175.25 in court costs and fines.

* Probable cause was found for Chad Allen Russell, 45, 2204 16th St., Parkersburg, on a charge of the delivery of fentanyl.

* James Jeremy Weltner, 44, 1629 Badgley Fork Road, Mineral Wells, pleaded guilty to obstructing an officer and was assessed $220.25 in court costs and fines.

* James Joseph McMonagle, 48, 1103 18th St. Apt. D4, Vienna, pleaded guilty to indecent exposure and was sentenced to jail for 30 days, suspended for nine months of probation. He was ordered to attend Alcoholics Anonymous or Narcotics Anonymous one day a week. A public intoxication charge was dismissed and he was assessed $170.25 in court costs and fines.

* Ricky Lee Walker Jr., 41, 225 Dempsie Ave., Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to obstruction and driving with a suspended license and was assessed $490.50 in court costs and fines.

* Dava Diane Darling, 31, 396 Holly Drive, Elizabeth, pleaded guilty to probation and was sentenced to jail for six months, suspended for one year of probation. She was assessed $270.25 in court costs and fines.

* Nicole Deloris Ramsey, 34, 1408 23rd St., Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to battery and was sentenced to jail for 30 days, suspended for one year of probation and was ordered to seek anger management treatment through Westbrook. She was assessed $170.25 in court costs and fines.

* Corey Allen Baker, 29, 648 Klondyke Road, Ripley, pleaded guilty to obstructing an officer and was assessed $220.25 in court costs and fines.

* Christopher Allen Streight, 34, 221 South Sixth St., Marietta, pleaded guilty to obstructing an officer and shoplifting. He was ordered to pay a $185.34 civil penalty to Walmart. A charge of driving with a suspended license was dismissed and she was assessed $220.25 in court costs and fines.

* Justin Kendal Taylor, 25, 2811 29th St. Apt. E, Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to possession of a controlled substance, shoplifting and fleeing from an officer. He was ordered to pay a $50 civil penalty to Walmart and a charge of making a false statement to an officer was dismissed. He was sentenced to jail for 90 days with credit for 15 days served and was assessed $535.75 in court costs and fines.

* Nicole Dawn Weaver, 30, 43 Wren St., Walker, was arraigned on a battery charge and was released on a $500 personal recognizance bond.

* Damion Thomas Norris, 45, 11 Cindy Lane Apt. 203, Capital Heights MD, was arraigned on two counts of domestic battery, child abuse and violation of a protective order and was released on $2,000 surety bond.

* Jasiah Latreo Connor, 19, 2009 20th St., Parkersburg, was arraigned on charges of no registration, no driver’s license and no insurance and was released on a $500 personal recognizance bond.

* Bryan Shane Hunt, 33, 701 33rd St., Parkersburg, was arraigned on a shoplifting charge and was released on a $500 personal recognizance bond.

* Michael K. Allman, 37, homeless, was arraigned on a trespassing charge and was released on a $500 personal recognizance bond.

* Ashely J. Rollyson, 35, homeless, was arraigned on a trespassing charge and was released on a $500 personal recognizance bond.

* Aaron James Guinn, 27, 368 Club Drive, Washington, was arraigned on a charge of leaving the scene of an accident and was released on a $500 personal recognizance bond.

* Brandi Dawnelle Patterson, 37, 191 Smith Hill Road, Cairo, was arraigned on a burglary charge and is being held on a $75,000 surety bond.

* Colt E. Taylor, 37, 670 Pleasant Hill Road, Parkersburg, was arraigned on charges of receiving or transferring stolen property, grand larceny and breaking and entering and is being held without bond.

* Raj Samir Patel, 25, 760 Spyglass Court, Forsyth, Ill., pleaded no contest to an unsigned registration card and was assessed $180.25 in court costs and fines.

* A juvenile female pleaded guilty to underage tobacco use and was sentenced to 16 hours of community service. She was assessed $270.25 in court costs and fines.

* Timothy Lee Nutter, 44, 2322 Morningside Ave., Parkersburg, is a fugitive from justice out of Martin County, Fla., and was being held without bond.

* Tasha Marie Brown, 36, homeless, was arraigned on charges of obstruction and disorderly conduct and was released on a $500 personal recognizance bond.

* Nathan Jonah Kennedy, 45, 4212 16th St., Parkersburg, was arraigned on charges no registration, no insurance and possession of a controlled substance with the intent to deliver and bond was set at $10,500 personal recognizance.

* Redverse C. Johnson, 33, homeless, was arraigned on first-degree robbery and was being held without bond.

* Melissa Delight Nutter, 40, 1923 Princeton St., Parkersburg, was arraigned on charges of driving with a suspended license and fraudulent inspection and was released on a $500 personal recognizance bond.

* Chad Stephen Greenleaf, 50, 1002 23rd St. Apt. 8, Parkersburg, was arraigned on charges of failing to obey a traffic control device and was released on a $500 personal recognizance bond.

* Marquan Denzel Woods, 27, Columbus, was arraigned on a charge of prohibited person with a firearm and bond was set at $75,000 surety.

* Scott A. Bland, 35, homeless, was arranged on a trespassing charge and was released on a $1,000 personal recognizance bond.

* Terssa Lynn Bennett, 55, 3994 Evansview Road, Evans, was arraigned on an obstructing charge and was released on a $2,500 personal recognizance bond.

* Catherine M. Morris, 42, Columbus, was arraigned on a charge of possession of a controlled substance with the intent to deliver and bond was set at $150,000 surety.

* Alisha D. Small, 40, P.O. Box 133, Reedsville, was arraigned on a shoplifting charge and was released on a $1,500 surety bond.

* Antwaun Maurice Winbush, 40, 1176 Buxverry Ave., Columbus, was arraigned on charges of possession of marijuana with the intent to deliver and bond was set at $25,000 surety.

* Justin Michael Davis, 37, 1913 1/2 Dudley Ave., Parkersburg, was arraigned on a charge of the possession of fentanyl with the intent to deliver and bond was set at $25,000 cash.

* Lillian Frances Wilson, 33, 8145 Mariposa Trail, Tucca Valley, Calif., was arraigned on charges of forgery and uttering and bond was set at $10,000 surety.

* John Edgar Jacob, 40, 5 Elm St., Davisville, was arraigned on a charge of possession of a controlled substance with the intent to deliver and bond was set at $75,000 surety.

* Christopher Alden Sutherland, 40, 7380 Indio Ave., Tucca Valley, Calif., was arraigned on charges of forgery and uttering and bond was set at $10,000 surety.

* Maggie J. Barnart, 38, 1008 30th St., Parkersburg, was arraigned on charges of shoplifting and trespassing and was released on a $1,100 surety bond.

* Frankie Marie Lockhart, 79, 27 Garfield Road, Palestine, pleaded no contest to speeding and was assessed $270.25 in court costs and fines.

* Michael Paul Angle, 31, 10 Mitchell Way, Washington, W.Va., pleaded guilty to driving with a suspended license and was assessed $270.25 in court costs and fines.
